Fast friendly service at this location. I generally just order carry out. Somewhat hooked on their salads, which are quite large and filling. The dressings are awesome too, which is what makes or breaks a salad in my opinion. The interior of this store is nice and clean, but then again I stopped by during off hours and don't know what it may look like in here when it's busy.

We tried McAlister's Deli for dinner this evening. It was the first time either of us had had it in years. First the good The online carry out order was ready on time The French dip was pretty tasty The Mac & cheese was very good. Now the not so great The outer plastic bag was hermetically sealed so tough that we had to cut it open with scissors The nacho chips were stale My fiancée had asked for no tomatoes but they were still mixed in. Their sweet tea wasn't anything to write home about. McDonalds tastes better to both of us then this. Overall the dinner was....okay. Not sure when we will be back with so many choices out there....

I forget how basically enjoyable McCallisters is until I eat here again. (Visited on 9.28.23) Nice lunch options, and the food is always a good size and tasty. This visit was lunchwith a friend / co worker. The food came out fairly quickly (especailly for a workday lunch). She had a nice sized salad, I had the pick two soup and sandwich. It was all tasty; the tomato bisque is particularly good. #yum #ReviewsByRL

We order from here often and the food is usually pretty good. The Spicy Turkey Melt and Broccoli Cheddar Soup are usually my go to items. The Chicken Caesar Wrap with onions and jalapeños is also delicious.

i love going to McAlister's for lunch. the restaurant is bustling with families enjoying their time together. its got a warm and comforting atmosphere. i always get the McAlister's club with a side of warm cheesy mac and cheese. You have to get extra pickles because one just isn't enough!

My brother loves McAllister's and picked it for lunch today. I've ordered delivery before but this was my first time dining in. The staff greeted us right away and were friendly throughout our visit. The first thing I noticed was just how clean the restaurant was. We chose to eat on the patio which was perfect with the fans overhead. I ordered the Jalapeño Turkey Crunch sandwich. I love potato chips in any sandwich and it was a good amount of spicy. I had potato salad on the side along with a huge unsweetened tea. My brother had the orange cranberry club which was even better than my sandwich. We ordered at the counter and they brought our food out to our table but you can you can also order tableside from the app. Or you can order online and pick it up to go. They also came to check if we wanted refills on our tea but I could barely finish the first one.

I love the casual atmosphere of this restaurant and all of the healthy choices. It was quiet for a chat and the servers were very attentive. I had a veggie spud with a salad which was filling and fresh. They were super accommodating by changing things to make my meal vegan, substituting butter for salad dressing etc. I love too that you can acquire rewards for a free drink or bonus coupons! This is a great lunch spot and I will return for sure.

McAllistar's Sub Wrap with a tomato bisque upgrade

When it turns out that your first choice for lunch falls through, It is nice to know that a dependable alternative is in the neighborhood. My wife and I were out to try some new local place, but found it did not have an actual sit down location and it's sister business was experiences a loss of its kitchen equipment/fryers, so we decided to switch to plan C and since we have had good experiences at other McAlister's in the past, we pulled in and grabbed a bite. There was a lot of indoor seating, but the air conditioning made it quite chilly, so after ordering at the counter and being given a "Number card" to place on our table, it wasn't long before the servers found us and brought out our beverages. (these are huge! It also was just a short wait until our meals were also brought out. I ordered a really good Reuben with plenty of corned beef and a nice amount of sauerkraut. Really nice pairing of flavors. Unfortunately, when they made my wife's sub wrap. it had no condiments on it. She was given a condiment packet that was not pressed properly for easy opening. I was able to force a fork through the plastic and she was able to get a little mayo for her sandwich, but it would be nice if they could ask if you wanted any before they sent the sandwich out to the dining room. The utensils they give simply aren't sharp enough to open the packets neatly. She also upgraded her side to a tomato bisque soup for a small charge and thought it had a nice flavor, but was so thick that it reminded her of tomato sauce, not soup. Overall, we enjoyed our food, it's just the little things that kept this from being a really enjoyable meal. Review #3933

Love McAlister's! The Jalapeño Turkey Crunch is my absolute favorite. Peach cobbler cheesecake is great but seasonal I think.

It's very cool on the inside with vintage and Indiana-themed decor, tin ceilings, and, of course, a potbelly stove. The staff were friendly. But brother and I were very confused about the ordering process. There wasn't a lot of directional signage showing where to start and each step of the process. I watched a few other customers go through and they didn't seem like they had a problem so maybe it was just us. Next time I would probably just order online and pick it up so I could avoid the in-person ordering process altogether. I had the turkey sandwich and it was pretty good. I would say definitely a step up from your typical sub sandwich chain in terms of flavor and toppings options. I tried the chili mac as well. The chili is definitely à la Wendy's but I enjoyed it. The mac and cheese was good as well. I'd probably get either on its own but not together again. I also tried the Potbelly/Zapp's collab chips, the Hot Pepper flavor. They were good but are definitely not for everyone. When I visited, most of their fountain soda options were out of order so I settled on a no sugar added Pineapple Passionfruit juice/soda which was actually pretty good. We'll definitely be back - especially to try out their milkshakes!

However, as I parked I spied Sleepy Hollow Gourmet Deli & Cafe along with a Jack's Donuts. I was curious. So, I wheeled over and realized they were like conjoined culinary twins. I detoured my plans and decided to hang out at Sleepy Hollow, a delightfully named establishment (though I do wish they'd lean into the decor a bit more) for this Irvington-set restaurant. Jack's does seem to be the dominant force here. There are donuts, bagels, cookies, and even kolaches. The prices are surprisingly affordable. Drinks include hot coffee, iced coffee, lattes, boba energy, and Pepsi products. They do have both sweet and unsweetened iced tea. The menu also includes Choc-ola! The deli menu includes toasted subs (every sub has 1/4-pound of meat and you can go double for an extra price). They use Boar's Head meats. You can get chips and a soft drink to make it a combo. This strip center is always a little hit-and-miss in terms of access, however, with some nearby road construction it seems just a bit slower and I was able to find a spot that improved my accessibility. If you go to the door by the entrance, the curb has a bit of a step to it. If you go to the end of the aisle, there's a smooth and level section to make it all easily work. The interior itself is nicely laid out and easily accessible. The employees were super friendly. They also offer catering. There's a combination of higher-top tables and regular tables. Business was fairly steady, however, I had no issue finding a place to sit. I ended up ordering a chicken salad sandwich that was a healthy size and quite tasty. I grabbed a bag of chips and my usual unsweetened iced tea. Pricing was right about $13. Overall, I was quite pleased and I would easily return. Whether you're seeking donuts or a deli sandwich, Sleepy Hollow (or Jack's) is an ideal place to stop in.

Same owner as 1823 Bakehouse in Franklin, so you know the coffee and matcha is going to be good. I had a matcha latte with honey and lavender and it was perfectly balanced. Not too sweet and the matcha was the star. While I got mine to go, this would be a great place to meet someone for breakfast or lunch as they also serve some bakery items like açaí bowls, juices and sandwiches. The decor is fun, with literary vibes and there are some cool artwork on the walls too, including a mural. Loved chatting with the owner and the barista working the front counter who advised me on what flavor matcha to get. I will definitely go back to try some other things!

I gave a different review back when the company had a different name (Roots to Rise) - same ownership - and I hadn't been impressed with their coffee or açaí bowls. With the new branding, I figured I'd visit again & stick to juices. They quickly became my post-yoga stop on weekends. I would have went before work on weekdays but they aren't open early enough for that. Today after I ordered I was warned there were a few orders ahead of me. That knowledge before ordering would have been more helpful. Normally a 5 minute wait or so, I was guessing a 15 minute wait would be reasonable. I went outside listened to 3 songs, back in, still no drink, went back out- 2 more songs, back in, still nothing. Ordered at 11:15, drink was done at 11:51. I think good business would have been upping my size for free, or a coupon, or even a thanks for your patience. A simple, "Thanks," while kind enough, caught me off guard. Any gesture to recognize that wait was unreasonably long would have sufficed. The juice was still delicious, I can't lie. I don't know if it's staffing (2 employees on Sat. morning- no Now Hiring sign tho) or what, but if you are in any kind of time crunch, I'd probably avoid the wait. If you are on vacation time- by all means- go enjoy their offerings. I realize it's what comes with a small business, but also something to recognize an unusually long wait would also be a small business quality. I'm disheartened by this. Greenwood is very slack on fresh juice options, although I saw an Ever-Well going in on 31.

My husband and I had never been here before and the lady at the counter was less than friendly. She did tell us the menu was on the other wall. The price for each plate was $18 plus a $2 can of coke and a tip they didn't deserve brought our total to a little over $40. The eggs were flavorless and literally had no seasoning. I did appreciate that the sausage patties weren't greasy. That was about the only good thing. The decor looked like they took whatever thrift stores couldn't sell with no particular theme. Funny enough, we went out for breakfast a few days later to a DIFFERENT PLACE and for the SAME PRICE got way more food, better quality food, better presentation, full table service, friendly service, great atmosphere, and an overall wonderful experience.
