I used the kiosk to order coffee. Once i selected coofee with cream the kiosk indicated to select "add to order" or cancel. It did not give the option to complete sale. My first yelp review and it's a warning to all entering into this McDonalds location. I visited during lunch hour and went through the drive-thru. Anyone going to McDonald's at this time knows how crazy long the line is. I paid for my food, handing the cashier a $20. She gave me my receipt and change. I drove up and grab my food, then headed home. I double checked my change when I was almost home realizing the receipt reflected that I paid with a $10. I drove back to get the right amount of change back bc I know for a fact I paid with a $20. I waited 45 min with my two year old for them to tell me that the cash box reflected the correct amount...that it was not over. They checked the cameras and the cashier appeared to put the money in the $10 slot. Something shady is going on here. It was a location that I've visited frequently with my family because we live nearby. I will never step foot in this McDonald's again knowing that some of their employees are going through great lengths to steal from this location. I spoke with the manager and called to complain. I don't even expect a refund ...I just want people to learn from my mistake of not checking my change right away and beware that this activity is happening at this location. read more

My kids ordered their food but waited for over 40 minutes before my son went to ask for their meals. They were abandoned and other customers were attended to. I eventually went to talk to their manager who doesn't have a clue of what she's talking about. I recommend changing their management in this location. Total lack of customer service. read more

This Mc. Donalds is rude. The location is nice and whatever but the workers are soooooo rude, I came today in the morning, (disclaimer !! You can't expect much, but you can't beat $9.99 for 50 chicken McNuggets with tons of dipping sauce. The drive thru is usually fast and I never get bored of their regular hamburger for $0.89. I took my son (8yrs) and grandson (2yrs) for a late lunch. I will never go back! After eating I took the kids to the play area. It was a mess. There was trash everywhere. There were spills of something all over the ground and papertowels placed over the spills. Litter was under the play equipment and around the perimeter of the area. I didn't want my kids to take off their shoes. There was a filthy white towel placed under the slide where the kids land and before I could grab my grandson he picked up the filthy towel and uncovered vomit. It was disgusting! I immediately took the kids to the restroom and scrubbed their hands. I then went to the counter and asked for a comment card. The young man said they didn't have one and did I want to complain. I said yes! He said is it about the throw-up outside? I said yes! The place was nearly empty, so there was time to clean up the mess. We were there at 3:20pm, well after lunch rush. I can't believe that they would leave vomit to be cleaned up later! You should NEVER leave vomit..it must be cleaned up immediately! I will never go back. The place is full of germs, bacteria and viruses. I run a daycare and I am totally disgusted by the filthy play area. I would be fined and written up if my daycare ever had a mess like this! I am really disappointed in the fact that a corporation like Mc Donalds does not have any information regarding allergens in their local stores. This information is only available if you call corporate in Chicago, but by the time you do that you can't buy their food. I seriously think that this needs to be revised as soon as possible so that people who have these allergies can feel safe eating their food. We have had multiple experiences where they get our order wrong, cups with lids that fall off onto our lap, give you hamburger patties where the grease seeps through and gets all over your clothing and the wait in the drive thru is horrendous and especially when there is new people that work there whether they work in the drive thru or inside I have had to repeat my order numerous times. read more

This is place is a perfect storm of incompetence and rudeness. Placed my drive thru order and told to go to reserve parking as my kids McNuggets would be 2 minutes. I asked really cuz last time they said that I waited ten minutes. They send three cars to reserve in a row. Fifteen minutes later after watching car after go thru (many with kids so you know they were some nuggets ordered) they come out. McDonald's - Yummy - Burgers Near Me - Cypress, California

This McDonald's has gone way, way down hill. They've increased their prices (sometimes as high at 50%!) However, the level of service has plummeted more than double that amount. Today, it was french fries. We ordered the french fries, paid for the french fries, and got a receipt for the french fries. We just never actually got the french fries. They never called our number--the one on the receipt we obtained in exchange for money. They threw away our pick-list. When we complained to the manager she didn't actually understand that we were owed actual french fries. THE MANAGER is blissfully unaware of how the fast food business works! I find this unacceptable. After explaining how commerce works and showing our receipt, we FINALLY got our french fries, This only the latest example of how this franchise has decayed. We've had orders incorrectly filled, not-full drinks served by a server with attitude, and just plain incompetence, like today Once, the wait in the drive-through was so long, I cut out of line early to avoid being late for work. As a customer, I believe that higher prices should warrant higher standards, but this McDonald's doesn't appear to think this way. High prices, inferior service, rude employees, and incompetent managers are A-OK at this location. We'll be skipping this location (even though it is right around the corner from where we live) from now on. Perhaps, they'll close and a Chik-Fil-A will take its place or something. read more

Apparently, the morons at the register don't get it either. I order two drinks, one medium one large. Simple, agreed? Co-worker and I went here for lunch. He stood in line at the front counter, I used the Kiosk and ordered a Large sweet tea easy ice. After 10 minuets or so he got his order. Still had not gotten my tea, so I went to the counter. Person there assumed I was with another person, so he ignored me. When she left I continued to stand there. "your with her?" no I'm not. "oh. what can I do." I explained that I still have not got my drink. "who did you order it from I was asked, I replied the kiosk. We don't deliver drinks from the kiosk. Every morning for the past 2 1/2yrs of coming here, Grace has been the smiling beacon for this McDonald's. We have a lot by us on the way to my hubby's job, but we prefer to come to this one. The customer service is great, every single employee greets you from the man mopping in the front to Grace at the counter, & also the employee wiping off the tables in the dining area. There are retirees that come in everyday, and the reason is the same as ours, everything we order is fine & not one hiccup. The food is good, the coffee great. It's a treat considering the fact that we have an earlier day when I borrow his car over mine for doctor's appointments. Grace is the reason that our orders are perfect & she's always so professional. You don't find that at many places. We prefer dining inside, we can sit and enjoy our breakfast before the rest of the day begins. Theres's free WIFI as well, a nice added bonus. It's always packed inside & out of this location, but nothing goes wrong. There's no stress and nobody ever complains. It's a pleasant group in the morning. When my stepdad worked for Stater Bros. (it was Albertson's then), my mom would bring my 2 half siblings up and they'd eat there for his lunch. A nice family time together. That was over 20yrs. ago. So you could say our entire family has been coming here for that long. Before we moved out of Cypress we used to come here. It's in a great location, such a nice shopping center. No I have no ties to the company, I just wanted to make sure that Grace and the rest of her staff get recognition. If it wasn't for her, it would fall apart. She is a great example of an employee who works hard & takes pride in her work. I've let the company know on their survey receipts, but I always forget to use the coupon code. I had left home earlier to get coffee before work and decided to get drive thru at this location since it was only 10 mins away from work. I asked for an iced americano and receive it in a hot cup, the worker telling me they could not make iced for an americano. But instead of telling me that when i ordered they decided to make a lukewarm americano and give it to me. I had to go in and ask just for a regular iced coffee with no cream or sugar, which they said they can switch out for the americano I had ordered. I specifically had told her "no cream or sugar" and instead they hand me an iced coffee with cream and sugar. Annoyed and having spent over 15 mins here over a mistake they had made, I just took it otherwise I'd be late for work. However, I would not recommend this place as they can not even get simple orders right. It's okay if they can't make the americano iced, just let the customer know/warn them the americano is going to be lukewarm due to the lack of ice. read more

I was one car back from where you order and it took 10 minutes for the line to move and then only a half a car, it took another 5 minutes to get the the order microphone. We went in for the first time in a very long time, and the person who took our order didn't know anything about the menu!! He ordered us breakfast bowls and only minutes later did we find out that they don't serve them at this time.. So back in line we go. We wanted Frapuccino and wanted to know Vs the Mocha which one had caffeine. Again he's asking his busy Co workers next to him, cause he didn't know the menu. Also gave me a hard time for trying to use buy one get one coupons even though my wife and I were two persons in line ordering in separate transactions. "one per customer" was the reason. My rating is a minus, no stars at all. Hadn't been there in quite a while. They now have a two-lane ordering system and even though it was way after the lunch rush I waited 6 minutes before getting to the order window. The traffic was so confused that people were cutting each other off instead of merging. I sat at the order window without ANY contact for another full 3 minutes until finally someone acknowledged I was there. Placed my order for a cheeseburger happy meal and waited to get into pickup line. That took, seriously, another full 2 minutes before I could move forward towards the window. When I commented how slow it was I was told that their bun toaster had broken down and just been fixed. No "sorry" or anything. Now here's the topper - after all this waiting - you can guess the outcome - THE FOOD WASN'T EVEN WARM! But since I was already at home I just chalked it up to I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. Crap service, bad attitude, cold food. And guess what kids who work there - I DIDN"T break your bun toaster or deliver lukewarm food and cold fries. I come to this McDonalds a few times every week to get coffee. My visit today I got a large iced coffee with a plastic bag inside my drink about 6in by 6 in pretty big. A small piece of the plastic actully went up the straw and I swallowed it good thing I did not choke. That is how I found out it was in the bottom of the cup being held down by ice. This is ver unaceptible and extreamly discusting and disturbing. Not sure if it was on porpose or accident it does not matter. You should have employees that make sure this does not happen again. I brought it back to McDonalds and they gave me a refund and said they are sorry it is a bag for the plastic lids. She assured me this will not happen again and offerd me a free coffee. No thank you. Not from this location. Dirty and careless staff.
