It was a well organized event that went smoothly. We had 3 lanes reserved for 2 hours. Our group enjoyed the snack bar and the bar on site. There is also a game room. We used a digital card that was purchased in the summer so we bypassed the counter and walked right into the gaming area. We did not eat on this visit, so I can not review the food. While there were lots of games to choose from, there weren't many that we liked. Maybe we are old. Maybe the games were targeted to youngsters. I don't know. But I've been to other smaller arcades and have found a larger selection of games that I enjoyed. I'll go back to use up the remaining chips and just play the few games that I like. Once we got to the floor, the staff were incredibly unfriendly. We tried to play the Human Crane game, but there were no clear instructions on how to pay for it, and the floor staff were just flat-out rude when we asked for help. This place feels like it was originally designed and priced for adults, but it now caters almost entirely to children.
