They REFUSED to place ashes. Wouldn't show me the paperwork but said the deceased ashes weren't the owner. Well... then WHY/how is her name plate already on the stone then? After 5 mo of run around they agreed to place 1 (grandma) but they want $1,400 to open the rock & put her in. They never said anything about a charge for opening. 2 openings have already been paid for. I could go on another 10 pages but the bottom line is this cemetery is crooked!! They keep finding excuses & extra charges to not put my mom & grandmother in the spots that they paid for. I am furious.

I never saw or heard any unprofessional actions, and can honestly say the Greene families I served were all extremely pleased by services rendered and received. Over my 50+ years in ministry, I've personally interacted with dozens (100s?) of funeral professionals, and I've seen my share of bad ones, but NOT at Greene. Having worked in the industry during my early college years, it wouldn't take me 10 minutes to discover unprofessional or fraudulent practices. For your information, EVERY funeral home is required under the law to provide a full and complete Price List. You don't have to use Greene and you can "shop the price," if you want, but to post an false review simply reveals its author to be a person of low character.

To help me prioritize everything that was needed to be able to transfer my father's body to Mexico. They handled all the paperwork from the Mexican constant part to whatever was needed to transport my father's body. Without their help this process, I would say would've been a challenging endeavor plus trying to grief at the same time, this would have been impossible for me to take care of myself. LLuvia had mention this would take two weeks for my father's body to be transferred and she was right two weeks later my father arrived to Mexico without a problem with no issues.
