Finally, tried raising Cane's chicken fingers. My daughters have been pushing me to come here for a long time as they love it. We decided to eat inside the restaurant versus drive-through. The inside was clean and well decorated with local high school support pictures which I thought was great for the community. The young man, who took our order at the front, could not have been more polite and interested in us, being satisfied with what we ordered. Without me, asking, he gave me a senior discount, which I thought was very nice of him. I didn't even know they gave that. When we left, we were thanked twice for coming and asked to have a nice day with a big smile on his face. That all kind of shows you the customer service culture at raising canes. It made me want to come back another time. Onto the chicken... The chicken fingers were perfectly cooked, nicely breaded, tender, and juicy. I will say the breast fingers were slightly bland, but that's kind of the way it is these days so I don't fault them for that. They provide a dipping sauce, which is very good, and as my daughters say, addictive. The box comes with coleslaw, Texas toast, and french fries. All three of the slides were delicious. I thought the coleslaw with some of the best I've had. I took the option of iced tea which was deliciously brewed. Free refills as well. I will definitely be back. read more

I never have a problem dining-in here, but I always have an issue when getting drive-thru orders! Eating at the restaurant is totally fine - good experiences. I don't understand why there is 2-3x less fries when you takeout a side compared when you dine in. If you order a side for dine-in, they fill enough to cover the basket. Obviously, the amount they gave in the photo doesn't make up the typical amount that goes in the basket. Otherwise, employees are nice, service is fast, and tables are usually clean. Caine's has pretty good chicken, no flavor but usually hot and fresh, I guess that's why they give you that dipping sauce for flavor. The coleslaw is the worst, tastes like they sweeten it with Sorbitol, very disgusting flavor, the same ingredient that they use in bubble. They are soft and spongy with a texture that is impossible to re-animate once frozen. And as always, I give mad props to places that say, "Look, this is what we make and that's all because we are good at it. If you want variety, go to Chili's and order off of their 10-page menu." After reading the rave reviews, the wife and I made our highly anticipated visit to Raising Cane's. For a place that only serves chicken fingers, you know they're gonna do 'em right, right? Nope, these tiny breaded morsels they called chicken fingers were totally bland. On top of that, they tasted stale, like they kept 'em in the freezer for a month before dropping 'em in the deep fryer. The sides were better than the chicken, but that's not saying much. The toast was good, but needed a butter boost. The dude behind the counter looked at me like I was an alien when asked for butter. The fries were your standard variety Ore Ida frozen crinkle cut fries. While the coleslaw was fresh, it was flavorless. My lemonade was sweet, but had no hint of the citrus-y lemon flavor that I love. The wife's sweet tea tasted like water. Holy smokes, this place is good! I had heard some good things about this place, I really got my hopes up when I saw several police officers here, they usually seem to have a good taste buds. The fried chicken fingers are just as good as it gets, perfectly crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside and they have a wonderful flavor. The dipping sauce goes real well with these bad boys. The fries are somewhat better than your usual fried food place, I just wish they had cajun fries as an option. The toast that comes with the meal is really good as well. Raising Cane's is awesome. Employees are friendly. Have no issues. I just learned yesterday, be careful not to arrive when they are changing shifts. All Raising Canes appear to have great staff and customer service but this one seems to go the extra mile. They have a hilarious cashier who shouts out your name in rhythm and rhyme when your order is ready and they do a great job of quickly bussing the tables and keeping them relatively clean. My opinion is that Raising Canes' fingers are a level above the competition (Chik Fil A, Golden Chick, Super Chix) as they are a little meatier, more tender and of course their sauce absolutely dominates the others.
