This is the WORSE KFC I have ever been too. Their food sucks and the service sucks. This time after waiting months from last time, I order a 16 piece meal. Had to also get 5 strips and one more side. So the order gets home, no extra side 5.39 or strips 11.99. Also we got 13 pieces of chicken. Went back got the extra side and strips and came back to learn we were shorted chicken. Also the chicken sucked! It was dried out and we felt it was served from the day before and this is at supper time. I have lived in New York City, Parts of Virgina and of course Maine. Just ordered from the Brunswick, Maine KFC. Worst experience ever. Prepaid through the app, went to pick up. First of all, the place is trashed. Workers are rude, trash everywhere and tables dirty. Had to go back in because there was no gravy. Got the food home, open the large potatoes(that were not even half full) and theres a fruit fly walking around in the potatoes. No butter for the biscuits. Potatoes were watery as well. Decided to check the chicken and found a long black hair attached to the skin. Definitely done at that point. Disgusting restaurant. Everything!!! We came in for a 3 piece extra crispy combo at 530....we received 620!!!!! People were lining up ..some customers had been standing there 30 minutes before we got there ..now during dinner rush 3 staff came walking in after they had a smoke break which they reeked of when they came in joking laughing with no rush to help clear the line four customers walked out because now there was. No one at the register!!!! Another staff came on wearing Crocs and pajama pants!!!! I have never seen such a disgusting portrayal of your business, one customer had his meal given to another customer! Another gentleman had the wrong item and the staff said that's all they had .. another angry customer. Now there were two young staff members that were NON STOP!!? They were working their souls off. Whilst the front of the store just could have cared less. The rest were out back doing nothing not even helping getting the customers taken care of! I can't believe I actually ate the combination of beans that got hit by a sludged rocket propelled grenade (RP Guacamole would have helped) and chicken that defied that look of chicken meat, it's white on white color looked like albino Spam which I'm sure will survive a nuclear winter, do when Russian nukes us, we all can go there. The sexy Mexi was far worse, sold up slow with wait times exceeding 20 minutes. The Supreme was cold and thrown together like an Unmade bed of water soaked lettuce, splinter sized pinkish tan tomato shavings and beans that were too tired to continue the fight to retain their shape - giving up like all of their Conrad's to bean mud. The food is OK quality, but the staff leave a lot to be desired. It looks like a prison release work program for special needs. Dyed hair, facial tattoos and piercings, hand tattoos. That's just the ones presentable enough to work the counter. Now, for the real reason I came here. The staff is incompetent and can't follow the most basic ordering instructions. Incorrect sides and missing items I was charged for. I don't live close, so it was a thrilling surprise when I got home. I don't know what it takes to hire help that don't look like they should be on a top 10 most-wanted list, but I think I'll find a new source for fried chicken. We recently ordered through the drive thru. (Covid 2020) It was CRAZY busy - to the point where traffic was out in the the main driveway. Luckily the theater was closed so it wasn't blocking too much traffic. We were in a slow moving line for about 40 minutes. The good news is when we finally got our two dinner meals, everything was hot, fresh and nothing was missing from the food order. We were disappointed there was only 2 napkins in the bag. It's KFC...we need more napkins :) The staff, despite it being extremely busy, were friendly and upbeat. They turned my frown upside down. Food is always good. I love kfc. However. The placement of the menu inside is obnoxious. It's behind a wall, and it's tiny. You have to cut in front of people in line to read it, OR look like an indecisive idiot at the register. Your choice! Also not enforcing mask mandates for customers OR staff. People are preparing food with no masks. Touching their face, then touching your food. Super sweet gentleman on register is so soft spoken and I can tell he was annoyed by the non maskers. read more

This location has been bad for years. A trip through the drive-thru takes 25 minutes at a minimum. Going inside is also slow but generally quicker. Like all KFC/Taco Bells the interior is utterly charmless. The quality of the food is not good (compared to other KFCs). Unfortunately there aren't a lot of local alternatives for fried chicken. read more

The food was fine the bathrooms clean they are air conditioned. The manager needs to have an employee wipe tables and change trash cans. One employee was belting out songs and with canned music it was annoying . I'm not sure if a manager was on duty. One employee stopped by a table of a mother and three girls to see how food was. My order was close to right I guess ordered two of the same meals and one had a cookie and no coleslaw, the other had coleslaw and no cookie. Neither had the right number of tenders or the same number of tenders. I asked for mashed potatoes and gravy instead of fries and both had fries. This place has some of the best food, reminds me of what mama used to make. The eggs were cooked just the way I like them. Bacon was nice and crispy but not burnt. Pancakes were hot and fluffy. If you like coffee you have to get a cup. Really good coffee. Prices were reasonable and NOT excessive. The waitstaff was hustling and the service was good although the place was full, the waitress came by our table at least 3 times. Quick on the coffee refills. Did I mention how good the coffee was?... The place was clean and so was the restroom. Great experience. I will definitely go again!!! read more

Today my family and I visited this establishment NEVER again. First let me say you can see the whole food prep area from anywhere well except in the restroom in this restaurant. After the cashier took our order and cash, while I'm standing there watching does not wash her hands or put gloves on just starts manhandling my food. After I spoke to the manager and watched manager speak to the cashier the cashier shot me a dirty look and washed her hands we finally received our order. While sitting and eating we watched the same cashier take several more orders and money and then proceed to again gather and man handle food without washing her hands or putting on gloves. Which leads me to believe even though the manager promised me this was not standard practices it is. This all happened in the space of 20 min or so, if it was not standard practice then the cashier would not have done it several more times in such a small space of time AFTER just being spoken to by management. Might I also add that the whole time the cashier is putting her filthy money handling hands on customers food she was working side by side with another manager. read more
