Very unprofessional location I ordered food through ubereats and somehow they managed to get my order incorrectly I was missing items and when I called they told me to go in a pick it up. After informing them that we had came in contact with someone with covid and were waiting for our results and rather not jeopardize anyone the employee Kenya on the phone laughed. I've given this place multiple chances, Every time I get food here, the customer service is horrible.The wait time is long , I waited 25 minutes for a single happy meal. You can tell the employees and staff are not organized at all. Even as you wait you can see other people going up to the cashier showing the wrong order they got or cold stale nuggets they received. Wont honor coupons as printed...ANY McCafe item means exactly that. Shakes are on the McCafe menu and the cups even sat McCafe on them. Well a "buy ANY MCCAFE item get one free" only means frappes and alttes according to staff here. Pretty much every single employee that works heres is rude. They almost never get my order right and when i tell them,they get mad and are so rude about it. THEY messed up my order and then get mad when i ask them to correct it. I've complained to the manager named Tennesee numerous times and once she offered me a free meal the next time i came in. If the drive-thru line is 2 cars behind the ordering prompter, go inside instead. This McD's is unusually busy in the evening/afternoon and there isn't any formal layout in the parking lot to form a line. So you can expect a lot of customers trying to cut in line, or block traffic trying to park for the other businesses. Before they recently remodeled the inside, their drive-thru service was pretty bad. Missing items, completely wrong orders, and long wait times gave this place a bad rating. Nowadays it's not as bad but the same problems still exist (more than other places). I'd still suggest to GO INSIDE TO ORDER INSTEAD. read more

Drive thru is horrible waiting times always range from 15 - 40 Mins even when you are the first in the drive thru. This is the closest location to me but I prefer to drive all the way to the other McDonald's on Firestone and I still return home faster than if I wait at this location. read more

As far as food, it's typical Mc Donald's fast food. As far as service, IT SUCKS! The drive-thru is ALWAYS overly crowded and they rarely get my order correct.
