They have an option where you can pick two different items which u always do so I can try more stuff. My husband loves this place as well seems ge can brew a picky eater. Went on a weeknight for a fundraiser. Had been before and the food was dicey and again it was dicey. Waited in line for food that I had called in to pick up and the cashier was going to help the lady behind me first. I didn't check the order ahead of time, but I would recommend because I've had orders missing things and wrong items previously. Food was ok, not great. Kids mashed potatoes were way lumpy and the French bread kids pizza had a glob of sauce and cheese in a small area and mostly plain bread. I had to convince them it was the same as they had before even though it didn't look the same. A little pricey for sandwiches. The bacon on the avocado blt was just cold bacon. Not impressed at all. Every time I've gone they have messed something in the order up. Most recently I ordered a grilled chicken caesar wrap and they didn't put ANY chicken in it. How do you forget the the chicken in a chicken wrap? Won't be going back. read more

My husband received a give it free coupon by the owner, he passed it on to me and I went in by myself. I was impressed with how polite and helpful the staff was even though my food was completely free. The food was excellent as well. Also it is extremely clean; even the bathrooms. read more

I actually love McAlister's Deli, but I'm so fed up with this location. We order on postmates and I just went back through our order history and we have ordered at least 9 times, and every single time we have to change or adjust our order due to missing items: certain soups listed that are no longer available, sides that aren't available, desserts that are out, missing items for putting on sandwiches. Every. Single. Time. It usually involves calling or texting to make appropriate adjustments. Today I had to cancel my order due to 2 missing items and postmates is still trying to charge me. Love your food but I'm so tired of the runaround. If you're going to make delivery an option, you should make your menu accurate and current. read more

Our first time going here but it certainly will not be the last! The wait for our food was a tiny bit longer than expected but it was the very peak of the lunch rush so not a big deal. The portions are more than enough & tasted fantastic. Hands down better than Panera or Kneaders. We live in Raymore and will make the extra few minutes drive for the great service & delicious food. This is a utterly and astonishingly despicable establishment. I was told they delivered your food fast but i ordered and didn't get my food till 20 minutes later. i then sat down to eat and needed a refill on my lemonade which was extremely sweet by the way and didn't receive one until i proceeded to go up to the counter to get my own refill. I'm very disappointed to tell you but the management is totally the worst management I've seen before they are so lackadaisical, while i was eating i saw an employee relaxing on the clock with their cellphone in hand. I would be embarrassed as a manager of that store to work at such a place. The food was so measly and minuscule i ordered a choose two with a Savannah salad and a smokey pepper jack turkey. There was barely any meat in the sandwich they didn't give me a fork for my salad and i had to ask for a pickle even though those come with every sandwich. After i finished my meal i proceeded in going to the bathroom which by the way was extremely uncomfortably nasty there was no tissue and the soap dispenser was non functional. Overall this is a horrible establishment and i hope they tear it down. Oh and their cookies are undone and squishy in the middle. read more

I love McAllisters, I really do but the last two times when I have placed a to go order, I end up not getting all of my order. Yes, my fault for not checking but when I'm in a hurry, blah ,blah, blah. My bigger problem is when I have called to let them know, I'm always hung up on. I haven't asked them to fix it. I don't go back up with receipt in hand demanding because they don't know if I'm telling the truth or not. All I want to do is let them know. Each time I have called, I ask to speak to a manager and then I am promptly hung up on. Today I called back four different times and each time, hung up on. I know they aren't having phone problems so that's not the deal. Just a little frustrating and it needs to stop. read more
