Bunch of actual idiots in there. Trust in them to completely mess up an extremely easy order and then be extremely useless and indifferent about it. And make you wait about an hour for some nuggets and fries. And give you the wrong sauce. And why not-- the wrong drink too! Had to go inside and fix my order myself, which is crazy. I had such an odd interaction here the other day when ordering inside. I came on the Halloween pal release day in hopes to score a nostalgic bucket. The drive thru line was long and wasn't moving so I opted to go inside. Two young teens were working the register. Before I placed my order I asked to verify that they had the Halloween buckets and the girl told me she didn't know. I asked her to ask someone and the male of the two offered to help her with the sale but then got on the register and started individually ringing up the items in the kids meal. My total for a 4 pc nugget initially came out to $9 after he was done itemizing. I asked the reasoning and he said he wasn't sure how to use the register he wasn't trained. I asked for a manager. One came over and said I can't buy a Halloween pal they aren't for sale. At this point I was so confused. I just came in for a Happy Meal. I ended up using the automatic, self service machine to order. I got my Green Halloween Pal but I got cold fries, warm apple slices, nuggets no sauce and never got my drink cup. I'm not sure what they're doing at this location but they have to get it together. P.S The inside was dirty. The tables had leftover garbage and the drink station was a mess with straw wrappers and tissue papers. read more

Horrible management and staff. They are so slow. I make a simple order with no changes at the kiosk and wait over 10 minutes. People that come in after me get their food first? I order the most common items they have. They have like 20 people working but you would think they have 2. The staff talk in their native language non stop it is like a big hangout for them. They never stop talking, get to work as much as you chat. I have been in the lobby before and heard the regional manager calling out this location's manager and the answers he was giving her sounded like what an 8 year old would say to their parents when they get into trouble. He is in over his head and does not have the intelligence to run this place. I think they need to start from scratch and get some quality workers in there not people who want to do nothing and hangout all day. As for the food, same as other locations, slapped together with no care. Sometimes warmer or colder than other times. The lobby tends to be dirty a lot. I understand the location is on a bus route and it is in a shopping center so you get a lot of loitering and "can I get a water cup" people who need to use the wifi or charge their phone. Maybe take 1 person from the 20 on the clock and have them clean up a bit. Kimberly's comment below nails it. The cringe face Hispanic lady is a POS. Order on the App all the time and this is the only location that is constantly out of strawberry cream pie and refuses to put it as not available on the app and then try to give you Apple pie if I wanted that I would have ordered it so either I get stuck with nothing or have to get a cookie that I don't want because can't get a refund on the app then they are very nasty at the window and slam the window in your face will you try to tell them that they should take it off because you can't get a refund never have this problem anywhere else and they learn they need to learn how to take it off the app and be more respectful before they get pulled out that window read more

Convenient for the commuters heading up South Tryon towards Charlotte to get their coffee and McMuffins in the morning, this McDonald's comes complete with drive through. I've rarely seen it without a long queue as people seem to love their McD's. I popped in for a bottle of water and a half hour of wifi while I waited for Mrs. K to get her hair did. It takes a big man to admit he's made a mistake. I did. I didn't realize that the homeless man at McDonald's was a part of a scheme with 2 other people (another homeless man & a woman soliciting the money they hounded from customers at McDonald's. I think they now feel sorry because that homeless man has got mental issues and he is being manipulated by a woman he is paying in this scam. The manager I previously wrote about did apologize for publicly calling him out. It restores my faith in humanity to know that McDonald's does still help people if they can. So other than that misunderstanding the food was a 5 star. The food was fresh and the service was prompt and fast. One of the guys in front of me got out of his car and tapped on the window and a guy inside told him that they were not serving. How can a 24hour store not be serving food during breakfast? i usually go to this McDonald's every night. I go get coffee and sometimes even food On my way home from work. During the week the food is so fresh and good also the coffee is on point. They never mess up my order and there's a few of them that I already knows exactly what it is that I am going to order, however this was not what happened tonight. now don't get me wrong. The service was fast, but that's probably because everything that I got was old. The chicken nuggets were so hard cold and dry. I've been to this location quite a few times, you have to check your bag before driving off when going through the drive through because they often forget to put all of the items you've paid for in your bag. This location is also known to be extremely stingy with there fries...if you order a large fry don't expect the container to be full, not even half way full. (This applies no matter what size you purchase). I only go to this location when it's convenient, I'd prefer any other local Mc Donald's branch. read more

I wish that I had more good things to say about this, after the breakfast shift is over, besides the employees seem nice. After being parked, I was under the impression that all of my food would be warm. Was I wrong. The fries appeared to have been sitting for longer than the holding time, the nuggets were like rubber, and when I opened my Big Mac, the patties were dry. 4/7/18, I visited 14110 McDonald's ordered a quarter pounder with no onion and no pickles, with a strawberry milkshake, with no whip cream. I go to the window to pay, to not be greeted with a smile, but treated like another number. I said nothing because I understand that they may not be jovial 24/7, but when I received my food they gave me a chocolate milkshake. Instead of a strawberry, I told the man at the window, it was wrong. Instead of apologizing he just was in a daze and told another in a daze man to make a strawberry. Well, instead of giving me a strawberry, they give me a mix of strawberry and chocolate. I had to ask my daughter if my eyes were playing tricks on me. She said no. I looked at the bottom of the clear, I stress clear cup and it is chocolate, yet again. So, I go inside. I am greeted by another dazed employee, and thinking it is humorous individual, whom doesn't apologize, but has a woman remake my shake. We wait and no one seems to understand empathy towards a individual that went through a drive through and has to know come in to get the order correct. The lady makes it right, with strawberries, but was to dumb to see that it was not with whip cream, so she makes it again and it comes out a mix of flavors. So, instead of turning around and saying the machine must be malfunction, they act as if I am a spoiled princess, desperately needing a milkshake. A manager I am assuming with no name tag on, I assumed he was the manager because he didn't have. On the same shirt as others, jokingly said to the employees "Now, it is working, and it is suppose to be ripples not all strawberry" I stated it was chocolate and not strawberry. I will never visit this restaurant of shame, until they work on customer service and their lack of respect to the customer is ridiculous. A manager is to lead, not sit and be "Petty", as he called me walking out the door. People have food allergies, and pay for their order to be right and not wrong!
