If I could rate less than 1 star I would. The girl at the first window was rude and dumb. I asked if the item I wanted which was unavailable was permanently being taken off the menu or if it was temporarily unavailable and she treated me like shit. This is the one closest to my work and I come here probably three times a week to get either an iced coffee or breakfast before work and I work at 6 AM. Do you know how many times in the last week I've come here and it's been closed at 5:45 AM. When Google says it's open at 5 AM this is absolutely ridiculous. If your site says 5 am, actually be open at 5am!!! I won't go here again. And the workers are super rude, my food is usually cold and wrong, I only go here purely for convenience. Ordered a milk. Should have gone to MilkDonald's. This McDonald's is inside Walmart south of Battle Creek close to the highway. It's not a bad McDonald's by any means and is here to provide all of the honourable Shoppers of Walmart with a little snack. Which will make their tummies look like a big snack. The burger tasted bland as usual but at least it was hot and fresh. The fries were a little lukewarm. The sweet tea is fine. Two stars is fine for this location. read more

And it was busy, at first we where worried about how long we would be waiting. when we pulled up to the front window where we met Tyler, we were both empressed with how fast and smooth he stuck the sticky note on our care side mirror! and within minutes tyler had our food out to our car with a smile! although, we could tell it had been a very busy day for him. my fiancé remarked how he shared the same first name as he. and we shared a laugh, as we pulled away we noticed there was NAPKINS in the bag!! Customer service sucks they got my order wrong twice had to wait there for 45 minutes and they still got it wrong they want to give me no free vouchers. They didn't say they were sorry. I have a dream where I can go to one McDonald's just one, where they will make my order correctly. I ordered the Double Quarter Pounder with cheese and bacon. I ordered food for the whole family as we are headed up north to visit family and my nephew's birthday. Well as we are going down I-94 I own my Quarter Pounder, no double to it or cheese or bacon. They forgot both girls dipping sauces for their chicken McNuggets. I ordered a large Coke which was large, but diet. Grrrr! You don't notice until you're on the freeway. I have already quit going to McDonald's on East Michigan cause of bad management and always messing up my order. I'm on the verge of boycotting this one as well. You need a General Manager to come in and get these employees to pay attention to detail. read more

Cleanliness and service are great but quality control is suffering a bit lately. It seems that the last few months we use the drive through the order is always incorrect. Since we have been having issues we stayed at the window after they handed our food to count our items and to make sure that the order was correct. All sandwiches drink's, fries and condiments were in the bag as ordered so we drove off. It wasn't until we got home that we found that the sandwiches we're not made to order as requested. They have the grill slip attached to the sandwiches that said extra pickle however there wasn't a single pickle on the sandwiches that we received. Normally I do not complain but since this has happened so many times in the last 2 months it was time to update my review. It's not hard to get back up to a four star rating. All you will need to do is make sure thise orders go out correctly. Take a little extra time and double check the order before you hand it to the customer. read more

They're drive thru like after 10 was extremely long. There were a few cars but I waited 35 minutes! 25 to order and 10 to get my order. All I had was a mocha! Be careful coming here this late. Should get more staff to work! They had one girl running food, taking orders, and taking payments. read more

I realize today is a holiday, but this doesn't excuse poor service. This is the 3rd time this week items have been missing from my children's Happy Meals. First it was their milks, the next time there was a nugget missing, and this time they forgot the apple slices - which I specifically reminded the cashier about. Traveling through on our way back to Indiana. I ordered a filet of fish meal. The fries were old and very cold. My sister ordered the child's Chicken McNugget meal. Her fries were cold, the Nuggets were cold and there was no beverage that came with the meal. Not only were their fries cold the Nuggets were VERY old. Disappointing to say the least. I need to add, that after going up to the counter and speaking to the manager and complaining that two large fries and the Happy Meal Fry were cold as where the nuggets, they replaced the two large fries and kids meals fry with 1 kids meal fry. Apparently the large fries don't count. Poor response. Poor customer service read more

I went and ordered a meal. I got a small fry and a medium fry. I also got nuggets and some shakes. I get my shakes and a bag of food. I look into the bag and no fries what so ever. I was polite and said I am missing my fries. The staff inside didn't believe me. I showed the receipt showing I paid for fries. I also showed them the bag of food with no fries to show I didn't get them. They kept and saying the swore they put them in there and I was made to feel like I was lying and being accused of hiding them. Prior to my experience today, I had always thought as highly as one could of a McDonald's. Recently though, this all changed. As of late, McDonald's has been doing some renovating and installed a second drive through lane, but not a second window. This has led to more traffic than the restaurant is capable of handling. Today alone I watched five cars leave the long line because they didn't have an hour to wait for FAST food. I eventually ended up just going inside and getting a sweet tea, inside I found even more confusion and more people leaving. I am unsure if a new crew has been hired I haven't seen them before but combined with poor organization, understaffing, evidently poor management and this new drive through, McDonald's on Capital may have bitten off more than it could chew. read more

Sadly, ever since the remodel that occurred last spring, the drive through service has plummeted in quality. I pass through nearly every morning around 7:00 and 4 days out of 5 I have to wait more than 10 minutes in the line even when there's only one car ahead of me. This week I waited 5 minutes at the payment window because there was nobody there. Finally, a girl came (presumably from the bathroom) and didn't even apologize for making me wait. And my order has been wrong too many times to count. Again, just this week, I ordered a banana chocolate chip muffin and I got a McGriddle. Those people had already made me late for work by taking so long, so I couldn't go back around to get the right thing. The McGriddle just went in the trash - along with my $$$. The only crew members who know what they're doing are Shannon and Kim. They should get a raise and a promotion. If they were in charge, that store might not be such a train wreck. read more

This McDonald's is getting worst for a drive thur everyday. Just today I have been sitting to get to the order booth for 15mins. The time is 9am It's pretty normal to wait each time for a least 5 mins. Then you get the food which fries or hash browns to be cold. Got to order booth at 917. Got my food at 920. Felt the food before leaving and yes hash browns are cold must be sitting and waiting for me to get up to the window. When leaving the drive thru the line is out into a very busy road so how safe it that??????? It's not that something is wrong inside because people get tired of waiting and go in and then they leave. If I was to go to another McDonald's by the time I got my food home it's cold. Please do something with this McDonald's Thanks read more
