wish I could give it a zero, other than the fact that the fries always fucking suck and are never salty, I ordered a medium fry and a plain cheeseburger tonight to then get told I have to pull off to a number drive thru spot and then proceeded to watch at least 15 cars get there food go through the drive through and drive off while I waited for 20 minutes for a medium fucking fry and cheeseburger. Not to mention ofc the fries sucked, not salty and hard as a rock, and oh of course they forgot my sauce too. And the number to call doesn't work? They always have an excuse for being busy but idgaf when there are 15 cars getting their meals, cars that came way after me while im being told to sit and wait for a fry and burger. terrible place. the fries are always cold, and on top of that they forgot my sauce. and yes that matters i do not care. they serve orders too early to make it seem like they have good times but in reality they do not. i'm always waiting in line for my food, and they literally tried to make me move forward when they forgot my drinks. i had to tell them each individual drink i ordered (i ordered 4.) they also didn't give us napkins and forgot bacon on my mans quarter pounder. these are all tiny issues (besides the sauce) , but it's all a buildup of things. i've never had a good experience at this place. i also remember one time i waited 40 mins... inside... for my food... i give this place too much grace . and two more things, the fries r rock hard and the "sweet tea" they gave me was unsweetened. yall suck. read more

Can't give a ZERO???? Where do I start, I've finally had enough. Went today at lunch, ordered a DOUBLE QP and 2 filet o fish. Got back to work, and it's a SINGLE QP instead of a double. Well, guess what??? Same thing happened on Monday. EXACTLY?? What don't they understand about "DOUBLE"???? 2 weeks ago, I ordered 2 10 piece nuggets, got back to work, and myself and co-worker had to enjoy our 6 PIECE nuggets!!!! 8 nuggets short. If I could put 0 stars I would. I came to this location today and ordered 4 meals and 4 drinks, when I got to the first window to pay it they said it was going to be $35 so I paid and moved to the next window to get my food I noticed that my receipt only had 3 out of the 4 meals that I had ordered and it had all of the drinks. The employees were not at the windows and they were goofing off and I was sitting there for about 10 minutes before they came to the window. The service sucks if I'm being honest. There is a problem with this McDonald's location literally every. single. time. I go! Whether it's waiting 15-25 minutes for an order during prime time (lunch rush and dinner rush), or a pushy manager yelling gross statements to their crew: "One at a time at the sink!", a shift manager yelled to her staff so loud, all dining patrons could hear, to the staff missing something in my order 98% of the time- ironic since they literally repeat the order to me, or the grimy, always trashed dining room (I have to eat at home if I want a clean table), this McDonalds is downright terrible. The managers, one named Karen (and a few I don't know by name) berate their staff and customers with snide remarks and loud, overbearing screaming. The employee turnover is insane, but I suppose expected for a fast food place. The problem with this is someone is ALWAYS in training, making assumptions and mistakes that cost me a lot of time, gas, and money. The way the cashiers are forced to push customers to the kiosks by management is rude, but no manager seems to notice all the bewildered guests. Not everyone wants to use the kiosks. They don't have all the features the regular register does, and it does not inform you when a product is unavailable. This again, wastes time and money- two things I hold near and dear to me, and two things I shouldn't have to waste at a FAST FOOD RESTAURANT! If I have cash, I have to go to the register ANYWAYS! I thought the kiosks would free up some time for employees to clean the dining room, but no. The dining room, bathrooms, and beverage station are as grotesquely filthy as ever. I come to this McDonalds because it is close to my house and central to everywhere I go, as it is on rt 6. I need to start making myself go to the other location in town, or perhaps the McDonalds in Terryville- as those 2 locations are slightly better with the service. read more

Service is often slow at this location. Today, I waited over 20 minutes and the food was still not ready... with no sign that it would EVER be ready. There was only the one manager taking orders at the register and a lot of annoyed customers hovering around him. I ended up requesting a refund and left. The only reason they're getting two stars instead of one is because they didn't hassle me over the refund and they let me keep the drink (Not that sugar water costs very much). read more

This McDonalds staff has great Customer Service skills. Many times we will choose McDonalds over any other fast food restaurant simply because we know it will be a seamless experience. They always get our order right, are quick and friendly. We have only utilized the drive through but this review is way past over due. I never thought I would write a review about great customer service with McDonalds employees but this staff truly shines. read more

I used to frequent this McDonalds, but not any more. Staff does not know the meaning of customer service. There is excessive laughing and joking behind the counter to the extent that you wonder where the manager is, until you realize that the manager is joking around as much as the staff. It is out of control. Then you get your order and you realize the change you get back is wrong by about $5.00. Funny, you don't get a receipt with the order either. I don't know if staff is stealing from customers of if they are outright inept. I suspect a combination, but I won't frequent this eatery until management AND staff is replaced.
