Disappointing. I ordered online because I had a trunk full of frozen food. Burger, fries, filet-o-fish, nuggets and fries. I pull up, enter my space number, and wait, and wait, and wait, and wait, and wait. I consult the app and it says "Your food is being prepared. After 15 minutes, I enter the store and enquire about my order. The person at the counter goes to the shelves where the finished digital orders are placed and declares "Here it is!" Hands me the bag and it feels cold. He explains they are "too busy for curbside orders." I told him cold food is unacceptable as I accepted it because, well, football game in progress. Went to this McDonald's at about 4:00 pm on a Saturday and the food was terrible. I got the fish sandwich meal. The fries were limp and barely warm and the fish sandwich tasted like the cardboard box it comes in. The food obviously was not cooked fresh and had been kept warm under heat lamps. Despite the national McDonald's corporation advertising a Veteran's Day offer, this location does not. As a military member, I will no long patronize this location. I encourage all current and former military members to do the same. Zero stars would be given since they give zero to veterans. I hope corporate reads this review and addresses this disrespect. As if you need an additional reason to dislike this restaurant, the management has posted a notice at each drive in window that tells you they're going to charge you for additional condiments with a chart to show what you're allowed with each menu option. You're charging $7 for a breakfast sandwich but there's no room to accommodate a customer who wants another ketchup packet? I didn't need anything extra today but the practice makes you look cheap of posting a 'memo' to your customers enforces the view that you are cheap and not focused on your customers. Found out their meat has a high percentage of filler that is sprayed with ammonia and dyed Brown. Because they help change the definition of what beef actually is, they can claim it's 100% beef now. WTH!! Do not eat their cancer burgers. This is proven by science but hidden from the average person. The potatoes they use are sprayed with a toxic chemical that would kill a human being. This is done to prevent raw and pests. The chicken nuggets contain bones veins beaks heads and guts. Yet they push it on children and unsuspecting adults.... Poo on You Ronald!!! I enjoyed my food when I ate here. But the thing I was concerned about most was why I couldn't fill my own drink. Don't get me wrong it's always pleasant to not have to do it yourself but I was worried I was going to get charged for a refill so I decided not to get one. Absolutely horrible with no attention to detail. They can't even properly make a Big Mac. No onions, only had sauce on one bun, and a crap ton of lettuce coming off the buns spilling out into the cardboard box. The meat patties didn't taste fresh and were tiny. I took my daughter to get her Travis Scott Meal and the order taker said so rudely, " We don't have that have that right now!" And then I proceeded to order an Oreo McFlurrys and she said, " We don't have any ice cream either". EVERY SINGLE TIME I go there they can never fulfill my order or they take 30 mins to get it done. I always want to give this location a chance but they can never redeem themselves. Service level is mediocre. I have escalated my issues to the district manager in the past and he did nothing to make me feel that it mattered to him. Absolute FIVE STAR Service from this staff!!!!! Take it from the wife of "the Irish guy" that visits everyday! Haha. Very fast, always correct, always smiley and happy staff. It feels like a bit of home when we come here. Drive through remembers us, day or night. They joke around and are always pleasant. Done here...went through drive-thru, not that busy, maybe 4 cars. Ordered 3 items - filet of fish sandwich (not the meal), Quarter Pounder with cheese sandwich (not the meal) and Large Fries $18 !? Got to first window, paid. Second window "did you order an Extra Large Sprite and a ____?" No, here's my order # (handed him the receipt). The service is SLOW. I'm talking twenty plus minute waits at the DRIVE THRU slow and typically, your order is wrong. So if you have an hour or so to kill, just visit your cottonwood stand alone McDonalds. They'll be sure to kill that hour while you're trapped in their drive thru! read more
