They have a Double Filet-O-Fish, which I have not seen at any of their other locations, so that was kind of cool. Terrible service! I bought a derpy McFlurry and chocolate sundae and large coke. I asked for more bobas in the McFlurry because it was clear there wasn't a lot. The manager told me no. Instead of going back and forth with someone I know that will cause more problems. If I'm paying 7+ dollars for a McFlurry I expect to get what is paid for. I could count the bobas. When you order food inside the wait time is always 30+ minutes and on top of the terrible wait time i've had countless incidents where they forget to bag my fries, nuggets, sauces and even drinks. Today we were given our fries like this, at that point they shouldn't have even bothered putting the white pouch in there if they were going to place it in the bag like that. Being the AVID coupon user that I am. I received an alert from the McDonald's app about a FREE Big Mac w/purchase. I took advantage of this offer and placed my mobile order for this location. Once I arrived. It took only 5 mins exact to have my order brought out from the time I checked into my curbside spot. The drive they at the time had 12 cars n line so glad I did mobile order. Location is on a pretty busy/main road. There is also a good amount of foot traffic., so beware as you maneuver through here. They have up to 4 curbside check ins. But be sure to read them carefully prior to parking. But overall I like this location. Friendly and gets the job done. read more

Very clean. Staff were incredibly kind. My mom runs up to the poor cashier and says loudly "she's buying does the restroom need a key?" Poor kid was so kind to tell her no and where the bathroom was. I like coming to this one since I felt the food was fresher than other areas. The one complaint I have is- when I paid for my food, the employee's glove had a huge rip on this thumb area and he took my card. That's a big no no for me. He touched the person's card/ money in front of me & then he cross contaminated by touching my card. This is a time where cleanliness and sanitation is an upMost priority. I was disgusted at first and i sanitized my card immediately. I honestly don't mind waiting a few seconds longer if they needed to switch out gloves. Since it's a way to keep everyone safe. I just went through the drive thru and the person, I wont call her a lady, that was working the window obviously has more important things to talk about. All I saw was her back, the back of her head and the back of her elbow. Her hair was in a nice bun. She just stuck her arm out. No greeting, never saw her face. I'm writing this review based off the past two times I have been there. One time the drive through line was very long so I went inside to pick up breakfast before work. The older African American gentleman was extremely nice. My food came out quickly & hot. When I was driving away I noticed I lost my engagement ring somewhere between my car & the restaurant. I went back inside & asked the gentlemen if any one has turned it in & gave him my number in case someone finds if. He then searched the restaurant & the parking lot with me. Trying his hardest to help me find my ring. Even though he didn't have to help me at all, he still chose to. To me that is excellent customer service! Luckily I found my ring in my Mc Donald's bag when I got to work :) I don't know the tall gentleman's name but I really appreciate all his effort. I went there yesterday for a second time. I went in again because the drive through line was really long. The Cashier rang me up & the service was good. But the African American lady with short hair (once again I don't the name) had excellent customer service. She was extremely friendly & made sure I had everything I needed. She asked if I wanted or needed anything & etc. I've read all the bad reviews for this place. I don't know if she was going above & beyond so that people change their reviews. But either way she had good customer service & I was happy with how I was treated. I have yet to receive bad customer service at this location the past 6 months. read more

Just wanted to mention an experience that I witnessed when a good friend of mine decided to buy himself a quick snack and went to McDonald's. He bought some french fries and went over to a friends house where I happen to be at and thats when it happened. He did look well at first, he looked as though he was going to get sick on us. He sat there for a short period of time and then mention to both our other friend and myself of the fact that he was not feeling well. He got up from the kitchen table and proceed to head to the guest bathroom. There he vomited the fries and anything else that was in this stomach. Boy, I tell you I never saw that reaction ever before from someone after eating some fast food.
