I know this is McDonald's, but I have never been to a more disgusting fast food place and that says a lot because in America our fast food chains are pretty sketchy as is. This place is filthy, not one clean table to eat. Staff is slow and you will wait on food for at least 30 minutes inside, I guess they forgot the meaning of FAST in a FAST FOOD RESTAURANT. Ordered a burger with no cheese and some other items, but received cheese on it despite the receipt correctly stating I didn't want any. This is pretty standard fair. Anywhere I go has about 30-40% odds of doing this. I assume the employees just get used to making standard orders and don't think about it. Point being I called in and the manager on staff handled the issue exactly as I hope for in these situations. He recognized I could already be far away (About 25 minutes in my case) and said I could give his name the next time I was there to get a replacement. Many places make you jump through hoops like holding onto the original burger and bringing it in to exchange and generally have no respect for the time and mileage of yours they've wasted with the error. I ordered 2 quarter pounders and a 10 piece chicken and all I got was 2 mcdoubles and 2 chicken ranch. I opened the bag at work in lansing and all i got was 2 mcdouble and 2 ranch chicken sandwiches. I can't have mayo because of food allergies and when I explained all this to them all I got was some form email about how they double check all orders. LIES!! Went through the drive through and first some lady went over the curb to cut in front of me. I ordered and pulled away and looked at my order and it was wrong. Went to go inside all the doors were locked. Called them and they said I could go through the drive through again. Will never go to this one again, will always go to the one Lee road. read more

we ordered one 10 piece chicken nugget meal, 2 chocolate shakes, and 1 strawberry shake. they gave us 2 strawberry shakes instead and took about 10 minutes to get us our order. check out was a few minutes which is usually the quickest part, then the shakes were on the counter for like 5 minutes, whip cream melting, and eventually gave them to us but then forgot about the fricken chicken nuggets. although it might have been a shift change, i am not sure. read more

The last 6 times I have gone here I have had a horrible experience due to lack of focus from the employees, also extremely long waits to get food which usually results in me getting the wrong order and then not being willing to fix it. I went in for some breakfast and expected less because ive had terrible service from the mc donalds in new hudson which is mainly run by younger people with next to no work ethic. I walked into the brighton location and what i saw amazed me older women communicating behind the counter getting out order after order with a car line around the building and a rather large line inside as well. They were all working together as one and my order didn't take long at all even though they were clearly terribly busy. I would like to thank everyone behind the counter this morning that helped to make my breakfast. These women put the new hudson mc donalds to shame like literally they should close it or have some of the employees from the brighton location show them the meaning of having a job and what team work is. Usually I drive through, which is so slow I make sure I have a full tank of gas before I go. Today I took my daughter and her friend in. Pretty sure they don't care what you order. Asked for a kids happy meal cheeseburger, no pickles. Guess what? There were pickles. The either inexperienced, or uncaring cashier couldn't be bothered. I had to ask where cups were, and when I said I'd like to take a number to the table bc we were going to the play area. He said no you have to wait for your number. Took forever lady just shoved the tray at me. Took tray to table, my quarter pounder was missing. Told the cashier who shouted we are missing a quarter pounder toward the kitchen. I walked in and ordered, I waited 15+ minutes for just chicken nuggets! I'm definitely not ever coming back to this McDonald's ever again. There was no running water in the restrooms and not even seats on the booths! When I finally got my nugs I went to go get my ketchup and it came out very fast and was an unusual color and tasted abnormal weird. Also the people were not very friendly. I had horrible attitude when I was ordering from the manager. It took them 15 minutes to get to my order that only took them 2 minutes. There was no one in the drive thru and I was the only one in the store. In the time I was waiting they had a meeting about their progress that day and the manager who took our order was filling out paperwork. Since my school year started in September, I've been visiting this McDonald's multiple times a month along with a few of my friends. We've all decided that even though we really enjoy McDonald's food and prices that we will not be visiting this location any more. In the last two months we've probably gone at least 10-15 times, and I can't remember a time where we didn't experience extremely slow service. Although the main reason that drives us away is because of an employee there, Denise, who has been extremely rude to each of us time and time again. Worst run McDonald's I've ever been to, usually a bunch of kids running it that look completely unprofessional with wrinkles up cloths like they just rolled out of bed with their uniforms on, greasy messy hair, just looking like slobs, most of them can barely figure out the register and always get the orders wrong, usually horsing around in the back while everyone waits forever to get their orders and then they are wrong, drink station is just disgusting and dirty garbage all over the floors and tables, garbage cans overflowing and spills all over the floors, it's a shame because it's a nicely remodeled restaurant with a great location and play room. read more

Wow the manager here named Jane has the worst cranky attitude I've seen in awhile towards all the customers. Also, the fries were way too over salted. After brushing all the salt off every surface around me.. I overheard the janitor walk over and interrogate a group of customers over whether they had ordered food or were just sitting in the restaurant (they were just waiting for their food). Everytime I come here they mess up my order and have me give the food back. One time 30 minutes went by and they gave me the same sandwhich I ordered 30 minutes ago!!! It wasn't even fresh!! It was cold!!That is sick!! I asked 4 people if the food was fresh and no one could give me an answer!! I talked to the manager and she was lying through her teeth!
