McDonald's now charges you for creamer, $.30 each. That means if you like your coffee sweet you're better off making it at home or going to a knock off starbucks place. To add insult to injury I order 20 xtra vanilla creams and my coffee doesn't taste sweet so sometimes they don't add the creamers. I paid $9 for this darn coffee and these Idiot workers can't even put in the creamers making it so not worth it. One time I even ordered a large drink and they gave me a small told me they were out of cups, I asked her to make me an extra one because I paid for two large sweet teas and they were both unsweetened and smaller sizes. She told me to come back tomorrow and pay for another medium cup and she'll give me a large, she's stupid this is crazy. Don't go to this location is it a ripoff and will take your money. If I could give 0 I would, and ordinarily I wouldn't even waste the energy or time on reviewing a place like McDonald's but my mobile order had at least a dozen flies crawling in the happy meal and on the drink lids. We were going to brush off the first two we saw if it was only that but then there were more so we called to complain. All they could say was "there are no flies here so come back and prove it" which I am not going to waste the gas on nor did I get a video of my boyfriend opening his burger and a fly literally crawling and flying out of it - neither of us have ever seen this in our lives and we both work in the industry. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra 10 minutes to any other location - or head somewhere else altogether. We come to this Mc Donald's once in a while . Even If it's just for something sweet or food. Never had a issue or problems everything is great. But when we last went recently we ordered our food we went to go sit down. When they called our number, our order was in a bag for take out. We didn't say it was going to be to go. We were eating and my husband wanted a refill and they said that they don't give anymore refills anymore. If I wanted another drink I would need to pay again. The cashier didn't even bother to mention for the drinks there is no refills. Asked to speak to the manager and asked her why can't I get a refill and she said "well that's our policy . That is why the drink fountain is not out there anymore ." How are they going to put a policy for no more refills and customer have to pay for another drink. This place is a joke. If I could give no stars, I would. I went to the drive thru for a CHOCOLATE CHIP frappe and fries. When I was handed the frappe it looked like Carmel so I asked was it and was told no. I took a sip and it tasted like Carmel to me. When I said it tasted like Carmel I was then told other chocolate chips were ground up in the frappe. So, I thought okay maybe I need to drink it some more, plus I was running late for my daughters gymnastics. As I was drinking there were NO chocolate chips. I told her she was the one who made the frappe and she knew it was caramel. She proceeded to pretty much ignore me, TRIED to not allow me to finish my story regarding the phone situation. At any rate I asked for her managers information. Let's see if I get a return phone call from Jamie. I stood there for about 4 minutes listening to another customer complaining about there not being any ice or any soda available. I asked where my frappe was and was told I said I didn't want it. So now, I'm super pissed. I told them to run me my frappe or my money back. The guy went to get the manager, AGAIN but of course she doesn't want to come back to the front. The drive thru is always cash only. Weird right? I've gone to this location at least 5 times and I've always experienced an issue, 4/5 it was cash only and the last time my food was inedible. My fries were old and cold so I asked for a new batch. All they did was put the old fries back in the fryer (which of course made them worse than before). To top it off when I go back to the store the bum manager blamed Uber eats for their incompetence and carelessness in pack long orders. Drive thru is incredibly slow. There was 1 car ahead of me and it took almost 10 minutes to reach the pickup window. When I got to the pickup window, they tell me, "Oh the Dr Pepper is watered down is there anything else you want?" That was not the first time I've gone in and either the shake machine is not working, drive thru is slow (always) or the fries were stale. It's not much better when I go into the restaurant. Doesn't take long to place an order, but it takes a long time to get the order. It's always something. I only visit this restaurant as a last resort, but I will go out of my way (La Canada or Lake Ave.) from now on, it's not worth the aggravation. read more

Maybe I just came at a good time or something but the food was so fresh and tasty here. I don't know why it didn't get that high if a review score, but my one time experience here gave me an impression it is better than most other McDonalds. Food: My friend ordered a Big Mac meal and when she got her Big Mac it looked perfect. It's rare that the real food item looks just as good as the ads that portray it, but this Big Mac looked just as good, and according to my friend it tasted great, too. I ordered the Chicken McNuggets and was expecting old reheated soggy nuggets that McD usually has, but was treated with brand new fresh and crunchy nuggets that scream of 5 stars. We ate our fries that turned out to be the perfect crisp to the bite. We both looked at each other with a "what the heck?!" face! Service: They were pretty speedy for a McD that was flooded with a full drive thru on a rainy day. The people who we ordered and paid from are very nice. Environment/Location: Location is a bit obscure with a wwird turning in lane for yhe drive through. The building looks old like it's been there for a while. Wasn't inside but it looked okay. Overall: 4/5 I usually woupd rate McD in the 2.5-3 range but this one surprised me with their food, so I'm giving it a 4/5. read more
