Food is always cold they give you the wrong orders. The management needs to improve the service and the quality of this restaurant

Can you please get the window cashiers to wash their hands, please, If I still see it I will not go even though they still have food, because I seen two times people in front of me cough into their hands, touch their face and put their finger in their mouth and then hand the window cashier money and then they touch your food when passing it to you. I had to tell the employee to please wash his hands and he agreed. Every time they recieve money, I will wait the extra minute...no they don't have to use gloves that is still not good because all the germs are collecting on the gloves, only if they change them everytime, but I am just asking if they could wash their hands after receiving payment, so before they give you the food. That way the next person won't get the cough germs from the person before. Please! read more

I went to this Macdonald, to ordered by the drive trough is disgusting the smell from the trash bin is right there, to order inside, just for one frappe it took more than 10 min. There were many employees just walking around talking taking their time. read more

Used the drive thru at 12:30 pm today, to get my grandson and his friend, some chicken McNuggets and got ripped off! I ordered a 20 piece, paid for a 20 piece, and got a 15 piece. I have been gone this Mcdonald's through out a year because it is near my house. Every time I have no problems but sometimes they give me wrong food order. Therefore, I had to drive back to get it right. I discovered the app and tried to use the deal from the app. The drive thru staff looked at me like I did something terrible and asked me "What was for?", gave me a bad attitude. Wow the manager at this location really needs to be replaced with someone with better hygiene etiquette. The manager at this location was blowing his nose while handling food. Not bothering to wash his hands nor wear gloves. There's nothing wrong with having to blow your nose if your sick or have allergies but this guy was handling food while dipping in his pocket search for his recycled snot napkin. I really enjoyed my breakfast at McDonald's this morning, I got the Deluxe breakfast, i can say I was very happy with what I got.

this is probably one of the worst mc donalds that ive been too! every time i order food its always cold so i always have to ask them to make it fresh. Freshly cooked food should be something that should already be given instead of asked for. Also, ive been there countless times when the lobby area was messy and so were the restrooms. Found a piece of hair in my chicken nuggets, made me lose my appetite, and had to throw them away...

Let me start of by saying if I can give zero stars I would. I came in at 8:46 on December 27, I order some McNuggets and 2 big macs. I checked the bag and noticed they didn't give me one of the big macs. I checked the receipt to make sure I paid for it and I did. I did have a big order so I understand how they could have forgotten something. So I went back into the drive thru and explained the situation and they told me to go the second window. The girl handed me a bag when I got to the window without saying anything and shut the window. I checked the bag and saw they gave me a plain chicken sandwich instead of a big mac. I was a little annoyed because I did say a big mac. I decided to park and just try to go inside. The door was locked and I tried knocking but the workers actively ignored me. At this point it was getting a little ridiculous so I walked to the drive thru window. Where a guy in line heard my situation, he told me the girl workers were laughing at me because they purposely gave me the wrong order and that the same thing happened to his daughter. Hearing this got me even more pissed because who the fuck does that. In the end they give my big mac but that was only because I confronted them and demanded the right order. I told them that it qasn't fucking funny and they shouldn't be laughing. They are getting paid to do their job not mess around with customers. I wish I demanded to speak to the manager because this shouldn't be happening twice that I know of. read more

Yesterday I went through the drive thru to order breakfast, I get to the window and I'm told by the cashier that the card machine just went down. Uh huh. I order at the drive thur. The girl taking my order and at the pay window, was nice and quick. The lady at the second window handed me my food but said oh the car before wanted a happy meal, so I gave them yours. I was shocked. She said pull to the front and I'll bring you the order. 15 mins later I had to go in to get my order. To find out the girl at the window never told them to replace the meal she gave away. Usually this is the better of the 3 mcdonalds in baldwin park but I was very disappointed that I was not able to use my mobile wallet or isis at this location. Stopped off at this McDonald's yesterday hoping to grab some quick food thru the drive-thru. Well that didn't happen !!! We ordered a quarter pounder no onions and the 2- cheeseburger combo and a sundae. First off I pay at the first window with a $20 and it took them 4 minutes to get me change ! Really the change due was $4 bucks..... Then I get to the second window and the lady gives me 2 bags . I ask "is everything in the bag" .....Of course she says yes ! But yet I didn't get -napkins -ketchup -straws -or a spoon ! I kindly ask for all those items and I pull away. About to get back on the freeway and noticed they gave me all the wrong items! I had to turn around and go get the correct burgers. I go in ask for the correct order wait another 4-5 minutes. As we got back on the road we noticed the cheeseburgers were a big mess ! Ketchup all over the buns! It looked as if they squirted ketchup on the inside and outside of the buns ! So very disappointed in this place ! Being that they are so close to a major off ramp on the freeway you would think they would take more time to make their items with quality. Will not be coming stopping at this one again. read more

Should have read the reviews first. I was hungry so I had no choice but thought to swing by for a quick drive thru order. Female taking the order was not friendly, didn't sound like she liked her job. Both meat patty in the Big Macs were cold, cold, cold! Didn't taste freshly made. My only favorite McDonalds are still the one at Puente Hills Mall and Rowland Heights. The one on Azusa in West Covina isn't bad either. read more

Worst customer service ever and I spoke with the manager working at 4:00pm on 3-20-2019. No special order just a cheeseburger meal. It was raining very hard, and the end of the day rush hour traffic. No line in drive thru and the parking lot was empty. When I asked the first employee for a receipt, she rudely stated to get it at the next window and she closed the glass window. When I pulled up to the pick up window, the next employee told me to park and someone will bring the order out. I asked if I could wait here as there was no one in line. She then replied sharply, just park and we will take care of you. I am in collections, so very little gets to me, but this was such poor service considering they charged almost $8.00 for cheeseburger meal. So I replied "NO" that I will move when another vehicle drives up. She then had the manager come to the window and the manager (was not wearing a name badge) came and started yelling that I need to move or she will give me back my money. I paid by debit card so getting my money back would not have been an issue with just one phone call. Not only did a third employee rudely hand over my food, the fries were dumped upside down in the back so it was all over the bottom and on top of the burger. I never received a receipt nor the napkins I requested. I also received someone else's drink as I DID NOT request a large on either the fries or the drink. I received both. Since I received such bad service, I did not eat the food as I am certain they tainted the food. Baldwin Park has many other options, Stay away from that location. Copy of this will be sent McDonalds Corporation and I will notify my bank to void the charge. read more

So I don't generally write reviews unless a business or place has been really fantastic or has really pissed me off. Unfortunately, this one has really set me off. After a long tiring day, some people just don't have time or energy to make food. So we figured a McDonald's drive thru will do. Tonight, the person who was taking orders shouldn't be there or need better training. It's gives the impression that you don't want to be at work when you are asking if "will that complete your order?" every time the customer says one item. Especially when you were told the first time "I'm not done" so instead of asking if that will complete my order after every item, it would have been better if you had said "please let me know when you're done". You should give your customers time to order instead of interrupting. On top of that what am I supposed to do with half crispy chicken Filet? I said I wanted a crispy chicken sandwich. It was really frustrating after a long day and when you get home, you come to find out what I've ordered was not right. I really wanted to go back to the drive thru and chuck half crispy chicken at you. Yes i said half because the fillet looks like half was missing off of it. But I decided against it because i was tired and hungry. I guess you could eat eat it like a giant nugget. SMH! read more

If there was a negative 5 stars I'd give it to this mcdonalds. Just came home from a night out with my husband thought about getting something quick to eat, both hungry and myself pregnant and hungry. Paid in full for 2 meals and got home to find I'm missing my fries. Something small but a usual at this place. I'm always missing things from my side of the order. Plus their customer service is crap. Always the girls who work there are rude. The only time I never have an issue is when the amazing manager Jose is working. All the girls working there are pathetic and lazy. I didn't even get my receipt and they never answer their phone. So I'm out money. Thank you for ruining date night. Never going there again, and if I do sorry to hold up the line people behind me in the drive thru....I'm checking the bag twice for missing items. You can thank the horrible staff. When this place is busy they take FOREVER. To top it off most of the people here aren't even friendly. The only nice ones sometimes, are the DT people who take your order, and that's SOMETIMES. When you pull up to pick up your food everyone there is so rude. They literally will just hand you your food w/o saying a word just rushing you to leave. Ok so the other day I went in around 2:00 to eat a at this McDonald's. This young man was in the front taking orders. I noticed that he was new Bc I usually come to this McDonalds a lot. And when he took my order I asked him if he was new working there. I was surprised of how good he was at taking orders. Before he took my order. There was a couple in front of me and he greeted them with such kindness. I was extremely impressed with his work ethic. His name was Damian. He was thin and had a dark complexion. So I usually have a really complicated order and the guy on drive thru Manuel (I asked his name) he was able to get the order right in one try and once I got up to the second window I asked for sweet chili sauce and the y told me it would be 30 cents.
