My wife and I came to this McDonald's wanting to try out a new location since it's close to our home..... We should've checked these TRASH REVIEWS. We ordered a mcchicken and a large fry. With two cars in the drive way... not a line.. 2 cars. When we got to the first window, my wife apologized to them and asked if she could have no mayo on the sandwich if it had not been said already.... The manager... with a dumb founded look on her face said "but I think they already made it." Awkward pause and then we paid.... Drive up to the second window and this is what they gave to us...... the kid that gave us the food just gave us the food and that was it...... nothing else said.... You're McDonald's, that may not mean anything to you but you guys hold a certain weight of professionalism and corporate environment. Let's face it, McDonald's is not fine dining but it does serve a function in our society. When you are tired of cereal or some other breakfast at home, and want a quick hot breakfast, they can be hard to beat. My breakfast choices at McDonald's include the classic Egg McMuffin, and the newer item Sausage Breakfast Burrito. Personally I don't think you can go wrong with either! I have been to this McDonald's many times over the years and the service I have received from this store has always been pretty decent. Today's service was no different. They were quick, friendly, and efficient. I ordered, picked up my food at the window and was back on the road within under a minute. Super fast! Ambiance is something that in my opinion most McDonald's could work on. I get they are built for efficiency, but unfortunately often comfort gets lost for efficiency. read more

Overall, this was a solid McDonald's restaurant for being in an area that is not the safest. I could see that the staff was really trying to be friendly, but also following the rules. I saw a random person come in with a cup asking for refills, but they did not have the receipt. The staff did the best and that situation, but said they had to follow the rules. Terrible customer service .. it's already bad when the workers constantly get the order wrong but it's even worse when the manager is rude and has a bad attitude and rushes you too order. The food I received was fresh but the order is always wrong every time I chose this particular location. Well there comes a time when people should do the right thing. I have been living in this neighborhood all of my 51 years coming to this mc Donald's since it opened I think almost 40 years. And the last couple of years they have slacked a lot. Usually fries are the main issue so no big deal most managers would make it right. Last Friday they was busy and I can understand but my whole order was messed up the mc double ordered plain for my dog wasn't. The Big Mac a 4 dollar + flagship burger was cold. and the 20 piece chicken nuggets Was mixed 50/50 fresh/stale old rubber chunks. My review is for the drive-through of this McDonald's. I've never been inside so can't comment on that, but as far as the drive through service is concerned, I've never had an issue. I've been stopping into this place maybe 4-6 times a month, give or take, over the last couple years or so. I'll either get breakfast or grab just a quick burger on the way home because of it's convenient location. Even though there may be a line of cars going through, they always seem to move fairly quickly. As a sidenote, I watched a YouTube video the other day that said McDonald's employees will cater to the drive-through customers first before they will those inside the restaurant. Reasoning is, they don't want traffic to back up in the parking lot! I've never had an issue with the food, the orders have always been correct, food always tastes good, yada yada yada. My only complaint is that it does get busy and the drive-through and I get anxious about that because I'm usually late for work, but that's my fault, not McDonald's! Once again, I can't comment about the service inside, how clean it looks all that jazz, just the drive-through service! read more

First I would like to point out how rude the management is, they don't have a self serve soda area and when I asked for tropical sprite in the Drive thru earlier, they gave me tea. I asked to have it fixed and the manager refused. It looked like they had plenty of staff members and very little traffic yet my order took 7 mins for one mcdouble, not only that the quality was terrible the chz wasn't melted and sauce was in one spot. i'm very new to the area, and this mcdonalds is literally less than a mile away from my apartment and on my way home from work. i work 3pm - 11:30pm, so if i don't have time to eat, i stop somewhere on my way home. i've gone through the drive-thru of this particular location twice now, so my experience is based on that. i ask for the same thing every time. double quarter pounder, no pickle, no onion, medium or large fry. the first time i went through, i could tell that the meat for my burger seemed old - it was dried out a bit and tasted "warm," which i don't experience with fresh patties. on top of that, my burger still had onions and pickles on it, even though the receipt said no onion no pickle. tonight i went again after being wary from the first time. the person who took my order sounded EXCEEDINGLY apathetic, which i normally wouldn't dock points for because i wouldn't be peppy as can be at nearly midnight if i were working at mcdonalds either. the only reason i'm even giving this TWO stars is for the man who was at the window. he was an older gentleman, and i smiled at him when i pulled up to give him my card and he actually smiled back! we had a nice chat, i wished him well on his shift, and i left thinking it was an overall better experience. i got to my apartment and when i took out my burger, i IMMEDIATELY smelled pickles. i checked, and the receipt on top said extra pickles, extra onions, extra ketchup. unbelievable. unacceptable. i can forgive it sometimes because we all make mistakes, but both times i've been here they've somehow mangled the order. i don't know if i'll be giving them another try, but from what i've seen of other reviews, they aren't the most phenomenal in the service department. i feel more comfortable sticking to my usual cane's, even if that is further away. read more

AVOID THIS PLACE! If I could give them a negative 5 stars, I absolutely would. I work nearby and there aren't a lot of places to get a salad through the drive thru around here, so I settled on this McDonalds. What a mistake?! There was no one in the drive thru, nor at the window. I pulled up to speaker to a girl who asked to take my order. "Southwest chicken salad with grilled chicken and southwest dressing. That's all." I was on the phone with my mom at the time, so she was holding. When I looked down, one full minute had passed. I asked if she got it that time. Nothing. Another 30 seconds go by and she FINALLY responds with "a side salad with crispy chicken? Will that be all?" Uhhhhh, not even close. I said I would repeat it one more time. This time I said it so slow and had a line of cars behind me. She told me my total and I pulled up to the window. I had my credit card out of the window watching two girls look at me, giggle and say something about "Lopez" doing something. I said, "hello? Do you want to take my payment?" The response I got made me want to jump out of the window people. One girl had the nerve to say "We will. We are getting to it. She is new." Like, seriously! I worked at McDonalds for 4 years. Had I said that to anyone, I would have been fired on the spot especially since I would have been standing there gossiping! I pulled up to the next window and asked for the manager. The girl at the window VERY slowly wanders over to the front counter, then to a pregnant lady who looks at me. The pregnant manager continues to stand there, look around, and have another conversation before sauntering over to me and says "yes?"
