Echo Park and Julian are wonderful!! He made the process simple and easy to understand, he was so…read moresweet and kind throughout the entire process. We saw a car we were interested in online and were able to come into the dealership and test drive it the same day. Everyone at the dealership was approachable and welcoming. And the best part was my kids were able to play, eat snacks, and read while we were going over paperwork! My mom bought a car from Echo Park as well back in 2020 and had a great experience then, which is what brought us back this time as well. And when the time comes further down the road we will definitely be back a third time! Thank you Julian, you are the best!

I should have known better, phone reception was horrible at this location and wasn't able to look…read moreat yelp reviews. Rushed to make 3:30 appointment. Got there and waited 40 minutes before we were approached by sales rep. We are from out of town and only went to Echo Park because of their seven day return policy. Time to find out it doesn't apply if you have a trade-in. Also, if it exceeds 250 miles that dishonor the seven day return policy as well. Plus a $700 protection spray that MUST be purchased on all vehicles. At this point 99% chance I wouldn't get a car here. Just waiting to get trade in value and "bottom dollar" Sales manager is quite deceptive, brash, emotionless in his dealings. We fell into the old wait wait wait wait wait and wait longer game with this cast of clowns. Problem is the longer I wait the more furious I get. The presentation took past 5:00 PM. Which means we couldn't go to the bank and get a cashiers check., as they will only accept $5000 on a debit card, which forces you into financing - go figure. Example of their magical math. Sticker price on the car was $23k, had a $4k trade in, bottom line was $22k - GOT MY KEYS FROM MY TRADE IN AND WENT HOME I couldn't get the bottom dollar until I got my keys and was leaving after a 30 minute wait ! When I'm leaving , suddenly they run to me with a laptop and the spreadsheet with the cost - screw them and the utter waste of time at this trash hole!!!!! Only a fool would deal with Ben and his cast of clowns

Hello i'm not sure that I even knew you could do this, but I went on to look at my review this…read moremorning that I wrote yesterday and somehow it was completely different. I didn't even know you could do that, but anyhow. I did not give them a 5 star rating, I would give them less than a one, they don't stand behind their vehicles and you know, stand behind their customers period I bought a car from there 7 months ago and I took it in the month after Because the battery is not a factory battery, I'm not sure why they changed it. The car only had 9000 miles on it, but it does not have the right voltage and all of the electrical systems fail 1 / 1, not at the same time and then the next time you get in the car or it's different ones, this stranded me in the middle of a 4 lane road a week ago. Could\n Not get it to start. Everything went black. I couldn't use flashers or anything. Very dangerous and then finally, I decided to start I take it to them for a couple other times regarding this and cheat dealership won't service. It cause it's a factory battery period the dealership was supposed to call me once they had access to a factory battery to replace it they never did. I went in yesterday cause I was tired of waiting and they don't acknowledge that. This happened because there was no notes in their computer, and they basically just said sorry about your luck. The Jeep only had 9000 miles on it when I bought. So I don't have a clue why they would replace the battery period\nFrom this dealership is awful.I would not recommend them to anyone

Just go to Hani and this is what you'll find! He LOVES cars, loves to find you the right one and is a prince. My 22 year old son found him on Craigslist, did his research and got the best car (in his price range) and is thrilled. As a mom, I wanted to go check everything out and was not disappointed. After speaking with Hani I had no reservations about buying one of his cars!

I purchased my used BMW Z4 - 3.0L inline 6 with high mileage. I'm not afraid of high mileage cars…read moreif they appear to have been routinely taken care of and properly maintained. The body was in excellent condition in spite of its 18 year age. Even the Michelin tires 225 ZR-17 were either new or almost new with low miles on them. They were in excellent condition and with the highest speed rating available. This is a huge selling point for me. Go price these tires today and you will see they are very expensive and of great quality and safety. The leather interior was in exceptional condition as well. The engine had good power and the automatic transmission shifted smoothly as well. The automatic power top was not working at the time and this was not a critical item for me. I will fix it in due time. The ride was not as smooth as it could be and so I will replace the shocks and/or struts when time and money permits. This is my 3 used car purchase from Hani in over 20 years. He is an avid car enthusiast as I am. He always buys special and or unique cars e.g. some with immaculate leather interiors, all the repairs records and/or with OEM books, new or almost new matching tires, very fast cars with Turbos or superchargers, sporty, luxury, or both. Any used car we buy will always need additional work, maintenance, parts, etc. But, in my experience with Hani's cars, he has been very successful in acquiring cars with a lot of potential. And, his prices have always been extremely competitive and more than fair and reasonable. When buying used cars, it is always "caveat emptor" (Let the Buyer beware). That is Latin and legal terminology used when purchasing used homes and/or cars, etc. It is our job as Buyers to examine the products and to decide whether or not we are willing to accept the flaws and or issues along with its great selling points as well of any used property we purchase without any warranties whatsoever.
