By far the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. Staff is very incompetent and couldn't even get my simple mobile order correct so I had to go back in the store and get my missing items. This happened all while the staff was giving me attitude when I asked for an extra ranch like it was coming out of their paycheck. Ridiculous. Genesis the Morning Manager is the absolute worst. In Attitude, professionalism and customer service. I'm in the drive through patiently waiting. After a few minutes the speaker comes on but, can't clearly understand what is said. So I'm waiting again. After another minute or so. I say hello, hello. Then I get a response that I can barely make out. It's either the bad speaker or accent of the worker. They say the drive Thru is closed. This is at 6:00 a.m. I pull up to the window. There is an employee cleaning up outside. I ask him if he can get me someone and why is the drive they closed. He say's not enough employees. Nothing. So I knock on the window. A lady with the headset on opens the window shrugging her shoulders and and he's shifting from side to sideI. told her there are 4 cars behind me and why is there not a sign or cone to let people know the driveway is closed? I asked her, are you just going to do what you did to me? She said yes! I took my camera out to take a photo of the business hours for the drive three. She smiled as she turned her head to pose and said, was that a good angle? Or would you like to take another photo. I asked for the manager. She said I am the manager. I asked for her full name and boss and she closed the window. Never again. Now I'm looking up the corporate office. Terrible! read more

This location is bad, even for McDonalds. I live nearby and I settle for this one a lot because I'm busy and every single time I regret it. Either I'm gonna get my order completely screwed up (like the time my wife's sausage mcmuffin didn't have sausage) or my food will be below even McDonald's standards (bun stale or left under the heat lamp so long it's dry and hard, fries cold and soggy, etc etc etc etc etc). Went to McDonalds on Lake in Pasadena a few minutes ago drive thru. 3 Burgers, 3 fries We are a family of three. 3 Burgers 3 fries, 3 Burgers 3 fries and no cup holders, had to carry all 3 drinks in the house individually. Worst McD ever. It rained today, and I wanted a warm burger. In n Out was jammed for two blocks, so I thought I would try a big Mac at McD. The bathroom smelled. The dining area was dirty and uncleared. The burger was cold- Almost refrigerator cold. The help is clearly indifferent. There are no condiment trays, so you have to beg for salt and ketchup. The woman handling those requests waddled between the counter and the drive-up window and had to be asked twice because she is clearly overworked. Terrible place. Dirty, smelly, half-empty At 2:00 PM. This is not the McD I remember as a teenager, when bathrooms were pristine, service was prompt, food quality was at least warm and ketchup was not rationed. This is a long time coming. But back on 29 December 2016, I took approximately 30 from Apple Valley, CA to Pasadena to decorate Rose Parade floats. We stopped by the nearest Mc Donalds after our shift before going home, which happened to be this one. It looked as if the dining room was closed, but the door was unlocked, so I ran in and spoke with the manager. She said dining room was closed. I told her my situation. I have thirty youth and older folks in two 15 passenger vans who were hungry and wanted Mc Donalds, but it would be a huge undertaking to take both the vans through the drive through, making several individual orders per vehicle. a little reluctant at first, but she agreed to let our party come in. She took very good care of us, and a few other customers who wondered in after us. I wish I had written down this woman's name, but I am sure the owner could look back on the schedule for that day and see who it was. I always pass by for a quick breakfast with my mom on my way to drop her off to work and is really fast service in the drive thru; but the one complain I have is about there hash browns. Is not once or twice but three times that is has occurred. I had a pretty bad experience here recently. I ordered through the kiosk system as the lines were long and too my number and sat down. I then waited over 15 minutes only to find out my meal was sitting at the front for over 10 minutes. If you allow the kiosk and provide numbers for table service you need to serve people at their table. This has been advertised heavily by McDonald's so this is unacceptable. read more

I came to this McDonalds to get my client some food and the employee that took my order was nice and sweet. However, the woman that brought the food to me appeared that she was having a bad morning. The employee called my number and threw my bag on the counter. I said excuse me to ask for some jelly and she looked at me and turned away. I stayed at the counter and looked in her direction and waited a few minutes and she finally asked what I needed. I asked for grape and strawberry jelly and she gave me the jelly with an attitude and turned away. Worst McDonalds I've ever been to, and that's saying a lot! I ordered off of this electronic Kiosk they have, which ask you to take a number and wait for your food to arrive at your table. It took almost 30 minutes for our food to arrive, and when it did, the order was wrong and the food was all cold. So, then I had to wait another 10 min to get fresh food. Finally, we started to eat, and half way through our food, I realized they forgot our drinks as well. Here's a lesson to McDonalds. The girl at the register could not even take an order for ice tea and get it right, God forbid I ordered a hot fudge sundae... I spent the next 15 minutes trying to get a refund for the ice coffee that they were trying to sell me instead of iced tea.
