Very rude employee named Rita. Came here with my kids today and had a really unpleasant experience with an employee named Rita. I ordered at the kiosk, got my number, and sat in the back so my kids could play at the playground. Rita brought our food, laid it on the table, and said "why did you sit all the way at the back, don't you know we're busy." Excuse me?! Isn't that literally how it's supposed to work? You submit your order at the self-order kiosk, get a number, place it on your table, and patiently wait for your food. That's it. Is it really that far of a stretch to sit near the playground where the slides are? We're talking about the same restaurant. Why is that even a complaint? I told Rita in front of her face that she was rude. Asked Rita isn't that her job, why is she complaining about doing her job. Her manager Jocelyn overheard and apologized -- which I appreciated. Going here really makes you appreciate the great customer services you get at Chick-Fil-A and In-N-Out. First off the food is always lukewarm sometimes cold. And with their very high, high prices I expect the food to be hot or at least warm. What happened to the dollar menu by the way? It seems like McDonalds really wants us to eat somewhere else. Christmas Eve, just flew in from out of state and looking for a quick dinner. Mcdonald's Mccrispys have never failed me until now. So excited to dulge in, but my food is quite literally inedible!! Tough, clear, stretchy "chicken" meat cannot be gnawed on at all. Using all 12 molars in my mouth, this chicken cannot be chewed, let alone digested. Rita is the most amazing employee!! Did a curbside order with my boyfriend using the app and she came out with the best attitude that put a smile on my face, and she really loaded up our McFlurry for us too! Bless her heart, I went in to ask for her name and to let her know I thought she was nice and she seemed so happy. She even waved goodbye to us when she was bringing out some other curbside orders. This service was a pleasant surprise compared to what we're used to getting in the evening. If we do a curbside order in the evening, we usually get this other woman who's always rude. Not sure if it's the manager, might be considering the other reviews. Had to go inside to request buffalo ranch since she accidentally gave us spicy buffalo, only gave me 2 sauces when the receipt clearly said 4 sauces. I kindly asked for two more sauces, and she just snapped back at me saying "Too much sauce you have to pay", yet she still gave me the sauces?? The attitude was so uncalled for and I'm not even sure why she said that because we literally had a receipt that showed we were owed FOUR buffalo ranch sauces. In the app they don't upcharge for extra sauce, so I guess she was just lying out of frustration. She messes up a lot of orders too. The most unpleasant female manager I've ever encountered. I can't fathom how a franchise owner would choose to employ such a disrespectful individual. Just yesterday, they closed the store at 10 PM. When I inquired if she was aware of the closing time, she replied with a clueless "no." I pointed out that she is the manager and should know when the store closes. Having worked for McDonald's for many years, I found it hard to believe she was unaware that they closed at 10 PM. She insisted she didn't know. When I asked if she heard they were closing at that time, she responded with a dismissive attitude, asking why it mattered. I explained that I had placed an order and she wasn't there to fulfill it. Her response was to roll her eyes and demand to know what I ordered, all while walking away in a huff. There was no apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience. To the franchise owner: if corporate catches wind of how you're treating your customers, you risk losing your franchise, as they have high standards for quality and customer service. I will find out who the franchisee is and have her fired for the second time she has treated me like this. You pay 110k to these managers, they should be polite and be respectful. read more

What a horrible experience at this McDonalds! Ordered my food and after taking a bite out of my burger I noticed that the fries are cold. Took it to the manager and reluctantly she took it and said that she'll make me a new order. 10 Minutes is past and at least 10 Customers were served, yet no fries for me! By then my burger is dead cold, so I go to the counter and ask her if my fries are ready and her reply is "working on it"! So I ask her to make me a fresh burger since it has been sitting for over 10 minutes. She refuses to redo my order, so I ask for my money back and leave. I go to my car and call the 800# on the receipt and explain my issue. I'm told that an owner/franchise will call me to hear my concern. NEVER HAPPENED! Anything else? I wasn't even done and he tells me the total & to pull up to the next window. Mind you, I was on the phone asking somebody if that was it? The gentlemen who was at the second window. I told him before I got my order if I could please have sweet & sour sauces, & ranch. He said okay. Meanwhile, he's gone having conversations with whoever. When he was given the bag, he handed it to me & goes "oh what sauces did you want?" I repeated myself, was given two sauces for a big order, throws it in the bag & goes "okay bye" so I had to get out of the drive thru which defeats the purpose of it being a drive thru to go pick up more sauces. Little did I know, the same person at the 2nd window was talking to his coworkers as if he was rushing me so he can get off to talk. yet another ridiculous experience here today. Placed order at box, no issue, paid, was not given a receipt or option for receipt, window closed..... went to second window and girl tried to give me the wrong order. I told her it was wrong. I repeated my order more than three times. She kept yelling "HUH?" and cutting me off when I was trying to tell her my simple, correct order. Asked why I didn't have my receipt. I wasn't given one or asked if I wanted one?? She tried to insist on giving me the incorrect order. (Included foods I am allergic to, btw) I said I would re-order and wait at the front if it was an issue. Window slammed in my face. 2 minutes later bag with correct order thrown in my face without a word. Disgusting, little rude excuses for employees working here.
