This is a really fun spot for brunch! So many different fusions. Everyone can find something they like. The decor inside a like a cute pink spin on a diner. We got in easy mid morning on a Saturday and didn't have to wait. Service was good.

I love bite from their food to their drinks. They're amazing. The service was quick as I got a latte to go. This is actually a seasonal drink. The banana bread latte is a must if you get a chance to stop by you should before it's gone. It's as tasty as it looks. It's always a great ambience in here.

I really wish I had paid more attention to the reviews before coming here. At first, the restaurant seemed inviting--the decor was nice, and the space looked clean. My friend and I had brunch here over the weekend, but unfortunately, the experience went downhill from there. We started with the spinach and artichoke dip, which was $14 for a tiny portion and some crackers--not worth the price. Our lattes were good, probably the best thing we ordered. My omelette was just okay, nothing special. My friend's salmon, however, was ruined by a strange sauce--some kind of orange squash combination that just didn't work. Overall, the food was underwhelming at best, and while the staff seemed nice, the service was painfully slow. To top it off, they automatically added a 20% gratuity to the bill, which felt completely undeserved given the lackluster experience. This is exactly how you lose customers. I won't be coming back.

Visited for lunch with my niece. It wasn't too busy and we were seated immediately. The restaurant has a very cute aesthetic and very Instagram worthy throughout the restaurant. The menu has a good variety of brunch and lunch. I had ordered the Mac and cheese with the bbq skillet. It was okay, the brisket was a little dry for my taste. The service was good and food was served quickly. I may give them another visit another day and this time to try their brunch menu.

I really wanted to like this cute place but it fell short on many levels. The decor is really cute with black and white theme and an open kitchen and the counter staff were very friendly. The chicken in the chicken shwarma was awful, very chewy, inedible. I could get one piece down. I was only able to eat the rice, hummus and pickled onions which were very tasty. My daughter ordered the squash sweet potato soup which was very thick. The flavor was good but the consistency was not soup, it was thicker than any bisque we've had. The Arnold Palmer drink was very good. The total was over $40 for one Arnold palmer, one soup, one chicken shwarma and one side of bread seemed steep for the quantity and quality. We would not return.

Stopped in for Saturday brunch, had a really nice time! ***GLUTEN FREE babes*** This place struck our radar for advertising many gluten free options. However, please check/call before ordering and consuming, for those with allergies to gluten/celiac. We asked the waitress, so kind and friendly btw, to help us confirm if the fryer is GF and dedicated to non gluten items. They had so many options that are GF noted on the menu from salad, buns, and pizza, etc. The male manager (or owner) kindly stopped by to let us know they were in a transition stage, and will soon be operating under gluten free fryers but are currently mixed with items that contain gluten. For our son with Celiac, this day did have a bit of a challenge for us without fries and some items he had in mind. However, the cauliflower crust pizza ended up being win, he loved it! Pizza was delicious. We also recommend their beverages-- juices were freshly made and the lattes were cozy and tasted great. Was NOT a fan of the short rib hash. It all became mush because it was soooo much saucey items. We would come here more often once they can keep this a consistent gluten free spot, safe for those who have Celiac and severe gluten allergies-- prioritizing the lack of cross contamination.

    Worth it.

Let me start with a tad negative, but nothing major. 20% tip is included on each bill which is totally fine considering the food is delicious, though the wait staff is sadly lacking. I'm sure the mandatory 20% and the homemade "NoStarbucks" sign is because of all the HS brats invading after school who are clueless when it comes to any form of etiquette. There is a typo or two on the menu but hey, all is forgiven. And oh yeah, don't ask for butter for your waffles or pancakes, they don't need it and the butter is...well not sure what it is but it's definitely not butter. Now for all the glorious good and rating. Ambience is sleek and polished. There is a huge selection of funky drinks. And get those pancakes! They are made with a tad of a crunch and the blueberry compote is absolutely devine. The chicken & waffles...another hit. Perfectly cooked waffles with that fluffy crunch with seasoned deep fried chicken and yes, the Huevos Rancheros is also worth the calories. Heads up though. There are no pork option so the bacon and sausage are turkey only.

Very cute place to enjoy brunch. We arrived and were seated pretty quickly. Lots of options. We ended up getting three meals to share. Plain home style pancakes, brisket cubano, and the mac and cheese skillet. My fave was the cubano. Great portion and it came with fries. The slutty chai was just what I needed on a chilly morning. Beet juice was good too. I tried some of my sister's. Great service. Also got the wings to go and the birria tacos. The wings were good. Hubby didn't share the tacos but they looked amazing!

Cute place! Our waitress was awesome. Our receipt says her name is Fatirhah! The coolest. The iced lavender latte is my favorite thing here. We all enjoyed our food. I got the socal burrito and my friends got a harvest bowl and the essex. This place is a tad bit expensive so I don't think I'll be coming back here on the regular, but all very enjoyable.

    No tomato or lettuce :(

Please read. I usually enjoy the pistachio drink here. Served was really sweet. HOWEVER - OMG!! Why are the fries crazy fried? I went Friday 5/30 around 1:30pm to pick it up. I called in for burger and fries. I saw a photo of a burger with tomato and lettuce and I didn't have any. Is that the right way to make it? These fries were like chips- I think they forgot them in the fryer ...: :( sad Also I just got clapped by their stapler in their packaging bag. BRUH! Staple all the way pls!

A new breakfast, brunch, dinner franchise retooled Ed in Fair Lawn. Had the chance to grab brunch recently and glad I did. I enjoyed a " Florentine breakfast scrambled" which was served with a small salad dressed with a simple dressing. The service was adequate and served polite but we did have to get up after waiting some time for our check. The restaurant was clean and bright...oh make sure to try the pistachio latte. It was quite good!

Came here based on a recommendation and it did not disappoint because I would definitely come back here again to try other things on the menu. When you first enter there's a cute little sign! I ordered Chimichurri Steak Plate (chili honey Brussels sprouts, pesto zucchini noodles, jasmine rice and quinoa pilaf) which was delicious!!! and my friend ordered the Chickpea power bowl + grilled chicken and we ordered Mac & cheese bites to share. For my drink raspberry lime Fresca mocktail The service and attitude of our waitress was great! I came on a Sunday around 1pm and we were seated quickly. The food took about 25 mins bc they bring everything out together

(Reservations are not that easy to make last minute.) The restaurant is big and open but always busy. Kids get wax craft sticks to play with and bend into cool shapes, which I find very unique and cool. I feel like there is a difference between a diner and a true brunch place. A diner, of which there are numerous in New Jersey, is a establishment that churns out inexpensive, and potentially excellent, but very standard breakfast food - omelettes, pancakes, benedicts and the like. A true brunch place, on the other hand, offers things like lemon ricotta pancakes, cacio e pepe scrambles, mushroom thyme omelettes and shakshuka. Willow & Whisk is that kind of brunch place, and which is rare in New Jersey. The food options are varied, very tasty, and with good portion sizes. I love the shakshuka and the mushroom thyme omelette. Oh gosh, when is our next reservation again?

I asked if I could do 2% milk with my latte at 8am with only 1 other table in the restaurant. Waitress told me it's whole or skim. I asked if she could mix them, half and half. She said it takes too long for the bartenders... I said "there's 2 people here, mind if you make an exception?" To which she followed up with "no, it's a rule." Okay fine... I'll settle for my $7 latte I guess. Following that, I ordered the mushroom thyme omelette, the second bite I took had a full on hard stick from the thyme I almost choked on (not chewy, hard - see pictures). I decided to let it slide, these things happen with fresh herbs. 2 more bites in, another massive stem stick jabbed me. If I had given my daughter either of those bites, it could have been scary. I sent it back. I love their coffee, and the shukshukka (botching the spelling). But for how much you pay, their service is inconsistent and these errors are painful (literally). I'll likely come back for the coffee and vibes but won't be bending over backwards to do brunch here.

We had several servers handling our order. To start, I had a hot tea with honey. The honey was an interesting consistency and was not as thick as expected. For appetizer, we split the Crispy Ddukbokki which were sweet & spicy crispy rice cakes with a side of a soft boiled egg, topped with everything seasoning. We both really enjoyed the flavor of these rice cakes. For my main course, I had the Rainbow Salad with grilled chicken. The portion was very good and all of the veggies in the salad were super fresh. The presentation was very pretty. Parking can be a bit tricky but luckily we were able to find parking on one of the side streets. Overall a cute little breakfast/brunch place in the Glen Rock downtown. It does get very busy on weekends so reservations are a must.

We've passed this restaurant many times on a busy River Road in Fair Lawn and decided to stop in. Upon entering this warm and cozy interior without a reservation as first-timers, my partner and I managed to locate a table outside on this summer-like day. Juany's Cafe is a cozy, family-run establishment making a great impression as a place for brunch on locals and visitors. The owner is Peruvian, and the Mexican cook began in the kitchens of his homeland, known for its authentic Latin-inspired cuisine. We decided on the Latin bowl with marinated steak accompanied by black beans, sautéed veggies, avocado, and sweet plantains & Grilled Chicken Burritos with Sweet Potato Fries.
