The tuna has vegan mayo which you can't tell and it has lettuce, tomatoes, sweet peppers and I subbed out olives instead of onions, plus vegan feta which was good too with a lemon basil dressing. No complaints it was very good. And very large. Big as a chipotle burrito. My partner got a hummus wrap filled with lots of veggies and she loved it. It was a red pepper type hummus. Again, very good! I didn't try the salads maybe next time. But I was super impressed with the wrap. It was filling and chock full. The staff was nice. Very accommodating with questions and trying to make a good wrap. It's a cute little shop. Patronize this place it needs to be here. Parking is in downtown Bedford so park wherever you can. The restaurant is small, cozy, and intimate, but also incredibly clean and beautifully decorated. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcome. We were greeted immediately, seated right away, and given menus. Our orders were taken quickly, and the service throughout our visit was absolutely outstanding. One thing that really stood out was the teamwork. Everyone helped each other, whether they were working in the front or in the kitchen. You could genuinely tell they cared about creating a great experience for every customer, and that level of hospitality is hard to find. Now for the food... wow. This is easily one of my favorite places I've eaten while visiting Cleveland. I ordered the steak breakfast bowl, and let me tell you--do yourself a favor and order it! The steak was perfectly cooked, incredibly tender, and packed with flavor. The potatoes were seasoned perfectly, and every bite was delicious. We also ordered the butter croissant with bacon, which was a huge hit, and the chicken and waffles. The fried chicken was absolutely phenomenal--crispy, perfectly seasoned, and honestly some of the best fried chicken I've had.
