This is the worse McDonalds in existence! In the past year, they have missed items on three separate occasions. In one instance, I used the Drive Thru and they forgot my one of my 10 piece nuggets. I didn't notice until I got home so I sent corporate and email and they just said "sorry" without a solution. On a different occasion, I went to the Drive Thru and once again they forgot my McDouble. Luckily, I checked before I left the parking lot then walked inside to get it. They didn't even apologize. Then last week, I placed an order for delivery and they forgot my apple pies! Does the staff here not know how to count? This is on management for absurdly poor training and zero accountability. On top of all the mistakes, this franchise is more expensive than other nearby McDonalds. So greedy and so poorly run! I despise this location but go only because it's nearby my house. read more

Firstly, this is a McDonald's, so definitely reset your expectations, folks. This isn't fine dining or even Shake Shack. This is a fast-food franchise known for quantity and not quality. The Setting: Located in a large strip mall beside a Tesla dealership, there is usually plenty of parking. Inside it is one of the more modern Micky D's, with 2 touchscreen kiosks, newish furniture, and modern aesthetics. It was fairly clean, and there were plenty of tables open. The Service: I'm mixed on this aspect of my review, as the sole employee I interacted with (I think her name was Brenda) was quite friendly and helpful. However this location appears to be understaffed so it took awhile for our food to come out (approximately 7 to 10 minutes), keeping in mind that this is supposed to be a fast-food joint. Plus, when we first entered, there was no one at the cash register, and we were greeted by the two kiosks inste6. This is more of a knock on the management not the staff, as it's pretty clear management wants to keep costs down -- even if it means less human customer service. The Food: We ordered a cheeseburger, large fries, and large Coke. How was it? The cheeseburger is exactly as you'd expect: small, dry, and lifeless. The fries were OK, but since they haven't used beef tallow in years (decades?) to fry them, they're just half decent instead of delicious like they used to be. Fortunately, MacDonald's serves the best Coke on the planet (thanks to its exclusive formulation deal with Coca-Cola) so the drink was outstanding. The Cost: Considering I'm expecting mediocre to mid food with minimal customer service, the prices are ridiculously high! In fact, the sudden surge in cost since the pandemic is the main reason I don't eat very often at MacDonald's anymore (we'll, aside from health reasons of course ). Overall: If I wanted quality, I would have gone to The Habit. If I wanted affordability, I would have went to In-N-Out. But I wanted convenience and a good Coke, so I went here. Reset my expectations and got exactly what I expected. For that, I give this place a passing grade and will return again if I'm in the area and in need of a convenient meal. read more

This McDonald's is just like any other one you've been to, except I have yet to have a bad customer service experience. I've been coming here for several months, because my son does therapy near by and is usually hangry by the time it's over. The drive thru is usually slow, but the staff are extremely polite and kind, which is always a nice thing when you're hungry and just want to go home. 5 stars for their drive thru customer service and staff. read more

For how much they charge for low quality fast food you would think they could get a plain hamburger order correct. They have like a 20% success rate in getting this order correct. Monce was very helpful in answering a question I had and going above and beyond to help me with my order. Paying for extra sauce is annoying. If I buy 20 nuggets I get 3 sauce? I don't buy any nuggets and have to buy sauce for my fries or sandwiches.... Other mc D don't do this and fast foods chains. They kinda annoy me with other things like missing fries and giving me "icecream machine" or whatever was down. I've bought 150 nuggets before and they have given me probably 40? Sauces or more. The bathrooms are locked, and you have to ask for access to them. I'm clearly a woman, yet they opened the men's restroom for me--how inappropriate! When I finally got into the women's restroom, there was no toilet paper in either stall, and the floor was absolutely disgusting. The sink was full of hair. I ordered my food, but I didn't receive half of what I ordered. They messed up the burgers, and both ice creams were melted. The seating area was also unacceptable. A manager walked out twice to pick up a couple wrappers but did not clean or send anyone out to clean the tables. Buyer Beware. I frequent this McDonalds fairly frequently. This is the third time in 3 weeks that I have gotten all the way home and my order is short. This time I got an empty happy meal box with only a toy and apple slices. I called the McDonalds and was told they would not refund my money unless I went there in person. The manager Ruben was extremely rude and unprofessional. I explained that they charged me for food I did not receive. This was a 36.00 order and I just asked to have my cheeseburger and mini fry refunded. They told me I would have to return to the location to get my money refunded. So essentially it would cost me another 10 dollars in gas to get my happy meal refunded. Check your entire order while at drive thru window each time or you will drive away and be sad and disappointed with luke warm or cold food or fries. Long time, regular customer, and from many visits and experience over many years, I know better than to come here, but I love McDonald's since childhood so keep giving it a try, but sadly disappointed more times than satisfied. Food last visit one star. Positive is drive thru staff is great 5 star and friendly (much improved from past years), but this location can not get the consistency of food right and I am tired of paying much money for food I do not enjoy. Last visit I had drove away and was at edge of McD's building (so seconds from getting food) and put hand in bag to luke warm and cold fries with hard overfried crispy (like potato chip) fries in the mix. The sandwich the meat AGAIN was 1/2 way out of the bun so one takes a bite to no meat, just bun. Going back does not help, done that before. You wait and wait then your other food is cold. I remember McD's Corporate quality control teaches always hot fries and food. With the impersonal kiosks inside, and dealing with inconsistent food over the years just not worth the hassle, time, nor money. Fries had weird grease taste again so threw away my order (which I have done several times over the years, especially the time when my filet of fish was ice refrigerator cold in middle) and went across street to In N Out where there is consistency in customer service and the food is always hot, fresh, yummy and satisfying. This is my go to McDonald's mainly because it's the closest one to my home. I eat here maybe once a week. Compared to other McDonald's I've been to, this one is most expensive. I'm reviewing the drive thru. Most of the time this McDonald's is pretty quick with the delivery of food. This last time however, I was asked to park my car at a yellow cone which was directly in front of restaurant. It took them roughly 15 minutes for them to give me my order. I just ordered a cheeseburger, French fries and a drink. Not much. So It's a typical McDonald's but at times they are slow and they are definitely more expensive than the average McDonald's. Update: 6/6/18 I was hungry late at night. Unfortunately not much is open after midnight. I ordered 4 cheeseburgers no ketchup. Simple right? Wrong!! When I get to the window to pay, I was asked what did I order????? Yeah right. So I tell him. He hands me a bag. I pay. Once home I bite into one burger and it has ketchup inside. I check all the burgers and they have ketchup!!!! What's worse is each burger had a special tag that said no ketchup on it. So either the workers are illiterate or they just don't care. Drive thru lines are much longer due to Covid. So if the long is too long, I walk in. The self-service kiosks are shut down, but only one person in front of me. So service was fast. My son wanted to try a McRib, so that's what I got. A McRib combo for him, and just the sandwich for me, plus a Quarter Pounder and a Big Mac. The food became warm on the ten minute drive home.
