By far one of the worst services I've experienced. Not only did I wait like 30 min in line mind you there really wasn't a line. I finally get to my food there's one of about 4 employees that I seen including a mgr with gloves and a mask everyone else had nothing. My food was cold my soda was watered down no ice was in it. Long story short, Cory was my cashier at the drive thru and that guy rocks! He was super friendly and polite and he went above and beyond his job duty. That guy needs to be a trainer for new hires! This review is for a visit at 10:30 AM on March 2, 2019. This McDonald's was very busy at this time. I went inside to order as there were many cars in the drive-thru. I waited my turn in the quickly moving line l to order food, received my food in an acceptable time frame (with a "thank you for you patience") considering the circumstances with how busy it was, and enjoyed my food based on typical fast food standards. What prompted this review were the actions of the young shift manager on duty named "Kevin". I had a small issue with an app order that he resolved quickly. There were also two customers with complaints about minor issues with their orders; one of the customers was dropping F-bombs. Kevin remained impressively calm and respectful for both parties. He constantly maintained eye contact while listening attentively to there concerns. His demeanor with these customers was professional throughout. While I was too far away to hear the conversations, it appeared that Kevin was able to resolve the issues with the customers to their satisfaction. They appeared happy and satisfied after their interactions with Kevin. Full disclosure. I am not a friend of nor am I related to this Kevin guy. Thank you. read more

They obviously have a problem. McDonald's is currently offering the McRib sandwich. I ordered one last week that literally was dry with no sauce. Respond to the feedback from McDonald's who said they would contact the store and have the manager call me. Hadn't heard but it was a week if so , came back today and not only was there no sauce on the sandwich but the fries were old cold and stale. Talked to the manager on the phone who offered to remake it and they would watch that it was done correctly. Said be nice if you had a staff that could make a sandwich as advertised and ordered. Man went in today and ordered some food you know no biggie. Used my McDonald's app and tried to use the $4 discount of $20 or more and encountered a lady names Kristin. I think she was the "acting manager" she says but damn was she extreme rude at explaining how it couldn't work. She kept saying " you can pay full price blah blah blah." I try hard to be patient because I do know that fast food is extremely hard work. I went here a few months ago and the service was not good at all. I got snapped at for apparently not going to the right window because I was supposed to go to a window for app. orders. We got home. and our food was cold and hard. Went back again today a few months later pulled up into the drive through, and waited in a line that was at a dead stop for 12 minutes. I was able to back out of the line and go in. Waited almost 12 minutes again to place my order and then waited another almost 20 minutes to get my order. Then while waiting for my order because I had a lot of time to stand there and observe. were walking out, fed up, waiting to place their order. Then several customers came up to the counter, asking for straws, and other stuff that they probably should've gotten with their order. Meaning that several things were forgotten as each order was given to the customer. Then, I finally got my order got home and the fries were cold and chewy and somewhere hard. I do like to frequent businesses in my town of Calimesa and I do not want to stop going to this McDonald's. but apparently might not be no choice but to do so. I understand now and again they're being the occasional order that's not great, but tuna row with a lot of time in between the two visits to the McDonald's. oh and while leaving I saw the manager talking to somebody about their order being wrong. 6:21 AM 1/28/2021 manager is horrible ! My husband and I stopped by for breakfast this morning and as we were leaving we asked for extra condiments. We were told that they were in the bag and when we checked they were not so we went ahead and asked for them again and the manager went ahead and frantically started grabbing all the condiments and proceeded to then throw them in a bag and toss them practically at my husband and shut the door before we even said thank you and drove off. I was in drive thru on Thursday 2/17/22 in the evening. As I pulled up to the 2nd window I over-heard a female manager verbally degrading a crew member with no regard for professionalism or the customers who were present. Apparently there was also an underage teenager present at the counter whom I also overheard cursing at this staff member over a incorrect drink order ? This absolutely blew my mind as I had children in the car and was held there forced to listen to this unfold waiting for my order. The poor team member in the second window was close to tears and I felt horrible that she had to endure being cursed at and belittled in front of customers by her own manager. Whether or not an error was made, the behavior of the manager, as well as tolerating verbal abuse by a customer, is unacceptable. I will be reporting this to corporate in hopes that the manager is reprimanded and educated on how to treat a subordinate. The team member who received the verbal abuse held herself together admirably and with a forced smile apologized to ME for the situation. Apologized to ME?!? We visited on October 22, 2017 This was a most pleasurable experience for an Australian family with young kids on a road trip from Palm Springs to downtown LA. The decor was pleasant, and the counter-service 4-star. The 'cleaning attendant' was efficient, helpful, chatty and very informative - not to mention extremely proud of this McDonald's restaurant's relative proximity to the epicentre of the franchise's origins. Tell me why by 1:20 I decide to go up to the counter to let them know we've been waiting almost a half hour!? They of course apologized, and handed me the food by 1:28.
