For some reason this location stops breakfast at 10:30am when all others are 11:00. Go elsewhere if you want breakfast.

My 2 kids wanted French fries and hamburger with sour sauce (sweet and sour). Ordered them 2 happy meals and specifically asked for sweet and sour sauce and ketchup. Paid and drove up to the pick up window. The lady handed their happy meals and I asked again for ketchup and sweet and sour sauce. She says it's already inside. I asked for 2 more bc my kids love sweet and sour sauce. Came home and opened the happy meal boxes and there was no sweet and sour sauce or ketchup! Kids were so disappointed. I spent 25 mins trying to explain to a 3 year old and a 5 year old why we didn't get any sauce. read more

I absolutely dislike leaving bad reviews and felt the need to visit this location again in person. The little one was wanting a happy meal so I figured I would return and see if I could speak to a manager. The next closest location is pretty far away. I was greeted by Tino. He was an absolute superstar and listened to my issues about the drive through. I shared my phone history with him to show the call attempts I had made in the past. Tino apologized and said he would bring up my issues in a meeting and have them addressed. Yelp is about community. Mc Donalds is a big chain and I do appreciate that Tino appreciates our business. That makes me a fan. Tino made me feel that this location is all about community. If this is the case and the issues are addreseed, they have us as customers for good. This is now the 4th time in a row will have gone through the drive-through and been told to pull over behind another car and wait even longer for my food. They have now been to my car twice both times wrong order and still waiting. This Has to be the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. I order an ice cream cone and I was surprised on how well serve the ice cream was. Nothing compare to the ice cream serve in the McDonald's in Yorba Linda bl but this worker really knows how to put ice cream in the cone. I been to several McDonald's and I been a critic on how much ice cream they put on the ice cream and this is worth the drive and my money. Would recommend this place. I went around 11:00 4/30/22 and I don't know his name but he deserves a raise for the amazing ice cream he served. I'm so happy!!!! 10 stars for this place! read more

I will never go to this place again. I ordered from the drive thru with my daughter and once I got home and opened my sandwich see (attached photo). Disgusting I came back to the store fuming, and asked for the Manager, and told him to open the sandwich, and first thing came out of his mouth is that, I did not make it. I mean come on I understand you did not make, but apologized (Customer Service 101). I was fuming and asked for the corporate phone number. At first he didn't want to give it to me, so he called another Manager and he apologized and Provided me the contact info. Need to train your employees better. Asked for no meat because of dietary restrictions. What I ordered was 3 cheeseburgers, no meat and received hamburgers, no cheese. Completely wrong order. This happens all the time at this location and the Yorba Linda location. Needs better staff and management to control these types of mistakes. I went to get breakfast fir my sons birthday because all he wanted was MCL Donald's pancakes. Do to my work schedule I was late and missed the cut off for breakfast by 30minutes. I explained to the manager "SAM" what it was for and he excitingly said he would make the pancakes especially for my sons birthday. This McDonalds has yet to let me down, the food always comes out fast and fresh. Service is quick and easy, drive through has never taken us more than 5 minutes. I've always tried to mobile order for this location as they are great about making online orders quick if I don't want to wait in the drive through. This is a newer location with a drive thru. Located right by the 91, it's an easy stop while passing through the area. Service was very friendly and our food ready quickly. Not a place I would seek out, but my son was hungry and it did the job. Very clean and well maintained, one of the better locations. read more

Place has 1 drive through line, but yet 2 ordering and pickup stands where 1 doesn't work and 1 machine says "Pull Up" 5 times in a row. I then go to the second machine and tell the lady my order pretty loudly. She says to repeat the order, so I did again. She says I can't hear you, speak louder, so I fckn shouted my order all loud, and then she heard finally. Turn up your headset.... The drive through is super thin so if you have a truck or an over sized vehicle, good luck to you...also saw a lady drop some change and she couldn't get it back... Let me start off by saying that I work at a fast food place myself and I know how annoying it is to have people either come so late to buy food or just come at all instead of buying healthy food from a grocery store and cooking a home cooked meal. But when they do come into my work place I strap on the fakest smile on and give them good customer service because that is my job. This McDonald's worker did not meet my standards. Even tho this was my first time here as soon as I pulled up I was not greeted by a welcome to McDonald's what can I get for you ? But by a "can I help you?" And after giving my order I was not asked if I wanted to make a meal or not. Than I waited at the window for 5 minutes till I was charged and another 6 till I got my food. In the end I was never asked if I wanted any condiments or told to have a good night. Hopefully they get these workers trained properly. Food was good tho. Hats off to the chef. He deserves a raise. This one is hard to even find a place to start. If I was the franchisee at this location I would be embarrassed. The employees are obviously not trained to do their jobs right, number one. And number two, they could care less if they do it right... a change in staff may yield you some decent customer service. I will drive an additional 10 minutes just to avoid coming to this location again. Missing items from the very simple order, rude attitude when asked about the items missing in the order, cold food; burnt food. This was just all around a huge fail and the fact that it was brought up while at the restaurant still and it got shrugs.... says something about how involved in your business you are. Should donate it to someone who can turn around your garbage franchise, or let corporate come in to show you how to run it. read more

They're always fast, it's McDonald's so you know what to expect. Always friendly faces and quickly giving me my food to go. I order a 1$ Diet Coke or diet Dr Pepper whenever I feel like I need a boost in my day, never wait more than 3-5 minutes in the drive through. Count your change when you use the drive thru. I went through on Wednesday morning at 8:35AM on September 14, 2022. I ordered a Egg McMuffin, the price on the board rung up as $4.19. I pulled out 5 $1.00 bills. When I got to the first window to pay, the guy says $4.21, okay, a $0.2 cents difference. With a tight, close fist, he hands me back my change, no receipt. It's a morning rush, I proceed through, get my bag at the second window and pull over to get organized. That's when I realize, he has short changed me. He gives me back 4 pennies, 1 nickel and 4 dimes for a total of $0.49 cents instead of $0.79 cents. Something was off about this guy from the start and he's sitting there cheating people and pocketing the extra change. Even though $0.30 isn't much, the point is he's stealing. I didn't have time to go back and let him know, plus he didn't give me the receipt even though my inner voice told me to ask for it. Nonetheless, I pray that he would be exposed, convicted in his heart and everything he takes that is not his, will not last and he will know exactly why. Not sure if anyone actually reads these reviews but people complaining have some serious issues. It's a damn McDonalds and not everyone is perfect. Anyways wanted to express my experience here as they usually are always great and never mess up our orders. Also want to give a big credit to Josh at the register who is always smiles and has top notch customer service.
