Honestly one of the worse McDonald's experiences I've had in a long time. The food came out cold, the fries tasted old, and the order was missing items. On top of that, the employees acted annoyed when we asked about it instead of trying to help. I understand places get busy, but basic customer service and fresh food should still matter. The dining area also wasn't very clean which just added to the experience. Definitely disappointing, especially for the prices now. I often come by to this Mcdonalds location, but never had the chance to pause and write a review! After going to Mcdonalds on a Tuesday 8am morning and having a good experience, I had to write one! The food was hot and fresh, hashbrowns were not overcooked, and my coke was well carbonated and perfect sweetness level I ordered thru the mobile app and asked for only 1 packet of ketchup but they included 2, and did not forget napkins. ! I had two seperate orders, and the male employee at the counter make sure to ask whether I had two orders to make sure I got both and not just one. I appreciate the attention to detail. I went today to get something to eat for myself and my autistic son. He is the one that called me and asked me for it. Because I have a hard time with him and food if he ask me for something to eat I will buy it. Moving on I ordered 10 piece meal and a big Mack meal with no sauce. Just dry cheese, meat, lettuce and bread. I was eating the big Mack and all of sudden I had like thick saliva like they spit on my burger or something in my mouth. William then hung up in my face. I called back no answer. I called the sheriffs because I was so grossly sick because of what had happened.. also, the fact that William hung up in my face. The sheriff was kind enough to meet me back at that McDonald's. I informed them that I tried to call.. They than told the sheriff and I that we had to wait William said because they were busy doing orders.. He said I had to wait five minutes was crazy which ended up being more than five minutes just to speak to the manager but in reality it was more than 5 minutes. . The game over I began to tell her what happened Laura is the manager name and she tried to cover up William hanging up the phone on me and said that the phone hangs up by itself and said to me that sometimes the phone hangs up itself and I got completely upset and told Laura the manager that's not true in my case. William hung up in my face.! I asked for my meal to be refunded when giving back the receipt I noticed when I got home she removed the fact that I asked for no spread because I think she knew I was gonna complain so she can use that I have spread on my burger when I didn't. The new receipt she gave me after refunding just showed. I ordered a big Mac meal but fail to put like the original receipt that I asked for no spread. Laura tried to cover up the whole situation telling me they need to check the cameras, but still never told me what it was that I had in my mouth.. never ever again beware of this location in particular they spit in food! Ordered a vanilla latte through the app and when I went to pick it up I was handed an iced coffee. I let them know of the error and was simply told, it said iced and grabbed it and took it back without apologizing. After waiting a while for the fix I asked how much longer to then be told the machine was down so that's why I received an iced coffee. At that point I asked for a refund and now the machine suddenly was working. Was finally given my coffee and an apology. McDonald's gets a bad wrap but honestly it's freakin McDonald's, menu is basically the same all over the US and if you eat there you know what you are getting. This location has been renovated a few times and they seem to keep it relatively clean. Horrible experiences here before related to quality and timeliness but today tops it all. NEVER order to go via the Curbside option. Staff clearly prioritizes the drive through line and those walking in and will let you sit curbside forever. They either are incapable or don't care about being even at a mediocre level of decent service. I literally had to abandon the order after waiting forever for it. They also don't do free refills any more, and don't even fill up your drink fill to begin with. When I asked the manager for a refill, he said they don't do it any more. I told him the drink wasn't even fill to begin with and he acted like he didn't care . So then I asked for a receipt so I could leave a review and he could not find my online order despite me giving him the number, time, total cost and what I ordered. 4 times. For the third time in a row, my order had missing items. This time it was three double cheeseburgers and NO sauce for a 20 piece McNugget. I called. No apology from the manager. "Just come back with the receipt". Except, there was no receipt in the bag. I guess you have to be one of those people who hold up the line checking everything in the bag. Please read the reviews that make sense. There is a 5 star review that rants on nonsense so ignore those reviews. I hate to give poor reviews but as other Yelpers pointed out, this place is so poorly run. I ordered at the electronic kiosk so I skipped that register. But listening to some of the customers there so many complaints of why the food is taking so long. I stood there waiting for my to-go order and the staff looks really confused. Two of them are probably manager level and we're waiting for the food to come out. They kept yelling in different languages so I don't know what they were saying. But it was a lot of yelling and it just seemed chaotic back there. As kept waiting I counted 11 people standing around waiting for their order. One person was ordering. That tells you it's not the volume of people coming in but the ability to fulfill orders in a timely fashion. That is a reflection on management and how they control the kitchen. So many people were frustrated with the wait and a customer even asked how long will it take to get his food because it looks like it's taking a ling time. This is a person who hasn't even ordered yet. The manager who spoke to him said it doesn't take long because the cashier is available right now. That wasn't the question. That's a lack of understanding by the manager. My order was placed at 11:32am. I go my order (chicken nuggets) at 11:55am. You decide if that took too long. Oh and some reviews did say that they get their wrong a lot. That is also true because in the 25 minutes or so I was standing there, three people who had ordered at the drive thru came in because the food order was wrong.
