I come off and on, to enjoy this place, over a course of several years. Their service is more streamline though still slower than any other burger fast food. Burgers here are so unique in price and taste, people literally still line up for them . Best time is Tuesday evenings for shorter lines. The inside is usually quite clean. I like that the workers seem more relaxed nowadays Than the first couple years they opened.

We were literally starving, and I was in no mood to be disappointed so I had to come where I know workers are use to handling big crowds of people, I didn't expect that many people to have the same mindset. What I respect is the workers maintained their smiles and professionalism, serving customers with remarkable efficiency. The cleanliness of the place was impressive, even under such heavy traffic. The condiments were all full, the drink area was all wiped down lemonade full. In today's society great customer service is becoming rare. So I can always appreciate giving credit when credit is due. These workers were busting their asses. All my food was hot and definitely worth the wait. Thank you.

I understand that some of the staff may be younger and still learning, but there needs to be more awareness and urgency when a customers' food is ready. It shouldn't just sit there unnecessarily. I would recommend that management provide better direction and oversight. Unfortunately, when a manager seems more focused on being everyone's friend than actually leading the team and holding people accountable, this is the kind of service you end up with. Better leadership and a little more urgency would make a big difference.

Very bad service. the manager Erica is extreemly rude and treated me disrespectful. i went through the drive through last night and they charged me extra for my sauces (i did not get them) so i went inside to ask for my sauces and she was very rude and snapped on me while rolling her eyes and as i asked her why she was being so rude to me she did not have a response. i then paid for more sauces even though on my recipt it showed i payed for them. i went back to my car and relized my large fry was only half full so i go back in to ask for a full fry and as i wait there at the counter i hear her talking to her associate about me. i wait and listen for 5 mins before they noticed i was standing there. she then looked shocked to know that i heard everything she just said about me. and so as she just filled the rest of my fries instead of giving me a fresh frie, she continued to talk trash about me as if i was not standing there. My food was awful but even worse than that was the customer service. just horriable! as i walked out she used profanity at me, very unproffessional! defently going to contact corpriate! she wouldnt even give me her full name! nevr ever again will i give them my buisness! beware! read more
