This king club was amazing and the broccoli and cheese soup was amazing better than home made

The broccoli cheese soup is amazing in the McAllister's club did not disappoint. The staff is friendly and the service was good.

Tonight was my first time eating at this location and I'll never return. The food was amazing but the wait time was a little excessive. I wouldn't have minded the wait because the food was good but when the server brought our food she apologized that the food preparer had packaged our food as a to go order and then placed the bag on our table and walked off with no offer to change it. Ten to fifteen minutes later, she approached our table at 8:53 and then said in these exact words, "Everyone has to be out by 9:00." This was a totally rude and inappropriate way to treat customers. There could have been a mention of their closing at 9:00 but instead, she instructed us that "Everyone has to be out by 9:00." read more

The only reason it gets 1 star is so this review will post. Went in for the first time last week. Was first in line with only 2 tables occupied. The lone woman working the counter was busy (and somewhat surly) straightening out obviously incorrect orders. After 2 or 3 minutes she turned around and told me it would be a minute. Then she went back to those orders, delivered them to a table, came back, delivered a take-out order to a table replete with a 4 or 5 minute visit, then back to the counter and a conversation with kitchen help. I was then informed it would be a "minute" before she could take my order. That was close to 12 minutes after I arrived and was the point I bounced. Now, every time I drive by that place I wonder how much longer it will be before there's more empty commercial space. read more

Worst McAlister's I've ever been to. Their meat is dry and hard. Their French dip for the French dip sandwich taste like dirty dish water. Their chicken salad sandwich has barely any chicken salad on it and they refuse to add more. When I bought a cup of chicken salad to put extra on my sandwich they only gave me 3 oz. for 5$. they wouldn't even fill the cup up. I will never go to this McAlister's again. Manager is not accommodating at all. read more

Really disappointed with my recent visit to McAlister's Deli. My order was wrong, and when I finally got it, the avocado was completely black and mushy--clearly not fresh. While I was waiting, I overheard at least three other customers also having problems with their orders. This location clearly needs to step it up--quality and attention to detail are seriously lacking. Not what I expect from McAlister's. read more

This is the worst experience I have ever had at McAlister's if it was my first time it would be my last. The grilled chicken club that is always hot was cold to the touch. The dressing I paid "1.39" for was only half way filled up. Also the food was just mid I have been to many McAlister's for the exact same food but like I said if I had tried this place first I would never be back. read more

Last straw. This is by far the worst experience I've ever had with the franchise. Here's a picture of the cheese dip I ordered. This is how food is being sent out the door. The entire location needs to be revamped or closed down. Moldy ceiling tiles and a staff that could care less how the customer receives their product. read more

Staff is inept at best. Given the wrong to go order even though i ask three times about a certain item. Called back after driving twenty minutes home, oh yes we have your food, i was confused. Said i would have to come in to get a refund. Ask for the Manager and Bob said the same thing. But some how i magically got a refund after he told me the gm was the only one that could give a refund. The food we were given was nasty. I will never eat there again. read more

Always good food great service. Love the sweet tea. It's an addiction. I get a gallon every time I visit.

App is awful, froze up 3 times while ordering then they have 'curbside' but you have to call to tell them you're there, no numbers. They didn't even pick up, so I had to go through the drive through, and they made me pull back around because it wasn't ready after waiting 10 minutes in line. So I waited another 10 minutes in line because I couldn't just cancel the order in the app. Then after another 15 minutes of waiting they ask me to pull around again. So I canceled the order. In total it took 5-10 minutes to order on the app, and over 45 minutes to leave with nothing. read more

Way larger menu than I was expecting! Awesome salad options, soups, sandwiches, & several types of baked potatoes. AND they have a drive-thru! Desserts too. Plenty of seating. Definitely worth a visit! read more

Food was okay, however I won't be returning. The woman at the counter was extremely rude, gave my service dog dirty looks and was whispering to her coworkers pointing at my dog. She then said "Dogs aren't allowed here" and I said "She's my service animal" She then gets argumentative and said "Well you need to provide proof" and I proceeded to correct her that per ADA I am not required to show proof, and that real service animals don't have papers or "registration", and if they do it's a fake. That still wasn't enough so she had another co-worker get their manager, pointing at us and when the manager asked if she was a service animal I said yes and she told her employee I don't have to provide proof. I got so uncomfortable to the point where I had my husband finish ordering while I went to wait in our truck. As a disabled veteran it's hard enough going out in public as it is, and my dog is my freedom to be comfortable in public. She's my medical equipment, same as anyone who is disabled and I was discriminated against. read more

I never write these because I understand it's busy and people have bad days, but the sense of urgency and customer service is lacking here. I ended up walking out because the employees kept asking me over and over if my order was under the correct name, and when I would try to show them my order they would say that isn't necessary. At the first sign of not seeing my order, they should have acted on it quickly and taken my order. Do yourself a favor and go to local sandwich shops like Bodega and The Local. Sandwiches are better and customer service is 10000x better and prompt. read more

The sandwiches we had were good which is what got the 3 stars, but the wait staff kept reminding us they were closing at 6. Which we knew. We left at 5 till. This was where my mother wanted to go for mother's day. The children that work there had all the chairs on the tables except ours. Fine, but continuously trying to hurry up and go is extremely rude. We gave them 2 chances, and were disappointed both times. Caveat: we used door dash. Both times: no pickles. The reuben: overall 3 stars. The meat and cheese was very good, there was no tangy to the sauerkraut, and there was so much dressing it was sloshing out the sides. The rachael: same as above except the turkey was dry and the bread was soggy. Toasted might help. Horseradish roast beef and cheddar: the roll was fantastic, good chew, stood up to the ingredients well. The beef was sliced too thick, impossible to bite through and there was one big glop of sauce on the edge(no where else)and there was no horseradish flavor at all. The italian was the best of the bunch. Good flavor, not over or under dressed, decent amount of filling and the dressing and mustard complimented it very well. The broccoli cheddar and potato soups were nice. Flavorful and thick. The chicken tortilla soup was just missing something, not sure what, but it was terribly bland. read more

My husband and I got take out because it's a nasty, cold night. We both ordered the McAlister's Club. I ordered one on white bread and the bread wasn't toasted which was a bit disappointing. I also ordered the cucumber and tomato salad. More than half of it was onion with a few pieces of tomato and a few pieces of cucumber, also disappointing. My husband ordered a pickle with his and did not receive it. All in all, not a great experience. Asiel's has much better club sandwiches. read more

Absolutely horrible customer service! Have two been here twice and neither experience was good. First time we went to eat there, our food took 20 minutes to come out and there were only about five people in there eating, not at all busy, so no excuse for the delay. A 20 minute wait for a mediocre over priced sandwich. My second time was even worse, i picked up an Uber Eats order from them and delivered it, later i received a call from an irate customer because she did not receive her damned nachos, i delivered everything that was in that bag. I went to speak to the manager he seemed like he could not care less. Because of McAlister's crappy service i was left a negative feedback which blew my 100% rating and the customer stiffed me on the tip which i otherwise would have received. NEVER again McAlister's, never again. If you get a to go order from them, better check your bag before you leave! I would give zero stars if it were possible. read more
