Chicken Tortilla Soup w/ McAlister's Club (choose 2) and yes....they forgot the tortilla chips on this day.
    Tiara B.

I came here with my Bible study group one time (had never been here before) and when I tried the McAlister's Club for the first time, I was hooked! And ever since, I come up here at least once a week (sometimes twice in a week!) for my usual "Choose 2" order which is the McAlister's Club and Chicken Tortilla soup or when I don't want soup I go for the Chipotle Chicken & Bacon spud. I've tried their Savannah Chopped Salad and it was delicious! I don't eat salad often, but when I do have a taste for one, that'll definitely be my go to again. The food here isn't the problem.....my food is always fresh and they keep the establishment clean. My problem is with their service. It's like every time I come here, it's hit or miss. And most times it's just the little things. I always order through the mobile app and then drive around to the pick up window. Most times I don't wait too long, but more times than not, there is a small wait.....and then when someone does come to the window, they always seem to be in a hurry. When I have a chicken tortilla soup in my order, it's a 50/50 chance that they forget to give me the tortilla chips that go with it. Fun fact: the very first time I ordered that soup, I didn't get any tortilla chips with it......I didn't know it was supposed to come with it until I ordered it again and this time they gave it to me. Also, I always get their half sweet tea and half sweet lemonade WITH a lemon wedge......there's about a 75% chance that I don't get that lemon wedge every time I order it AND last but not least, there's a 50/50 chance I don't get the pickle that's supposed to come with my sandwich. I guess I should make it a habit to check my food before I leave but how hard is it to just make sure you pack it right the first time? I remember a while ago, they came out with a new sandwich called the Chicken Ranch BLT....my husband and I were excited to try it so I ordered my husband the sandwich and I got mine as a spud w/ a club sandwich and drove up there to pick it up. This was on a Saturday morning around 11:30a or so......when I got up there to the pick up window, the lady tells me that they're out of chicken and that if I didn't want to substitute the chicken for turkey, I'd have to get something else (I was still able to get my club sandwich but I couldn't get my spud and my husband couldn't get the sandwich) Say what now??? How are you out of chicken and you've only been open an hour?? So I tell her that I didn't want turkey and that I'd just get something else, but in my head I'm thinking I prepaid a certain price for those items so whatever I get should be comparable to what I was charged. Then she says that there's enough chicken for the chicken BLT, but not the spud. So I just got the chicken tortilla soup and my husband got his sandwich....which was fine. As long as one of us got to try it. The lady did give me a free bag of chips for the trouble....I appreciate the effort...Lol. Obviously, these little short comings here and there haven't kept me from buying their food, but for the reasons I just explained, I had to take away one star.

Club Sandwich was delicious Turkey melt was also good Side of Mac & cheese was 1/3 full & was all cheese sauce with a few noodles. It wasn't any good anyway $30 for 2 sandwiches with no drinks is a bit much for carry out lunch

Is this Chipotle ranch? Hell no.

Horrible service. Horrible employees. I have gone there so many times and they get my order wrong. I'm so tired of this. I Pay good money to get what I want. And it seems like 50 percent of the time they get it wrong. It's Horrible. They only say "there is nothing I can do for you ma'am." Nah. You hire employees who can't read the difference between Chipotle ranch and ranch.... yes that is a very disturbing difference. You need to fire these employees right now. Or find a better management team. I am about done. I go here three times a week. And I'm seriously about done with naperville. What the hell is happening there? If I could give a negative 5 I would. I've given this place multiple opportunities. Every single thing needs improvement. The girl who was working tonight needs to be fired. Extremely rude. When she got my order wrong... nah. Not okay.

Thinking of my cinnamon roll. And, she suggested honey to go with it. Which turned out to be a very great complementary suggestion, thanks for the tip , Angie! Place is very clean. There's a friendly welcoming vibe to it. Washrooms are clean, place is nicely maintained. They do breakfast and lunch here. Plenty of sandwiches , salads to go along with coffee. They use Intelligentsia coffee here. It's a local coffee made in Chicago. I've probably been drinking it for almost 20 years, it's fantastic I love it. Service was good here. Id also like to mention they also have outdoor seating here. And a nice selection in a refrigerated display, of to go items. I enjoyed my visit here.

I really want to love blackberry market, but for the gluten sensitive it's not the best option. Let…read moreme be clear: I love their coffee and the staff is absolutely wonderful, I'm always meet with a friendly greeting, the baristas craft delicious lattes. If I am meeting friends, I'm suggesting Blackberry market 10/10 times. But if I need to get food I find myself struggling to justify ordering here. Honest Gluten free review: they do offer gluten free options which is great, but to get a basic breakfast sandwich it's at least $13.50 without any additions or sides, and to get a gluten free bun you must order a full sandwich. So once I customize with cheeses or aioli (because gf bread always needs a little something something) the sandwich and fruit salad side was $16 + the coffee it's close to $24 and that's just more than I'm willing to spend for a tiny breakfast sandwich. Gluten free folks know the struggle but it doesn't make it any less frustrating. They do offer oatmeal that is gluten free and delicious but I wish they had more cohesive gluten free options and comparable prices. Now with all that said, do I come here at least once a week for a seasonal latte and a pint of the most delicious chicken salad? Yes, yes I do.

Our first visit started with a delay in service, but handled the situation with professionalism, empathy, and true leadership. She listened, apologized sincerely, and turned the moment into a coaching opportunity for her team. When we returned, the experience was completely different. The staff was attentive from the moment we walked in, and our server, Ajani M., was excellent -- quick, kind, knowledgeable, and very attentive throughout the meal. The food was a pleasant surprise. The spicy Calabrian shrimp dish, prepared without shrimp for our preference, was delicious, and the Fungo pizza was extraordinary alone with the good Mama Luca's Tiramisu. The passion fruit margarita was also excellent. The flavors felt light, fresh, and authentic -- more like being transported to Italy than eating at a typical heavy American-Italian restaurant. The restaurant was a little cold, and I personally prefer not to sit near the kitchen or restroom area, but overall, the food, service, and management response made this a place I would recommend. Special kudos to Isabella for turning an initial concern into a beautiful customer experience, and to . for providing excellent service. . ,

The service was amazing, our server Janet was very thoughtful and attentive. We ordered the chopped salad, and she kindly helped us split into two separate portions for me and myhusband, which was a really nice touch and deserves extra credit We also ordered pizza, and it was absolutely delicious. The hot sauce that came with it was amazing, 10/10. It was paired perfectly with the pizza and really elevated the flavor‍ Last, we had the tiramisuand it was so delicious and with dark chocolate filling that made it even better. Overall, great food, great service, and great atmosphere. We really enjoyed everything and will definitely come back again!! I will try the pasta next time
