Stay away!!! This place is a complete dump. I went in at exactly 9:30pm, and the doors were locked, even though the hours on the door say 10 pm. Someone opened the door and I went in, and the lady told me they were closed. I tried to ask if I could just order something quickly with my McDonald's app and she cut me off halfway through my sentence to repeat they were closed. Super rude! Also, the fries tend to be really soggy once the lobby closes and it's just drive though, nothing tastes fresh, and you cannot use your McDonald's app at the drive through once the lobby closes. They will refuse to use a different register and won't even accept the fact your showing them the coupon. Total waste of time, do not come here, the food is bad and the service is worse. Their food is Horrible!! Hamburgers are too salty, burritos are half of other McDonald's size. Unfriendly staff, Dirty bathroom, a bunch of weird homeless people hanging around all day. Long wait and rude staff. I spent awhile trying to get service at the menu speaker with "order here" printed on it, turns out they don't use that speaker and I'm supposed to pull up. I come here because it is close to my workplace. The service has become worse and worse over the years. Sometimes I see a trail of cars waiting at the drive thru because they can't get the orders or money right. I was just there this morning to get a simple oatmeal and iced coffee. Latoya already gave me attitude and when I asked her to repeat my order to make sure it was correct, she ended it with a customer-friendly "Duh!" When I told her about it, she gave me the finger. Haha! I told the so-called manager Lisa at the pick up window and she just defended her. She probably hired this Latoya person and didn't want to have to re-hire someone else. I think she is a broken record player because she kept insisting I ordered a sugar-free vanilla coffee when I told her over and over that I ordered the regular vanilla coffee. She thinks she's the customer. She needs to be replaced because she can't understand basic instructions and she protects horrible employees and that is why this McDonald's SUCKS! read more

The worst McDonald we've ever been to. They do not I mean do not represent McDonald in any way. We go here most of the time because of their drive thru but their night crew is totally the worst!!! Their manager name Lisa took our order, then we had to wait for the line to move and closed our window since it's cold. But for some reason she asked how she can help us again as if we are a new customer. Since we couldn't answer due to our window was close. Lisa said over the headset, "They are just funkin sitting there!" So as soon as my window was opened I said, " You already took our order bur just waiting for the line to move." Then she said, "You have space now in front of you!" She just made my last night of 2016 really bad!!! I am not giving them any star at all but I have no choice. There really isn't much good that can said about any McDonald's location, as they aren't exactly known for hiring the most intelligent or competent workers, and this specific location is definitely no exception to that fact. Even if we overlook the actuality that many homeless people call this place home and constantly barrage patrons for food and money, we are still still left with the reality that not a single person who works here knows what they are doing; including the manager. Twice I've come here and both times my order has been completely incorrect, and it would be something that could be easily forgiven if I was one to make off the wall request or place huge orders, but I don't. All I ever order is one meal and an extra coffee, and yet that still somehow manages to require too much brain capacity for even their most "seasoned" employee to comprehend, which is evident when I open my bag and see s*** like apple pies or parfaits or when I taste my drink and its some type of holiday mocha. read more

Perhaps I'm not really a fast food gal, but I have to say that the fries here were particularily salty. So much so that neither my friend or I could eat more than a few. This McDonald's offers the standard fare which will appease some and not others, but given it's location is usually fairly crowded. And while I wasn't too pleased with the food, the fish sandwich temporarily satisfied me, and I can't really complain about the drive-through service. It is just McDonald's after all. read more

I have been going here since I was a kid. Sad that all these other people had such bad experiences. I usually pick this one instead of Ashby. The neighborhood is better and they taste better somehow. They never mess up my order and seem to be friendlier in recent years. The fries seem to always be up to par at this location, which I cannot say is true for other locations. There is a lot of parking, and yes, the drive-thru is weird, but I think even with the recent re-model, they could only do so much with the space they had. Went to drive-thru and yes, it's a bit confusing where the entrance to the parking lot is and where you go to get to the drive-thru window but luckily, I had someone who'd been there before. I do recall that this is my second time going to this McD's and it wasn't a good experience. Last night was worse than the first time, which was over 5 years ago. The fries were not cooked all the way so most of them were chalky and pasty. The Big Mac was decent, though they didn't put enough of the sauce in there so it was pretty dry. Also, you know how they're supposed to give you your drink and things first, then the bag of food? Nope, they didn't. Instead, they just gave me the bag of food, no mocha, no cone BUT, I should've been more on top of things too. I did check to make sure all of the food was in the bag before driving away. I'm aware this is a fast food restaurant but, it can be better. Service takes forever, I got 2 salads and a medium fry and the fries were cold. Clean, professional, courteous employees and manager. Came here two days in a row. First day, an issue with the fry oil, and apparently, when the oil is first change it gives off a somewhat unpleasant taste, but when I brought them up, the manager took them, and gave me fresher ones, which tasted just fine. Today when I came in, I ordered a big mac meal, which no cheese on it, and they accidently put cheese, but I took it up there, and the manager herself brought a sandwich minus cheese to our table, and explained that the sticker didn't say 'no cheese'. So this establish isn't uncooperative in regards to replacing items as needed. I took a peep into the kitchen and cashier area, and it was very clean, and products organized neatly. It's a very wheelchair accessible place as well, so all in all, I would recommend this store....to anyone who doesn't mind the usual sounds of a McDonalds, i.e talking, fries done beeper, drive thru, etc... read more

Foodwise, it's a McD's... But which cock-eyed jackass designed the drive-thru? And this is AFTER it was remodeled... First, there's tons of concrete pile-ons that if you're not paying attention, or let's say you've had some medical marijuana, you could hit (I'm so happy I didn't... that would have been really embarrassing) then there's the exit, which in order to get out of, you have to drive THRU the line. I don't typically review McDonald's but I have to tell you about this particular location. We stopped in to get some breakfast before heading on a road trip, but we didn't expect to have the worst McD's breakfast experience ever. The drive-thru is a huge loop that takes up an unnecessary large amount of space and the line was long. Then we realized the reason for the back-up was because of the customer service. Granted, my husband and I had complicated orders (I prefer the egg whites, excuse me!) but the lady receiving the orders was NOT the best person for the job. Other reviewers have said so I will too - these people can't speak OR understand English well enough to function at the drive-thru window. It's one thing to not be able to communicate back, but it's another thing to not UNDERSTAND what the customer is asking for. The stupid screen popped up with an "ask me" line for the drinks since we ordered some holiday beverages instead of the usual hot coffee. When we get to the pick-up window, our order was all messed up. I got my Egg McMuffin with egg white just fine, but my husband asked for the Bacon-Egg Biscuit and got a McMuffin instead. He even had ordered it as a #3 and not a #1. Then, our drinks were wrong. When we confronted the guy at the window, he checked with the lady who received the order and gave us this response: "She said this is what you ordered." UMMM... I'm sorry that your order lady can't hear, but that's not what we ordered. Since when is the customer wrong? We weren't asking for the incorrect drink PLUS a new drink. We wanted what we ordered. So after waiting for a mocha to be redone, our food that was wrong got cold. I will never be dining here for breakfast ever again. read more

The drive through at this store was designed poorly to start. But I was just there and as I was exiting a woman barrelled into the driveway honking for me to move out my right of way. I slammed on brakes to avoid the collision but it did not leave her enough room to get around me without her backing up. Frustrated by the audasity of such a rude woman who was more focused on talking on the phone than driving I remained motionless. She insisted that I move to the point she had a McDonalds staff member come out to my car to tell me to move when she was clearly in the outlane of the curb/driveway. Where to even start. Supposed to be open until 10PM, closed at 8:45 though. That's bad. When I suggested that to the manager, I was taken aback to be mocked to my face. Not friendly, not clean. Mike F., all I can think is you have very low standards. My experience was like Brittany W. and Kevin K. Kevin, they tried to rip me off a few times and I guess I'm louder than you because I always got the difference back. They will try though; I know exactly how that happened to you and in fact there's a way for your order to be $8.59, not $10.48. Uncool, huh?
