I was recently in a fender bender and needed a reliable body shop to repair my bumper. While I was at it, I had a few other areas I wanted touched up. After talking to a few coworkers, several of them recommended Andrew at McClure--and wow, did he exceed my expectations! Andrew was an absolute pleasure to work with. He explained everything clearly and in layman's terms, which made the process feel much less overwhelming. He also went above and beyond to help me find the best discounts available. Since part of the damage was covered by insurance and part was out of pocket, Andrew guided me through coordinating both seamlessly. When I dropped off my car, I was expecting to Uber to Enterprise to pick up a rental--but McClure had already coordinated with them to come pick me up at the shop. That level of service truly impressed me. When I picked up my car today, I was blown away. Not only did the repairs look fantastic, but Andrew and Mason even buffed out a few scratches that were outside the original scope--and they cleaned both the interior and exterior before handing it back. Taking time to leave a review because this place was that awesome. I went to 6 places for an estimate and finally both a friend and the dealership I got my car from recommended McClure to me. Everyone gave me outrageous quotes for the small damage of someone backing into me in a parking lot. Mason not only gave me very fair priced quotes but he gave me multiple options. Everyone there was so nice and welcoming. Other places also said it would take two days to repair. McClure only had my car for an hour (they ordered the parts, painted them, then called me to set an appointment when that was ready, i went in a few hours later and it was fixed in no time). I'm seriously impressed by the service I got. On top of everything and most importantly, my car looks amazing. Probably better than when I bought it. I was referred to McClure by Nationwide. Unlike the first estimate where I cooled my heels in an office while they looked over my 2010 Highlander Hybrid, I accompanied the estimator and was able to ask questions and explain how the damage occurred which I think led to a more thorough inspection, and therefor completeness of repair. The estimate was competitive, and several small extras were "thrown in". I emphasized that I needed my car the next Friday for a family vacation. When I called Thursday afternoon, the car was almost ready, but not quite. When I reminded them of the need for a Friday morning car, they said, "Will 8:30 next morning be OK?" It was, and they worked overtime to have my car ready. The repair was not compromised, and I had a fine vacation. Kudos to McClure's good Ccustomer service. read more

I was in an accident several months ago and the original mechanics that "fixed" my car did a poor job. Our dealership recommended McClure Collision and they had my car completely fixed within hours. The owner Mason was such a nice guy and took the time to show me where the other mechanics (Wilburn) went wrong. Mason was extremely knowledgeable and patient walking me through the entire process without charging me an arm and a leg like most mechanics do. Just yesterday I had issues with our suburban doors so of course I returned to McClure and the nice mechanic fixed it within seconds with no charge. Many companies have not figured out how to make a customer a life long one. This one has made me one to be solely committed to using them for auto body needs. Ny wife used adhesive tape to set up a display in her SUV. said tape did not come off the rear panels - leaving a residue behind. i took care of to them - they took care of it in 15 minutes and did not charge me a dime. who does that any more? The Charlotte location is fantastic!!! I walked in at opening with no appointment and the Office Manager Staci helped me right away by getting the GM, Ryan to assess my car and the paint damage. I have been meaning to have the hood on my Isuzu Rodeo painted for over a year. I was going to have it done at Maaco, but they did a terrible job on my Del Sol so I dd not want to patronize their business again. Goodyear Tires on Archdale and South Boulevard referred me to McClure's. They painted the hood for me, and I could not be happier!
