I always go to this store but I went there today & yesterday (8/11/2018). The manager came out of bathroom & water was dripping from her & she handed me food with her wet hand. Looks like her hand were not cleaned completely. That was completely gross to me. I picked up my order but I threw in the trash cane outside. The drive-thru is pretty bad. Don't get the inside lane if there are lots of cars...one time at about 915pm they decided to stop taking orders w/o letting us know...the outside lane was moving fine. Plus, outside lane cars will block you in. Also, don't order a hot fudge sundae in drive-thru...they will give u chocolate sauce instead and hope u don't notice or say anything. Blech. And they tend to get confused and get your order wrong. Going inside is much better. The playplace is painted with really interesting AZ desert paintings with lizards, snakes, geckos, etc enjoying McD's fare. 4 stars for inside...had to take 1 away for the bad multiple drive-thru experiences we have had. read more

If I could I would give this place zero stars. I have never experienced such HORRIBLE service!!! when we entered we walked to the cash register and a manager passed by us no hello no welcome nothing. Completely ignored us. We continued to wait and a guy (can't even say gentleman) walked to the registered and ignored us again after 3 mins of being ignored I asked if we could order and his response was " you have to wait for them because I'm off" granted he was I assume clocking out as we stood there. And as he's saying that the manager passes again. At this point I told my husband let's just leave because apparently we aren't going to be helped so we left. The service is terrible. We ordered two ice cream cones, one iced latte and one hot latte. They first gave us the cones. Iced latte and hot coffee given to us last. There were four employees making one hot latte. Took about ten minutes and the ice creams we're melting. Something's not right. read more

They forgot part of my order. I made it all the way home before i noticed it and could not go back. To make things worse the missing food was for my children. When I went back to pick it up at night they never apologized or at least offer anything extra for the major inconvenience. The manager seemed bothered by the fact that I came back at night to get food I paid for. This McDonald's has messed up my order before and have be er n rude about it like it's my fault. Normally don't ever provide Negative feedback. But today worked a 14 hr day and ended up going to bed hungry because I threw my food in trash. Super unimpressed this morning... I understand it's McDonalds, but we went inside to purchase three beverages. The transaction was messed up because we gave the exact change and she didn't input it into the register so didn't know how many bills to give back! First error, but we let it go! Then, we went to go fill up our sodas. Should be an easy task, right?! Nope, they were out of Soda... I didn't even know that was a thing to be honest. I went to the clerk and asked if they could fill them up in the drive thru and they were out as well. No apology and no refund. They told us to get tea or water! Unbelievable! Brought my boys here for a quick play n eat. BIG MISTAKE. Its super NASTY, no lids, no napkins, no ketchup, and over full trash cans! So with full trash cans of course there's trash every where else. Most of the tables are dirty w/ peoples leftover food and drinks. Been here a few times in the past an although it was never the cleanest spot, it has never been this bad. I came in to buy my some a happy meal and my other one a Travis Scott burger and they were completely rude. I had the coupon so I can have the promotion and they wouldn't accept it because they didn't want to type it in the system because their scanner was broken so the lady said she promoted it off since it wasn't working just to find out I was charged full price and and extra happy meal I proceeded to go inside and the store manager was yelling at the employees vary disrespectfully. This McDonald's is close to my daughters swim practice, where I spend many hours a week. I often run down and grab an iced coffee because its convenient. They just remodeled it so it looks very nice. The service has always been fine and the order usually correct. The biggest problem here is the location and people who frequent the place. They tend to be incredibly scary. Many have mental issues (one lady came into the bathroom while I was in a stall one day. She started yelling, "I'm going to kill you, B***h!" I was scared to death because I didnt have my phone with me and I would have to run past her on the way out. After about 6 mins, I finally got enough courage to run past her (yes, without even washing my hands!) . I had to report her to the manager. I think she was just talking to herself but still scary. Other times, there are drugged out people passed out in booths or homeless people begging for mo ey outside. It's best to just use the drive thru if you dont need to use the bathrooms. I hate to give the entire establishment only 3 stars based on its clientele but truthfully, it's a decent place except for these people who make it scary and uncomfortable. read more

Visited this Mc Donald's at lunchtime on 9/23. The store is under construction, looks closed, but the drive thru is still open. I wanted something fresh so I ordered the Quarter Pounder with Cheese which is advertised hot / juicy and "cooked when you order". After a short wait in the drive thru I pickup my order and go back to the office to eat. First bite I find the burger is raw inside. I complete the survey and get a call. Manager was very nice and apologized for the inconvenience. Shared I was sick the next day. Offered an insurance form. I provided my address and received a card and a coupon for one extra value meal. Check the Quarter Pound with Cheese "cooked when you order" or avoid it completely. Definitely not worth being sick the next day. read more

If I could give a lower star I would. The ice tea in the morning is not fresh it tastes like it was made the night before. The heavy set female manager in the morning is rude and will argue with the customers. My order was wrong and being in drive through with many cars behind me I just wanted her to fix it. She failed to give me whole order even after I gave her my receipt. She insisted I did not pay for what I ordered and told me " it's just $2.15 more". This is usually my go to McDonald's but we've had a few bad drive-thru experiences. Today, we went and got breakfast and like always, the drive thru is full but that's fine. Yet, the lady at the first window told us we should've gone to Denny's for cheaper meals. Um... okay... thanks for the suggestion, I guess? Then we had to park for our food to be ready. They brought our food out and we checked our food and they forgot our hash browns so we had to go in and wait some more. When we got home we started eating but then my brother noticed his Double burger only had one patty, so we called the number on the receipt,five times, and they wouldn't speak to us.
