Does this location ever get an order right? Used the app to place another order at this location as I live in the neighborhood. I will never leave the drive-through again without checking my order if I go back to this location again. There's a Burger King right down the road that's vastly improved and I just might go there from now on. Requested extra onions and ketchup on my burger and got no onions and no ketchup. Sure I'm not alone in getting incorrect orders. I think it's time the owner and management team takes action and does something about it. Then again do they really care? Was in the neighborhood. Hit the drive-thru for three burgers and a small fry. $9.89 or something. Paid the nice girl at the first window, then headed for the second window. The bag looked small. Did a bag investigation. One burger, one order of fries. Tapped on the drive thru window, flagged down the guy who handed me the bag, " missing the two McDoubles" , I tell him. He responds with a " Uhhhh". Then his superior, the MickyDs manager shows up. " YOU GOT THE RECEIPT???" Isnt all this stuff done by computer? I need to keep my receipts to the next window or what... This place made me submit my first review. The lady taking my order was super rude and decided to argue with me over what I ordered. I asked for two happy meals and for every question she asked I responded with, "yes, for both please". I happen to think that as fast food fries go McDonald's have the best but this time we stopped for breakfast. Sandwiches keep getting smaller and the hash brown just didn't taste that good to me but my hubby felt they were fine. Went in for a quick bite. First aggravation was an A-Hole in a lifted F150 taking up two handicap spots as he waited for his wife to go in and order food. He was not handicapped nor his wife unless you count the extra 50 pounds on each of them and the Trump stickers all over his rust bucket. They do that thing here, when they make a large fry, instead of assembling the French fry box they just open it a little like it's an envelope and insert about half capacity of French fries. When you open the fry box and assemble the French fries settle and you see you were robbed. Good rule of thumb is if you want a large fry order 2. read more

I do not understand what is going on with my favorite fast food place. I ordered twice during my stay in the New England area and both orders were delivered without condiments . Like a burger and fries should automatically come with ketchup, everything else is preferential. Awful! Couldn't get out order right and it wasn't complicated! Two coffees - caramel syrup with creams and sugar - we got two coffees with no sugar. We also asked for 2 mc griddle triple stacks we got 1 and 1 with a biscuit. We ordered a hash brown for our two year old and never got it and was charged for a coke which we didn't order. I have been visiting this location for 5 months; always late evening, after my work day is over. We went through the drive through to grab an ice cream cone for my son and two smoothies. We had to go through the drive-thru because of this whole Covid-19 stuff going on which is fine. When we got to the second window there was a flustered employee wearing a face mask pulled down under her chin. She was shouting back to everyone about the orders and we could literally see the spray of saliva all over the place. We were a little mortified because even in the best of times no one wants to collect their open topped food products while someone else is spitting on them. GROSS. So we called the store manager KIM, who was defensive and snarky from the get go. We asked her about the mask policy and she did tell us that it was MCDONALD's policy that employees cannot wear face masks at the window. When we expressed dismay at this, she then tried to insert some inappropriate political commentary that was completely unrelated and proceeded to insult us by telling us she would be just fine if we never came back. I feel like there is a hygiene problem at this Mcdonalds and definitely a lack of professionalism and managerialism going on. I came in on Saturday for breakfast and the cashier could not find "big breakfast," "chocolate milk" nor "orange juice" on their ordering screen so it took a while to place the order. When she packed up our breakfast, she forgot the hash browns, maple syrup, and napkins. Initially I thought maybe it was just a new cashier but this seems to be a common issue at this McDonalds. Today I ordered through drive thru. I only ordered a double cheeseburger and instead got one beef patty with two cold slices of cheese. When I came inside so they can correct the order, there were two other people already on line complaining they were missing items in their order! When it was my turn, instead of remaking the burger, she took it and just slapped on the missing patty and repackaged it. This is the worst McDonalds I've ever been to. As far as McDonald's go, this place is NICE. I love the decor, fireplace is a really nice touch. Free WiFi is useful. I love paying with my phone, which seems to impress the employee cashing me out. I have yet to experience poor customer service here. Staff are always great, pleasant, and friendly. Convenient location, right off the highway. Entrance / Exit to restaurant is a little odd.
