I guess you have to ask yourself why this location has so many one star reviews. If there negative marks, you'd probably see those as well. And not a single Manager response. The owners and managers truly don't give a crap. This is literally the worst McDonald's location in Kitsap!!! Everyone here agrees. Nothing but attitude and trash everywhere. Bathrooms are not clean, homeless harass you as you walk in. Nothing but a health and safety hazard. Even the inner city Bremerton locations are better than this one. Every time I've been here, it's been a huge wait for no reason. Today's order was no exception. When I walked in, no one was in the drive thru, yet they prioritized every new order in the drive thru over my mobile order. Employees tried to hide behind the wall, when I asked for help. I saw every car pull up and drive thru. Completely crazy! I was there over 30 minutes waiting on a mobile order for a medium fries and small McFlurry. When the guy finally did do my McFlurry, it looked like less than half the cup and looked strange. Who knows what he did to it. I threw away everything...so disgusting! There were no managers anywhere! Very poorly managed store. This has been every experience for me...employees just talking to themselves and laughing at customers. This place has gone down hill really fast. I come pretty often as I catch the ferry daily and it's pretty convenient to grab something quick. I have witnessed some really unsettling behavior at this location lately. I'm pretty sure at some point employees were living in the parking lot. I saw a shortish male maybe Hispanic employee with a super hero hat ( screaming profanities and threats) to another employee. Incredibly hostile and he literally just stormed off down the road after. On multiple occasions I've seen them doings drugs around the back dumpster. Same employees too! A younger looking male with long hair. I've seen employees go in and out of the drive thru windows hitting a vape before their feet touched the ground??? How is this acceptable for any business let alone a large franchise like McDonald's? Pulled up at 10:31. Our fault- but we literally just missed breakfast by 1 minute. Sucks. We order meals with fries instead. We were asked to go to the stall ahead after paying due to "waiting on more fries". We waited 20 mins. No drive through fast food should take 20 mins. For a quick on the go meal, we were really impressed with the local touch that this McDonald's has. As soon as we entered, we were greeted warmly with happy employees who were smiling and laughing. I Went on July 12th. This store desperately needs to improve conditions for staff, to encourage them to show up. I arrived at 1015 to see a sign on the lobby door that said "open at 1045a." At 11a, an employee walked over to let me know that she would not be opening the lobby as she was alone. The sign changed to state this and I was asked to do a curbside as a walk up customer. This was served to me promptly following my app order completion while the long line at drive thru was also being served quickly. The service I received was exceptional given she was alone but condition need to improve to increase staff morale. Other people who were waiting for the lobby to open, let me know this is the slowest McDonald's they have been to "they are always slow. All day long. The long lines are because of needing more staff" The other two people who were waiting, walked away as they needed to be on with their day. Happy national fry day; be prepared to wait. read more

When I finally got to the window they wanted me to park and wait longer! No, I refused! A hamburger happy meal should not be that complicated to make. Stopped by on my way home from work between 530 and 6 PM on November 25, 2024. Between waiting in line and being parked I was there almost 45 minutes. Went inside to see what was going on and get a refund waited another almost 10 minutes, I demanded a refund my total was $28.64. I don't know what the gentleman in the the red shirt with glasses did to the pop open the til but gave me $60. I was mad because I waited so long for food and wasn't given anything except for the drinks they gave me at the window. The tip was nice, but sucks for them they're going to be short, I get parked every time I think it's because I order my fries no salt. The con...are you kidding me? $8.15 for that weak sandwich and a small order of fries? No wilted shredded lettuce? No sub-standard tomato slice? There was a small dot of sauce but really, a postage stamp was bigger. I really do not expect much from desperation fast food and the crunch was good. This McDonald's gets a 4-star rating from me because it is far better then the one in my town which is about 17 miles away. It is like night and day. The restaurant is always clean, they rarely make a mistake on my order, and the food tastes fresh which is really good for fast food McDonalds. I always get decent customer service whether I go inside the order or through the drive-thru. I'm not giving it a five-star rating only because it's McDonalds, which in general just isn't the best food to eat no matter how good a particular one of these restaurant is. It's McDonalds. You know what to expect. But, when a McDonald's gives the kind of care to its customers, served fresh food, and doesn't make mistakes with the orders, it's a good place to patronize. read more

Bainbridge Island's token fast food restaurant opened before the community passed a law prohibiting cookie cutter corporate restaurants. There's a rumor that one of the local Mexican places is a well camouflaged corporate store. This place is a franchise store that delivers on all of the promised standard faire and service. Customer service is a little uneven. They seem to have a lot of turnover. So, a they always seem to have a lot of new faces. I'm guessing they spend a lot of time and money trading. I think the new "fresh meat" Quarter Pounders are one of the best improvements they've made in some time (I have them drop one slice of cheese). Now, if they could just make the McRib a permanent menu Item, their score would start to climb! read more

I haven't done a review for a mainstream fast food joint since I was in school, but I feel that I should post something about this McD's because of the great experience. I'm sure those who have the same experience as I, coming from the ferry on a Friday afternoon, will appreciate it. If you happen to come across to the island after waiting for hours on end, a quick stop at McD's before your road trip to a Olympic Peninsula camping spot might be a necessity. After waiting through traffic in downtown Seattle to the ferry dock and then sardines into a $34 ferry for 30 minutes, McD deals might alleviate. A friend had told me about their McDonalds app a while ago.. I don't know why I didn't use it beforehand. I spent $6.70+tax for a McDouble, a McChicken, 2 4pc nuggets, a sundae, a med McFlurry and 2 med fries! The con was that we had to go inside and order because you can use one coupon at a time (which the cashier told us and patiently took each of the orders.) Clean facility and great customer service!
