For years, if you travel Route 27 instead of Route 1, Mickey D's still has you covered. Smaller footprint but ATM great service.

This McDonalds SUCKS!!!!!!!! Don't ever come to this location. They are rude, nasty and just unprofessional. They are always rushing you when you are ordering through DRIVE-THRU like if they are the ones paying for your food. They shouldn't hire people who are going to joke around at their job and not take it seriously. The McDonalds by Menlo Mall is wayyyy better & the staff is so much nicer. this is my third time where they messed up my order and only my 1st written review about it. Today I received a complimentary feather in my quarter pounder bun. Last time I ordered a large coke I received a diet coke which went right into trash and even though I ordered a large meal my fries were a small. With the amount of grease that oozed out of their burgers it went through the box and stained my jeans. Its really time I go somewhere else. read more

Unfortunately this is deserving of this rating. Ordered three breakfast sandwiches and they gave us three random sandwiches. Ordered black iced coffee and they gave it to me with cream and sugar. Charged me for a new one to replace the order they got wrong. Ridiculous. I hate doing this to any business but this place location has gotten worse over time. read more

Even if McDonald's is your favorite fast food stop, this is the one store in the chain/franchise to avoid. I like McDonald's and this one is convenient but I will not go there anymore. Over the past four years I've found the employees to be rude or just plain stupid (this is not the usual case for McDonald's in this area. It is not well maintained or cleaned. Most importantly, this is the most EXPENSIVE McDonald's I've ever been to. The "Happy" meal I bought my daughter this evening was a full $1.75 more expensive than the same meal purchased in the last three weeks at two different locations within 5 miles of this one. More than that, they wanted to charge extra to give my daughter water. On a previous visit for breakfast, I noticed that the breakfast combo meals were actually more expensive than ordering the items separately. There are plenty of other locations nearby. Drive the extra 5 min and go to Burger King. Unless you want to be disrespected by nasty staff and charged twice. I went to pick up a mobile order that was already paid for and the manager was disgustingly rude yelling and throwing a tantrum because I used one of the online offers for free fries. She wanted me to pay for them or leave without a refund. Definitely not worth the headache. Horrible, horrible experience. (It wasn't the first time also) read more

Typical McDonalds location right on route 1 near Menlo Park Mall. The few times I was there it seem not to be as busy as a McDonalds would be. I might think due to the many eating establishments in the area so I figure that's why they are not busy. When I go to Mickey D's I always order the Big Mac because you cant go wrong with that. They have a refill drink station in the restaurant and a sauce fill station as well. Its just BBQ and Sweet & Sour but most locations doesn't have them out. Don't have anything negative to say about my experiences here like the other reviewers. All places sometimes have off days like any where else. read more

Sometimes when I'm heading down to the Menlo Park Mall, I stop here to grab some coffee, whether it would be hot or iced. This is more modernized location. The interior and exterior of the building looked nice and clean. The inside of this place looked like a trendy coffee lounge with comfortable seating. The employees were really nice. No issues with the coffee drinks here at all. Overall, an excellent location! read more

I don't like McDonald's but I have a toddler and McDonald's is bae to them so I end up at the drive through once in a while despite my trying to avoid. This particular McDonald's has very lovely employees and they do a good job taking your order and making sure you have your correct order and the food is always hot and fresh. read more

They have good food, their manger is hardworking and out going. It is new and nice. It is not expensive. All in all I love it

Ordered a breakfast meal, instead of being charged for a meal I was charged for each individual item and was still missing a hash brown. Asked for mustard and told me they don't carry which is an obvious lie because they put it on their chicken and burgers but they were happy to charge me $.37 for a hot mustard. Worst McDonalds ever! I ordered two egg mcmuffins to go! No customers inside, one in drive up. Waited 15 min. I get home one has no meat and has egg shells in it. The other had the meat but was thrown together and the cheese was all over the wrapper since the muffin wasn't stacked. Terrible service, nasty grouchy manager. Won't be back. read more

This is my go-to place for early morning stops or late night snacks. That being said, the times that i have gone here have been less than positive. You don't expect much from it being McDonald's, but the drive-through here is *painfully* slow. Don't go here when you're in a hurry. Their food, too, is under-par - how hard can it be to put together a sandwich? Not to mention, after a certain time at night they only have a late-night menu. You can't get many, MANY, of the things that you would crave at 2 in the morning. Let's just say I've been up doing projects and this just sometimes made me feel sadder instead of somewhat satisfied by greasy food.
