I dont usually write reviews, but after my visit to this McDonalds. I feel like I have to speak up. I went there hoping to enjoy a quick breakfast and I tried to use a coupon I had along with a discount code. I wasn't using it because I couldn't afford the food. I simply wanted to take advantage of a special offer I had earned. When I asked the manager Anna for help, She was extremely dismissive. Not only did she refuse to accept the coupon but she also spoke to me in a very rude and condescending tone. I felt embarrassed and disrespected. I left the restaurant feeling really upset. I ordered food and tried to pay through my wallet and it declined so I used my actual card but showed the cashier the cashapp balance on my app and that the money was there and once they ran my card they said it declined but my money disappeared from my account and they wouldn't give me my food. Quick Summary: - The renovation is nice and brought a welcoming and atmosphere - Bathroom requires a bathroom token - Staff is friendly and also quick on their feet - Fastest order-to-receive time in all branches I've went to - Coffee isn't bitter or sour It's almost been three years or so since I went to the last McDonald's restaurant, so it feels like a few things changes. Of course, not all McDonald's are the same, and this is actually my first time visiting this branch. An advertisement in the paper notified me that this branch finished their renovation and so I went to. The restaurant is one of the cleaner restaurants I've been to, and the guests mostly were elderly couples. There was a heavy lock on the bathroom door, so the guest needs to request a token to enter. The service shined the most from the total impression of the restaurant. When we ordered "eat here" they gave us the card to set on the table. The "fast" aspect of "fast food" came out strong here. My order came in within five minutes. There is another staff who walks around the restaurant and is ready to clean and clear the tables once the guests leave. This made sense why the place felt so clean and welcoming. Onto the food. I want to praise the french fries because it was well-done. Still piping hot and all of the fries were crispy. The rest tasted how I remember it tasted. The coffee is light but not bitter or sour, the McMuffin the same. The shape of the burgers and sandwiches were pretty though. read more

They gave me order to the car ahead and the car ahead realized it was wrong after they went through the bag including opening all the sandwiches. First time I've been to this McDonald's in a few years. First of all, the drink machines have been removed from the public areas, as well as the napkins, straws, ketchup, and other stuff like that. All that is now behind the counter. To make things worse, there was a sign saying no refills for drinks. Once I arrived I noticed a long line in the drive through that didn't seem to move and after a long wait an employee came out to let me know that they were not open for another 30 minutes even though the app said they were currently open and taking orders. It's McDonalds. But, they consistently have good coffee, sometimes at the ridiculously low price of $1 for any size. We really like the Chocolate Chip Frappe and depending on what time it is, we'll get an order of fries to munch on. If the fries are hot, their good. The service has been okay. The drive thru order speaker needs to be replaced. Inside doesn't scream "Proud to be McDonalds". But it's not filthy either. This is a great location. The amount of traffic they get must be constant. The beggars don't seem to be too thick. They seem to go to the people sitting at the outside tables asking for hand outs. There's a tip. Eat inside or your car! The drive thru entrance is on San Pablo Ave. No where else.
