We stopped by on our way home from Tennessee and I don't think I've had slower service. It was NOT busy AT ALL when I was in. Just two people ahead of me. The drive through line was next to nothing as well. I waited for at least 15 minutes for them to complete my order and within that time, THREE people had come in to complain. One lady CAME IN from the drive-thru saying she said multiple times for unsweetened iced tea, still came to her sweetened. Another lady was missing part of her order. Another's order was wrong. That's crazy. One star for their outdoor playground, which my son loved. The second star is for them getting my order correct. read more

The inside of this McDonald's is new and clean; however, it is understaffed, unorganized, and slow. I don't expect much from McDonald's when I visit but this location is worse than all others I have visited. Not sure it's because it's new or they just completely SUCK at managing. read more

Utterly ridiculous!!! Claims that they're 24 hours but when i stop by for a late night snack, they say that they are currently closed!!!! I guarantee they have lost so many customers due to this. We pulled into the McDonald's parking lot with a feminine emergency. A lady greeted us at the door just to tell us to leave. This was only the beginning of our horrible experience at this McDonalds. We went to the drive-through to get our food and the woman taking our order was incredibly rude. She seemed very annoyed and was not helpful when we had questions. She chose to add no sauces to our meals, so we clearly specified just how many packets we would need. These were no where to be found in our bags. Along with the absence of sauces, there was an absence of all flavor on the fries. No salt. No seasoning. Just flaccid fry impersonators that tasted like dry cardboard. The ketchupless chicken nuggets were also stale and one of our burgers was disappointingly cold. When we were handed our sundae the lid was not on at all and it dripped all over the side of the car and on our hands. The only good worker here was the man who gave us extra napkins to help with the disaster of the sundae. Overall, the tastelessness of the food and the rudeness of the employees made this a very angering end to a great day. read more

Ok, so the question probably being asked is "Why are you reviewing McDonald's?". Usually fast food joints only get reviewed for poor service or quality. I used to frequent fast food places in the past mainly because of convenience, price and quickness. Lately however, I usually pass on fast food because of the high fat, salt, etc..But, I recently saw an ad for McD's saying that the quarter pounder is now being made from fresh not frozen beef and decided I would like to at least sample it. In the past when I had the quarter pounder, if it was made fresh and served immediately it wasn't all that bad. Sure, it never compared to Red Robin or such but it was Ok. If it sat before being served to me, yeah, it wasn't all that good! So, anyway on to the new quarter pounder. There was a short wait where I had to pull up and wait till they brought it out to me. It wasn't a long wait though. I was expecting not only a better flavor, but a burger that actually looked like fresh made. Well, the burger looked like a typical McD's quarter pounder, perfectly formed with uniform thickness. The flavor was pretty close to the original on a good day, fresh served. It tasted good, was juicy and maybe slightly better consistency than the original. I guess I was expecting a more noticeable change. While it wasn't a bad burger, if I did not know that it was the new fresh not frozen beef, I would have just thought I got the same old quarter pounder on a good day. All in all, it's still a fast food burger, certainly not exceptional. read more

I come to this McDonalds a few times a week for breakfast and only go through the drive-thru and it takes some time because I have see their help wanted sign and I figure they are just short handed which is fine. Today was just no excuse. I went to the drive thru ordered and paid then I pulled up to the pickup window and I saw a bag sitting there surrounded by what must have been 10 large drinks. So I waited and seen this girl rushing back and forth and it looks like she is trying to brew tea. I watched her for about 5 mins while the drive thru came to a stand still she then finally opens the window and hands me the bag that was sitting there. I got to work and looked in the bag for the 2 egg mcmuffins I ordered. The bun on the first one was just plain burnt and the top bun on the 2nd one was placed upside down. (and burnt) Seriously! Do you really have to toast these? I couldn't turn the top bun back over because it had melted into the cheese. It was like eating pointy rocks it was so hard. I think Chick-fil-a will be my new stop. This was just terrible. read more

This was the worst service I've ever received at a fast food establishment. I was in line to order some food, pulled up to the speaker, sat for 5 minutes with no service. As a result, I decided to go in and order. I had to wait 5 minutes for someone to even come to the register. When she finally arrived she took my order and then went into the kitchen and put food in the bags with no gloves along with another worker. It took twenty minutes for them to make an Egg McMuffin, cheeseburger and chicken nuggets, (might I add it was all previously made). When I finally took a look inside the bag the chicken nuggets were burnt and missing some breading. Overall, this place was a very poor representation of how a fast food restaurant should operate. read more

Walked in to order, there was no one in line at the counter nor an employee standing at the register. Waited for three minutes before another customer got our attention and said we could order at those new kiosk screens. We said thanks, but the kiosks do not provide one of the options we ask for in our order so we would wait for an employee. We continued to wait. Eventually, an employee walked up to the register and said hello without any eye contact. We then watched for at least a full minute as she rang in an order, assumed to be from the drive through, she walked around, excused herself and forced her way between my wife and I to use the credit card machine in front of us. A receipt printed, she grabbed it and walked away without a word. In slight disbelief for the lack of concern for any resemblance of customer service, we lingered for another 30 seconds and then decided to leave. McDonalds is taking away personal interaction via the kiosk ordering stations, diminishing staff at locations, thereby producing horrible customer service. Since our patronage is obviously unimportant, we will be sure to avoid this location and those with kiosks going forward. read more

I would give them a -10 if possible. We stopped in there tonight a little after 9. There was a manager and 2 employees working. The floor where they were preparing food was disgusting trash all over, for all on the floor. A cheeseburger feel out of a bag that 5he drive thru guy was putting together. He didn't bother to pick 8t up off the floor instead he kicked it under the cabinet by the fries. Nor did he bother to put another cheeseburger in the bag. The eating area was filthy trash everywhere and overflowing. No ketchup in either one of the ketchup dispensers, no sweet tea, the trash bin up there was overflowing. Our food when we finally got it was cold. Hamburger patties, fish pattie and the fries cold. I didn't eat my big mac because the meat was so cold. I first stopped in the bathroom it was the same trash overflowing no toilet paper. Honestly if the health department had came in they would probably have locked the doors. There is no excuse for this. It was a waste of our money and time. I am driving home still starving. read more

Well the service here is the worst I've ever had, from the managers (notably Edith, and Minnie) down to the lowest, non-English speaking staff. Sure, they've re-opened with a nice futuristic building and all, but the service is from the dark ages. Once, after one of the many times I've sat at the speaker to order drive thru and no one takes my order or even replies to you asking if anyone is there, I drove up to the window to find an open cash register and no one attending it. I could've reached in and taken what money I wanted! When I complained to the manager, she smiled and said "well we are very busy and I am trying, but what can you do?" Really? The service was horrible. This is s brand new restaurant, but in spite of that, there was trash all over the floor And the drink station was messy and not clean, and we had to wipe our table off before eating. After we placed our order at the kiosk we waited a long time for our food which arrived cold and the kids meals did not have the yogurts we ordered. When I went to the counter on two separate occasions to remedy their mistakes, several employees looked at me, but no one offered to help me, (2 were idly chatting while I stood there holding the tray of cold food) until I called out , "Is there a manager here?" Drive-through always congested. They charge $.50 for icewater. Have not experienced this before. Corporate America doesn't make the money they want to make on soda, so they charge for water that most restaurants give you for free. I've personally probably purchased 1,000,000 cups in my lifetime. So please don't give me the song and dance that you're only charging for the cup. They don't cost $.50, five cents would be reality. What about the poor and homeless people? Do you charge them too? Do you give 100% of the donations to the Ronald McDonald house? read more
