This is easily, by far, one of the worst McDonald's locations in the entire region, and maybe beyond. Everything from the exterior, interior, layout, whatever, seems like it's stuck in the 1990s. I know that McDonald's are all independent franchises, and clearly the owner of location has done just the bare minimum to keep this place compliant with their franchise agreement. I can understand being busy and having to wait, but when you're waiting because the associates are blatantly ignoring the counter in person guests for the to go drive thru customers I have a problem with that. This location is a disaster and rudeness is a specialty. My child wanted a shake after his meal and was waiting for 15 mins, I go to find what's wrong and he's just being ignored along with 1 other guest. The tables are dirty, sticky soda machine, literal soda just pouring out all over as well. Told the register person and they just dismissed us with I can't do anything about that and walked away. Another guest asked for a manager and they all paused and just called for Julio, could have done that before it got everywhere and you rudely dismissed us. Ketchup dispenser didn't work, napkins empty, straws mangled, and a literal river of orange Fanta soda across the floor from the machine. I cannot stand the staff at this location. I have been coming here for years and they are always the same.... may be worst. Rude staff, long wait, always get the order wrong or missing items. I have come to this location maybe 2-3 times with my significant other and both of us were not impressed, to say the least. I understand different McDonald's locations can vary in price, but I honestly have never seen such a huge spike from others to this one. I'm no penny-pincher, but when two basic medium combos come to $30. No thanks.... it's literally $10 more for the same two meals. Unfortunately we had a very sad experience at this place 2days ago! My friend and I were getting breakfast for 7 brave heroes in fairlawn! After placing our Order the manager came over and said that it wouldn't be possible to serve us, because we did not have proper work ID! I had mine and also 6 other curfew letters with our names and barcode (ID) Btw we had scrubs on and the marks of Our masks sinking to our faces and yet we were DENIED breakfast ! I really think that the franchisee needs to spend less time worrying about people from IHOP parking in his lot and more time trying to improve his rather dismal restaurant. I have never been there where they have gotten my order correct. Kindly tell me how you can screw up a yogurt parfait and a brown sugar oatmeal, yet they constantly do. The cashiers never have the right change so they always short you by a nickel or penny. No big deal but it's a rather elementary detail for a restaurant. And lastly, the place is a mess. I always get a seltzer water which the Point of sale system doesn't have so it becomes a confusing task for the staff. Also you can not use the app if your order needs a bag of ice or a seltzer. They have in the past year added some friendly staff at night and kept the rude staff away 50% of the time. They definitely do custom diet requests. ** McDonalds hack 101 Order your food with no salt used to cook it and for chicken and fish rest they make it fresh and tell them you will wait for it. Always ask for no salt on the fries as they have to make them fresh. Most likely they will still have enough salt because the staff thinks it's ok to put no salt fries on the salted surfaces etc. Cheap eats? First of all their prices are extremely high compared to other locations but it's the only one in the area so they take advantage and price gouge. So today I visited the McDonalds here on Broadway. The food was fine, but the price point compared to another McDonalds I've visited previously it is VERY pricey. At the other McDonalds i've gone to, a medium frappe was $2 and here it was $4. I was astonished by the different price points here even though they are the same company. It's a little confusing as to why the prices are different. Also the choice of music they play is very nice, but something that really bursted my bubble was the floor pattern. It gave me such OCD! Seeing that this store is less then 40 yards from my front door I by food,from there when there are no reasonable options. The last three times I went there in the past three weeks were wrong. Things like no cheese on a BigMc, or a burger ordered with cheese, to wrong or non existent SAUSE for my McNuggets. They also run a scam and tell you to pull around and park and someone will bring you the food. They do this so they can take your car off the timer. I feel compelled to write this review because every single time (not exaggerating) I come to the drive thru in this location I have the same horrible experience. Ive dined at this mcdonalds mutltiple times, as i work at the pasta factory nearby. 90% of the time that ive ordered something like a mc chicken or a cheeseburger, theyre always old, and room temperature. The lettuce in the mc chicken's are mostly always soft, warm, and welted; the mayo is always just a little too much, and the chicken patty is always room temp, and just overall gross and old. Ive seen the most disgusting looking sandwiches come from this specific location. DO NOT DINE HERE! it isnt worth the money. OH! and to top it off, the drive thru is designed in a way where if the line of cars waiting for their food is too long, it actually blocks the only exit to leave, so at some point you'd have to wait untill the line gets shorter for you to leave.
