The absolute WORST McDonald's location ever!! Employees, especially management, absolutely lack customer service... enough said! I have found them on at least two occasions to be quite rude with sass and unwelcomed facial expressions that easily provoke a customer to become irate once I get my food. Most recently, both a manager and cashier copped an instant attitude when I questioned if my order was completed properly and accurately. Let me get this straight... You have a problem with me question my order? Especially after I have past experiences where I have not received the correct order? And/or my order was filled incorrectly? Really??? Ok, then I have a solution to that issue... I will no longer be a patron at this location! I waited over 10 minutes in the curbside service for a sweet tea and a 10 piece nugget, I had to call them to bring it out to me and then the food wasn't even hot they gave me unsweet tea instead of sweet tea. Granted they gave me a Apple pie but that it doesn't excuse the fact of waiting over 10 minutes for something so simple and then it's all messed up anyways. read more

Well, it's McDonald's so I don't expect much from this place. The drive-thru is terrible. A lot of people will cut in as they pull in the wrong way. I suppose your typical McDonald's customer is stupid as well as inconsiderate. I've been here several times and have given up completely. If you're lucky you will get exactly what you ordered. My wife and I went to this McDonald's today ordered our food and they gave us the food . I ordered a slushie that was not available I was then asked to pull around and wait .. I have no problem with that other then every single time I come here I have to pull around.. so I declined to drive around the manager ERIC comes to the window asking again to pull around . I then explained to him every time I come here is the same thing . He proceeded to tell me his customer behind me had one drink and he needs me to move . At this point I'm furious because I'm waiting on a drink as well so the customer behind me so why would I have to leave .. ERIC then threatens to call the police to have me and my pregnant wife removed ! He says he hopes we never come their again .. I work in hospitality this is no way for a manager to act over a drink . He was very rude and unprofessional as I drove off her felt the need to say I thought so as if he was tough or something.. I would never send another penny at this establishment. As times are hard people need to do better I feel sorry for his staff who have to work under him with this attitude. I also teach hospitality courses and he needs to take one he shouldn't be managing anyone with his behavior. McDonald's - Burgers Near Me - Charlotte, North Carolina

Food is fresh, hot and the service was fast. But none of that matters when the customer service is poor. Pulled to the intercom and asked if they offered the $4 for 4 like some other locations have here in Charlotte. The person taking the order was polite but there was someone in the background who mocked me and made a joke about me asking for that deal. I proceed to the window and the cashier only stated price without even speaking. I spoke to her and she never replied. I then proceed to the pick up window, and the same thing happened. The girl just handed me the food and I had to ask her "How are you?" She replied "Good" and shut the window. I just laughed at the situation because what if I was a mystery shopper?! Customer Service is everything, I wish the two that were at the windows understood that. I would have given a 4 star or 5 for the freshness and fast service but due to the lack of excellent customer service definitely deserve a 3. read more

Didn't receive dipping sauces I ordered. Not unusual for this location; however I made sure to specifically order them this time instead of asking at the window. They were $0.00 on the receipt. Picked up the food and was told I wasn't going to get them because I didn't pay for them. Not a way to run a business. This customer will never return to this location. Worst experience I have ever had with fast food. I was in line in the drive thru for 45 minutes. I could not leave the drive thru because it is one lane. The customer in the front of the line was taking video and selfies outside her car. The car behind me would not reverse because they had already ordered and wanted their food. I was late for work and needed to leave. I tried calling into the McDkbalds for help getting out, but no one answered. Other customers were visibly upset at the customer at the front of the line. Employees said they were just really busy or ignored customers at the window. I was able to get out at the risk of messing up my tires, by driving on the curb. Employees should have came out to direct cars in reverse out of the line. They should not have left customers stuck in the drive thru. I went to this McDonald's about 3 times a week for lunch, but I will go to the Fort Mill McDonalds now. This McDonald's has also consistently been adding plain, unsweetened coffee with cream in my mocha coffee. Just drizzle on the sides. Also Closes early or at strange times. read more

I ordered my food at 10:50 PM in the drive thru. Finally made it to the window at 11:10 and the person at the window asked my to pull around front and wait. I ordered two cheeseburgers. I didn't order a steak. 20 minutes I sat and waited. Then they have the nerve to ask me to pull around and wait. Wow these people are so high maintenance. Yes... The people do pull into the drive thru entrance the wrong way, but that's not the businesses fault. Theres one thing they need to do to improve the "service" at this McDonalds. Fire everyone!!! The only thing worse than the service is the attitude of the people that work there. We were there this past Saturday at 9pm. We were the only customers inside....most of the tables were dirty, garbage was overflowing and several of the employees were standing around talking.
