Maybe I just came at a good time or something but the food was so fresh and tasty here. I don't know why it didn't get that high if a review score, but my one time experience here gave me an impression it is better than most other McDonalds. Food: My friend ordered a Big Mac meal and when she got her Big Mac it looked perfect. It's rare that the real food item looks just as good as the ads that portray it, but this Big Mac looked just as good, and according to my friend it tasted great, too. I ordered the Chicken McNuggets and was expecting old reheated soggy nuggets that McD usually has, but was treated with brand new fresh and crunchy nuggets that scream of 5 stars. We ate our fries that turned out to be the perfect crisp to the bite. We both looked at each other with a "what the heck?!" face! Service: They were pretty speedy for a McD that was flooded with a full drive thru on a rainy day. The people who we ordered and paid from are very nice. Environment/Location: Location is a bit obscure with a wwird turning in lane for yhe drive through. The building looks old like it's been there for a while. Wasn't inside but it looked okay. Just hit up the drive thru and you'll probably get one without asking. Story Goes: I love McCafe anything, especially their Caramel Frappes and Iced Chocolate Drink. Now when they introduced these on their menu, I was excited to order one. However, there's been more than 5 occasions when I tried ordering a Caramel Frappe or an Iced Chocolate drink only to have the person working the drive thru have no clue what the hell I'm talking about. It clearly states on their menu that they have them, but I always get the typical response of "Huh? You want a what? The what? Uh, I don't think we have that. Wait... okay, we have that." Only to get a Chocolate Shake, a Mocha Frappe, or even an Hot Fudge Sunday... sh*t. Maybe I'm the McRetard cause I keep coming back to this place, but this Mickey D's is so close to where I live, I can't resist... I wonder who is doing the hiring here, and what the poor worker's schedules are like. They are all very young, so I'm assuming the manager is making their schedules not work out with their school schedules. I went in and only one girl was working the registers, bless her she was doing her best as the line grew large. I think there were 2 drive-thru people (the line itself was crazy long which is why I went inside), and maybe one person cooking? Unless the first drive-thru person was also cooking. I have been coming here for two weeks for morning coffee. On the plus side McDonald's coffee is better than Carl's Jr. or Jack in the Box , the other local drive thru options, and the app has really good deals. My complaint is with the staff. My same coffee order comes out differently every other day, several staff are so badly spoken they are unintelligible in English OR Spanish making it is difficult to order over the speaker. There is about a 25% failure rate in my simple large iced coffee order. About 30% failure rate in applying the coupon code given when ordering. Hard to believe that sort of loss is sustainable. read more

This is a relatively new McDonald's. This place is clean and the staff is attentive. Many mornings I lay awake in my bed wondering how my ex Rebecca is doing. I'm up at 4 am LA time which means it's 7 am in Albany where she is now. Is my ex Rebecca awake? Is she tending to her young twins? Or is she still in bed with her husband, my cousin? Does she lay her head on his chest and talk about her dreams like she once did with me? Or do they lay in silence waiting for the other to get up and start their day. Walking silently through their morning routines not saying anything worried that another fight will start. A fight about something stupid like no milk in the fridge. That she will share the fridge door shut and exhale like her lungs burst open. She would drop the cereal box on the ground and she will follow the Cheerios to the floor. My ex Rebecca then started to cry and curl up into a ball and I had to go over and hold her. I apologized for forgetting the milk but she said it wasn't the milk. It was never the milk. Then after a moment she got up, put herself together, and left for work; as the words "i love you" left my lips. She didn't look back or say 'I love you too' I rubbed my face trying to keep it together so I could clean up the kitchen floor and get to work. That was the last time I saw her in person. Her stuff was gone when I got home from work. I didn't cry at first. I was actually relieved. I was released from the fighting, from the yelling, from not knowing what I was doing wrong. I was released from having to remember the milk. The drive through can get backed up. Also try to get an apple pie, they are delicious! read more

I am a registered nurse and understand the importance of hand washing in preventing the spread of disease. I was at this McDonald's washing my hands before eating and in the time it took me to wash and dry my hands, I saw two employees use the restroom and rinse their hands with plain water before returning to work. No soap was used by either one of them. Just a 3 second rinse with plain water after touching their private parts to urinate. I will report this location to the health department. There also isn't a sign in the restroom to remind employees that state law requires them to wash their hands after using the restroom before returning to work. read more

I like this McDonald's. I usually go in the morning, on my way to work, to grab an egg mcmuffin for breakfast. I think McDonald's is my fave for fast food breakfast. Their coffee is the bomb! I rather have their drip coffee over Starbuck's any day. Egg mcmuffin are always tasty...never had a bad one. Drive-thru staff are always friendly and efficient. No matter how long the drive-thru line, I can zip through in less than 10 min. I have gone inside before and it is relatively clean. I think they redid the inside and outside of this one a few months (or maybe a year back) so it still has the brand new look to it. Parking is a little awkward, especially in the mornings when the drive-thru line is long and parked cars are usually blocked by the ones waiting in the line. But I think all the regulars are aware of this and are conscious to not block people in. Overall, teamwork attitude for both the employees AND the customers! read more

This place is seriously a joke. 5 out of 5 times you go your order will be wrong. I've been given an uncooked chicken sandwich, a sausage mcmuffin with egg- that had no sausage in it, sweet tea instead of iced tea, ice tea instead of sweet tea, sundae with no fudge, hamburger with no bottom bun (that was interesting). The other night I went through the drive-thru and it took over 15 mins. Wtf is wrong with this place? First off, the drive-thru girl must have been working fries, cause she was super salty. I'm going through at 11:59, trying to grab a flurry with my Monopoly pieces, cause I'm loyal. So she hands me the rest of my stuff. "So sorry about this, but my flurry was supposed to be m and ms" "Wait...So do you just want some m&ms on top of this" I mean, I'm not a monster, I just want M and Ms. "No... Is that ok" "Sure" So she takes the Mcflurry sans flurry back into the store. I, of course, watch her like a hawk, because I'm sure Salty back drive thru girl and less salty front drive thru girl are now acutely aware that I'm a "problem" AKA I'd like a normal McFlurry with flurry and M and Ms. She doesn't mess with it, but I watch her skip the flurry again. I came to this McDonalds after work and i ordered Fresh chocolate chip cookies and a fudge sundae among other things. Usually the fresh cookies take about 4-8 minutes at most places. It wasn't busy so i got my order well under 5 minutes. As i left to the parking lot i reaches for a cookie that was harder than my spoon for my fudge sundae. I went back and told them if they can make them fresh. The man then took my cookies and gave some cookies back to me within a couple minutes. The cookies were just remicrowaved. The fudge sundae was yogurt and all the "fudge" was put onto one side. No care or effort into the customer service at all. Would not recommend to come here. read more
