Service was prompt and fast during lunch hour . McDoubles were okay . The fries were terrible. Stale like they made a lot and just served them up when needed. Del tacos crinkle fires always hot and fresh . This is not value at 6 plus dollars....!!!forget this place ... so a some time later I came to give this establishment a second chance with my lovely wife wanting to try the new chicken biscuit sandwich. So after waiting over 25 minutes for the order was frustrated and walked out with no food and no refund. I didn't think I would've had as bad of experience with McDonald's as I did this weekend. Saturday night My boyfriend and I were looking for a small dessert to end a long day of driving but great afternoon. Came to McDonald's because it was close to our Hotel. And. It ended up being the worst experience I've had with McDonald's. I didn't get either the Cashiers name and Now I wish I did. He was more interested in his break than actually doing his job, was on his phone both at the register in the camera view and then ran behind the wall and hid on his phone. When he talked to my boyfriend about our order and number he was rude and snarky. Gave us the first part of our order without waiting for the Mcflurry part. When that time came he had ran off to the lobby and some other started to repeat our order. Rather than staying where he should've been and completing his task before going on Break. The man who rudely asked about our order. Started yelling back and forth with the lady. When she didn't understand him, he still proceeded to continue to sit in the lobby and yell. When we finally got the McFlurry. She slapped it down on the counter half melted and trashed. Then gave us a snobby stuck up look. Very poor customer service.​ after reading the other reviews. I don't feel bad at all in saying I am surprised this establishment is still in business and am glad it's only getting the one star reviews. Should be able to give negative stars! I went thru the drive thru to order a happy meal. I ordered an extra bag of apple slices. I SAW them on the screen when I ordered and paid for them. When I got to the window to get my food a manager handed me the happy meal. I specifically asked if it had the extra apple slices. She said no and asked for the one she gave me back and gave me another one. When I drove away, I checked. One bag. I parked and went inside. The manager who gave me the happy meal completely ignored me and wouldn't even look up at me. She knew she was wrong. A different manger came and told me I needed my receipt. I told her I just came through the drive through. She said she didn't care she wanted a receipt. I told her that the other manager helped me and she said the e tea apples were in here. She told me she said I thought I just said apples. Really? You guys had that whole conversation BEFORE I even went back in. All over a 90 cents bag of apples. I went back out to my truck and could not find the receipt. It went under the seat or something but I will find it! Management is rude as hell and has ZERO customer service skills. They don't give a shit about you or your order. They just want your money! Go to another McDonalds because this one sucks! *Come to find out, they gave me the wrong order anyway. Their good have gotten worse over the years,my fiancé went and got us dinner from them and their fries had a terrible after taste like they have been fried in old oil and my burger had no pickles or onions on it like it's supposed too.... we are very very very unhappy with their services also they take way too long to get the orders done we had to wait over 20 min for our order and people that ordered after us got their orders before us so we eventually ended up asking for our refund back to we will not be returning back to this McDonald's again! read more

I did not recieve anything free and I actually did not want to spend any Money in this very upsetting mcdonalds. The manager Marcella and the fry prep did nothing short of ignore the non spanish speaking custormers where as the inididviduals that did speak spanish they are more friendly and diligent with the orders that are taken. I will absolutely never come here again. They serve breakfast at 4am but it seems that they start to actually make the breakfast way way before that hour. I worked at a food joint once. I get it, but the customer always has the final say. I was made to wait over 10 minutes at the menu area and payment window only to be told that I "missed" the lunch window because it's already 4. ... Like if I didn't realize before that all of it was done on purpose so that the lazy associates inside wouldn't have to make one last microwaved chicken patty and slap it onto a bun and fry some fries for 3 minutes. I was spun a half arsed story on how the drive thru associate would have served me if he had seen me. There were 3 associates walking around inside that for sure noticed me and not one of them bothered to help me. Almost charged me for the wrong order and then gave me back my change in quarters , when I clearly handed her a few ones

I've never been more irritated with food service before in my life. I went in to pick up a door dash and they had sealed the bag so I regrettable assumed they did their jobs and had everything in there. Delivered it and the girls txts me saying the fries were forgotten and she was super close so I went back and asked for them, the manager with the colored braids said she needed to report it to door dash (which she did) but then I went n purchased my own item through the McDonald's app, they processed to IGNORE Me for 10 minutes n so on after the short haired manger just flung the bag at me very rudely. I had an order number and proof of payment. I'm 100% sure they just clicked through my order when it popped up. I've worked for McDonald's before so I know how it can get but seriously? I've been going here for about a year or so since I work right around the corner. The people never seem happy which I understand but, my experience today sucked! I went through the drive thru on my way home after working today. I live in Brentwood, I asked for a large fry, cheeseburger and a frappe they got two out of three right. I had to repeat it twice at the box and the lady wasnt nice sounded annoyed. Then when I pulled up to the window a guy read it back and said mcchicken instead of cheeseburger I politely said no it's a cheeseburger he was nice but didnt look happy and changed it for me so I paid. I go to the next window the lady said here is your cheeseburger fry and frappe so being off work I didnt think to check because usually they're on point at least for me. I'm driving home eating some fries and afterward pull up to find they gave me a McChicken! Really upsetting since I'm in Brentwood now and also paid a little more for it and also I cant eat those because I get extremely nauseous from those. The drive-thru employees have trash talked me through the speaker on several occasions and the managers don't care either they will laugh in your face. By far one of the worst place to go. When we went to the drive through the guy taking our order kept cutting of us off while we are ordering, kept giving us our total when we weren't even half way done. We have a big family so yes it's a long order. When we finally get our food I was trying to make sure the order was correct & the lady was just giving us that mug look like she was bothered we questioned her service so we drive off, only to get home & they forgot a whole damn order, have to deal with telling my kid his pancakes aren't there when we paid for it. This is by far the worst McDonald's in the world! Not only is the service to slowest I've ever encountered in a Drive-Thru... But who the hell runs out of Quarter Pounders? This is a McDonald's and that's one of their best selling burgers! Then when you wanted to get the two for five deal with a quarter pounder and a filet of fish they won't work any deals substituting anything for the quarter pounder. I asked if they could do a double cheeseburger instead in the guys like no we can't do that. What lousy customer service. This place is a joke and I will never come to this place ever again being that there's 20 other fast food places around here and just out of principle alone I am so tired of this happening here... They have really good play place that is air conditioned it isn't really busy at this time but still kids for your kids to play with best fries ever nice and salty the employees have gotten better about getting orders correct but still check before you leave because they do make more mistakes then any other place around read more

I try to avoid this location as much as i can. They are open all the time so i tend to give in and come here. Given a choice i wish they would make bay point open 24 hours cuz then i would always be there. Drive through is very terrible, i often have to either pull up to the window and order or i have to have my order corrected a few times. There have been nights where i have waited more then 25 minutes for my food because i had gotten home to find out an employee had purposely made my food wrong...because it was the complete opposite of what i ordered. I feel i always get a snicker or two when i order my fave dipping sauce in batches...i loved their wraps..until the employees forgot how to make them properly. so i make them at home now. I hate the fact that i have to dig and dig through my bag to ensure its right because they never give me all my food..on purpose or not im not sure. Manager has a very horrible demeanor about her and douse not provide any kind of customer service. When you bluntly tell your customer that your food is going to be cold in five minutes anyway...makes me want to call corporate and let you repeat that for them.
