I've been bringing in my ML320 to MB Clinic for about 5 years now, zero complaints! Chris and Grant and the entire staff at MB clinic are phenomenal and pleasant to work with as always! Friendly and very professional and I'm even comfortable enough to crack some jokes with them at this point and vent about life and football. They're very flexible and communicate thoroughly with a detail-oriented explanation and keeping it in layman's terms enough to understand the process and work that needs to be done. My ML has been running great for it's age and mileage and recently replaced my breaks at MB Clinic and haven't had to replace them again for almost 2 years now and are still in excellent shape so far with my driving and not making any noise. At another shop (Startech Mercedes), when I replaced my breaks for the first time with this ML320, I started hearing my breaks just over a year after they were replaced and I paid significantly much higher and an arm and a leg for non-quality and very disappointing work dealing with somewhat snobish front desk staff and the owner himself who was able to give me a measly $100.00 discount on a $3k tab. About 1.5 years after, my breaks were already dangerously and loudly, life-threateningly grinding down to the wire hardcore on each and every stop until I couldn't stop anymore and had to very carefully drive it in to MB Clinic to save my car and my behind for less $ and exceptionally higher quality work. They're friendly and warm and exceptional at what they do, Chris truly knows what he's doing and he cares. They're not snobby and their prices I feel are fair compared to other shops and MB dealers that will highway rob you and then some for lower quality and uncertain work. I wouldn't go anywhere else. MB Clinic is one of a kind and they're very understanding of people's busy lives and schedules and even drive you or give you a loaner if you have to leave your car at the shop for the day, they're extremely accommodating and do quality work including their legendary customer service. You can even bring your car any time just to top off fluids or quick checkups simply with cruising by with no appointment and I've had Chris on several occasions check my car himself in his business suit rolling up his sleeves and getting dirty. I took my 2004 sl55 amg there on tuesday the 5 of july and wanted them to look at i 5volt reference ground short issue im having i supplied them with all the fault codes the car had and explained to them that t he fault codes were a symptom of the 5v ref ground short not the issue plus many other details to give them the best possible start on the job i wanted done. when i was called by them about my car i was hannded a 310$ bill for the work done AND A LIST OF THINGS THAT NEEDED DONE to fix the problems with my car totaling 3300$ so total bill would of been 3600+$ now on this list which cost me 310$ all it was was the fault codes that i had provided them with in the first place. and they told me this is where they woukld like to start. so out of pure madness i fixed my self everything on the list even though i knew the parts were good to prove this point i spent 400$ on parts and not even an hour of my time you do the math they wanted 3300$ to replace these parts i didnt need and heres the shocker i still have the 5 volt ref ground short .... so these people will try and sale you parts you dont need and over charge you on both parts and labor they are a fraud i dont suggest anyone trust these people they charged me 310$ to tell me the codes that i gave them to begin with and a list with an outragous cost for parts and labor . there tech was a good guy but he has to work for these crooks so i dont blame him I blame the values and management\owners of this company...... I have been taking my ML to the Mercedes Clinic for a number of years, and I can't speak highly enough about my experiences there. Owner Chris Heintzman is an extremely knowledgeable mechanic and diagnostician. All the work I've had done at his shop has been done with the highest degree of accuracy and professionalism--and at a reasonable cost. Chris's customer service is likewise stellar. He is personable and pleasant. He's always been able to get my vehicle in quickly and eased the inconvenience by offering me a ride or loaner vehicle. He stays in touch during the work, and my ML has always been ready when promised. He's made maintenance and service suggestions that help keep my ML running well long-term, while saving on unnecessary expense. Chris has repeatedly surpassed my expectations, providing great work at a fair price. He's even done a few much-appreciated extras (like getting rid of a rattle or readjusting a door handle) at little or no charge. I highly recommend the Mercedes Clinic. read more

Two of the most important things in life are having a good dependable hair stylist and a good dependable car mechanic. MB Clinic certainly fits the bill for the latter! Always a comfort to know I'll be taken care of and I can trust that my car will be in top running condition when I leave. Besides the excellent technical work they perform, it's the little extras - providing a loaner car if needed, returning my car clean and washed, being able to call and be KNOWN by name, being able to stop by for little things which often Chris does not charge for. It's just a comfort to know they're there (especially for a single woman who is mechanically challenged). Take your Mercedes there and you won't be disappointed. These guys are the best! read more

I'm from Germany and moved two years ago to Denver. Last week I bought a used MB GLK350 and now I looked around for a good MB repair shop (not necessary a Mercedes Benz Dealer). I found the MB clinic, I spoke to Chris on the phone and even he was very busy, he gave me an appointment on the same day to bring my car in for a complete check. He should look for possible repairs, damages etc.. Chris and his Team are very open, friendly and helpful, they checked everything on the car (together with me). They showed and explained me everything. All together they did a great job for an affordable price. I will definitely come back. read more

I have been taking my Mercedes in to MB Clinic for years and couldn't be happier. The staff is always very accommodating, friendly and professional. When I'm in a pinch and need a car loaner (I'm a traveling hospice nurse) while my car is being worked on, they have helped me out every single time, even coming to pick me up if I was stranded. Chris and his staff are professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable when it comes to diagnosing car issues are are very fair in their pricing. Always a great experience! The new location is a bit of a commute for me, but I don't care and will continue to use MBClinic because they are always friendly, trustworthy, competent, and don't try to pressure me into getting unnecessary services performed. Bonus, they provide a free loaner. This was my first visit to MBClinic for my 2014 ML350. Extremely courteous and helpful folks there, and the service was performed well. Car was even washed, and as we had just returned form a few camping trips, it was covered with dirt and mud when we came in, so I was very pleasantly surprised! A bit pricy, but then again, it's a MB, and they only use factory original parts so the customer doesn't get screwed by MB in the event of a future warranty claim. This is the best auto repair shop in town! The customer service is outstanding and the mechanics are extremely knowledgeable. We were on a year long road trip and knew we could call Grant from across the country with questions about our 1999 MB ML320. His advice was always right on target. Chris does most of the work on our car, and we trust him to be honest, fair and able to explain exactly what does and does not need to be done. Desperate! Our Mercedes C Class Motorhome would not reset the Blue Def fill warning light after we filled the reservoir. We called this independent MB service and repair.
