Really good service. The food is really delicious, and a really clean ambiance. Loved so much

I visit this location often and really feel unwelcome as a paying customer as if im not allowed to sit and enjoy my coffee, but the homeless community can and does sit there most of the day. The Management is rude and gives off the vibe as if they are above everyone else. Some of the staff there are absolutely phenomenal but upper management is less than desirable to say the least. read more

Food,,was gross. 12:10 pm husband and I both bought quarter pounder/w cheese, burnt patties,no onions at all, a little dot of ketchup. And Med fries. 26.00. Never again and only 4cpacks of ketchup. For 2 people. Baked gir extra we would have had to pay for them. We would have got better good and poker price ar 5 guys. Lesson learned. read more

The only experience I have had with this McDonald's is through DoorDash so my review is strictly on the look and quality of the food taking into consideration time it takes to get from location to my door step. I was surprised, but my entire order was still hot and nothing had been cold including the fries. The staff did a great job packing everything into a bad and sending it piping hot. I specifically ordered from this place to try the McRib to see what all the hype was about. As you can see in my attached photos, its a good size sandwich, but there seem to be a lack of sauce from some of the other photos I have seen. I was told to have several napkins ready as the sauce will drip down on your hands and that is what makes it so delectable. The bread was nicely toasted, they put a fair amount of sauce, several pieces of onions and two pickles. It must be a McDonald's thing because two pickles seems to be the most you will get on any food item that requires it. The sandwich was good, but felt it needed a bit more sauce to get the true experience of a McRib that everyone kept explaining to me a must have. The fries were still crispy, but like most experiences I have had with their fries, over salted each time. The rest of the food was the expected quality and look and had no problem there. read more

Went through drive through to treat my teenage son to a Quarter pounder & myself to a Big Mac value meal 12/01/2020 after eating more then half in the dark as I drove home that night, I found surprisingly I had been eating plastic which was cut up & covered over with special sauce with my lettuce in the Big Mac. read more

I don't typically waste my time writing reviews, HOWEVER, this has to be one of the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. The staff is friendly, but service overall is terrible. I'm given an hour for lunch and there's ALWAYS mistakes with my meals. I now check my meals before leaving, but then I get told to go wait in the parking area for the drive thru to wait another 15 minutes (yes, I've timed it) for French fries and my order to get corrected. I shouldn't be in a drive thru for 30 minutes when there is no traffic in the the lane. They really need to get orders right. I don't understand how this is always a problem. Today is my last day using this McDonald's, but I would love for a management team member to reach out to me. Something needs to be done about this location. read more

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I ordered a deluxe chicken sandwich with no mayo add bacon, cheese, and ranch. I got only a chicken sandwich. Went inside to have it remade only to get a chicken sandwich with pickles. Had it remade again to only have bacon and cheese on it. At this point I'm very annoyed it wasn't worth going back in. this is mcdonald's. food is.. well... mcdonald's level food. that being said. I've been here a quite a few times. but the last time I came here, there was a white boy working at the counter. he was tall, kinda gave me the surfer type of looking guy. he looked me in the eye and genuinely made sure that everything with me and my family, that we were 'OK'. he even brought one of our items out and handed it to me so I didn't have to come all the way to the counter. I sometimes feel like Mainers kind of keep to themselves and don't really like outsiders, they just want me to spend money here and leave. So I don't really expect much. But this guy really made me feel like I am as just as important as any other person. read more

Ordered a big mac meal, 3 cheese burgers and a small fries. Line only went to back of building. Still had to pull to the side and wait for fries and neither fries was full when I got them. I have gone to this mcdonalds many times and it is always fast and courteous service. I usually just purchase things off the dollar menu for a quick snack. When I pulled up yesterday there were about 4 cars in front of me waiting to order. I found myself in front of the ordering screen in less than 2 minutes. I then pulled up to the cashier window, paid, and was on to get my cheeseburger in less than a minute. The whole experience took less than 5 minutes. Besides getting a cheeseburger I also got a medium hazelnut ice coffee. It really hit the spot on this hot day, and for $1 you really can't go wrong. I find it a much better price than Dunkin Donuts $2.50 for a medium ice coffee and the taste is equally the same. I always have had a consistently good experience at this mcdonalds even when they are busy. read more

This is the slowest McDonald's I have ever been to! Mid afternoon wait in the drive through 15 minutes for an ice cream cone and an iced tea. Instead of sending folks who are at the window to get their order for five minute to the car waiting area, they just hold up everyone behind. Yesterday the wait was due to a messed up order, today because they have been very busy. Today pulled out of the drive through to go inside. No one knew who was doing what. But here's a tip -- don't make the ice cream first particularly if no one can decide who's making the drink. Cone gets drippy while you wait. Bath McDonald's here I come. read more

Since the change over from construction, things have really gone down hill. I live near cooks corner and have frequented this location for years. The last several times have been awful at best. The wait it terrible both inside and out and I can't seem to order and get out for less than 15 minutes whether drive thru or ordering inside! People are genuinely polite and nice enough, but 9 times out of 10 there's also a problem with the order. Something missing, incorrect or cold and twice my salad box was not closed and spilled in the bag! Maybe it's the economy, lack of quality or short staff, but this location needs some work read more

Horrible service. This place has down hill the past few months, they cant get an order right or even remember what you ordered.

The first thing I noticed was the long lines,upon waiting for my takeout order, 20 minutes later , I had plenty of time to observe the many issues. Very dirty, not just from am shift , but dust and dirt build up from days past. one worker was making breakfast sandwiches with out wearing glove just wiping his hands on his pants, not good !!!!! This is a very reliable Mc Donalds, easy on/off highway access if your traveling. Overall good service and usually consistent.

Ordered on the kiosk and waited over 25 mins. Went up to counter and 3 others were up there for same issue. Ours was not even started yet. 25 mins is a little long to be waiting on two coffees and 2 sandwiches. My suggestion is if you don't want to wait half your day away then you probably should find somewhere else to eat. read more

Went through the drive thru and waited 10 minutes for an iced coffee... the next time I went inside thinking it would be quicker and still waited 10 minutes for 1 simple iced coffee. I used to work at a different McDonalds location and an iced coffee takes less than a minute to make especially when it's the only thing a customer orders... not pleased with the customer service or lack there of. read more

I tried stopping for lunch and the drive-thru line was out to the highway and there were 10 people standing around waiting for their order and behind the counter were three teenage girls just standing around staring off into space. No one even acknowledge my presence so I left. Extremely poor service. read more

Went through drive thru one March 16 around 2pm to get a Mac Jr. and two shamrock shakes waited two minutes to be greeted then had to ask if anyone was there before giving my order. Then went to pick up more order and had my sandwich shoved into my hand and given the wrong drinks, when told I ordered something different the lady said ok and walked away and started talking to someone else so I went in to get my drinks to have the front lady be very rude and to me and not give any eye contact and after giving me my drinks to had to go back and ask for straws and the lady said mhm and started talking to the lady in drive about how I was inside asking for my drinks. If I could rate half a star I would because all I got was disrespect. I will not be going back any time soon. read more

I'm someone who regularly goes to his McDonald's and I have some mixed feelings about it. While the staff can be very friendly and very helpful, it's not unusual to find a mistake with your food sometimes. I have gone there with my family and one of us ordered chicken nuggets and they threw a lobster roll in with the chicken nuggets; I know kind of ridiculous right? Especially where we had a family member allergic to shellfish. Don't ask me how a lobster roll gets thrown in with chicken nuggets, I'm just as confused as you are ‍ since then when I've gone, the employees have been recognizing their mistakes and the owners seem to be on it with making sure the place is running better. I really don't know how to rate this McDonald's because it has gotten better in aspects of service but there's still room for improvement. I will say I go here for convenience a lot because it is right down the road from me so it's just easy to go there. read more
