One of the best McDonald's locations I've been to. Cashier was very nice and attentive, the food comes out almost immediately, and I've never had a bad meal from this place. Today ordered the chicken McNuggets, and they come out fresh and tender. They were much less greasy than when I remember them when I was younger, and that's a compliment. Would definitely recommend to anyone who loves McDonalds and their daily deals. read more

Rest stop here is relatively clean. I ordered in advance through the widely-advertised mobile app (they even had a sign in at the kiosk to try their app!). You can pay in advance for their food for this location on your app, but when you get to the counter they will not prepare it for you. I was told "we don't do mobile orders" despite the face that the app took my money AND I had the receipt number, all they had to do was enter it. I was dismissed here and the staff at the counter didn't attempt to try to help me. read more

Same experience as most customers here. The app shows that you can use the mobile device to order but they do not honor it or something. They simply said we do not do that here. I hope McDonald's can either clarify that or remove it from the app. It would make it much easier for future customers. read more

Was a little smarter for the return trip as we had eaten BEFORE getting on the highway. Still we felt the need for a large drink for the rest of the ride after a bathroom break. It wasn't busy, surprisingly no line whatsoever. Of course this large drink was on the expensive side costing about seventy five cents more then around time. Exactly what you'd expect at McDonald on highway, fast food on slow lane. Food is...okay, don't expect much. This location is better than about 20 miles west McDonald for one reason - not packed. Ugh, twenty minutes after eating three Chicken Selects strips from this place I was doubling over in pain. The next day at work I threw up three times and was coughing up blood. They eventually got the order right, that's always a plus with a rest stop McDonald's. The weird thing is that they literally took five minutes to get two sodas. Seriously, the server stood in the drive through window staring into my car. I finally said: "shouldn't you, like, get the sodas or something?" And then he kind of snapped out of whatever fog he was in and went and got the sodas. It was almost surreal. I was at this mcdonalds last night at 3:00 a.m. I asked for a chocolate milk shake which was no problem. Then the server informed me after she made it that I could only pay cash because all the computers were down. I had no cash so she recommended I use the atm. I did so. I then gave her a $20 bill for the milk shake which she said was 3.50. She then went back to a teller tray on the counter behind her and got me change without ever entering the order into the POS system. This is classic employee theft. Because I noticed this I then asked for a receipt. When I asked she immediately spoke to someone on her headset for advice and then said I could have a receipt but not for 10 min. Obviously she was hoping I would leave. I did not. I waited and then about 5 min later the manager showed up. Her name was Isabel. She then proceeded to put a different tray into the register and rang up the milk shake. It was 3.81 not 3.50. This was also very suspicious because I was told multiple times that the system was down and could not be used. It then became obvious that the system was working fine and they were making sales off of the books and pocketing the money. Both employees seemed very nervous and what they were doing was definitely not right. I will most certainly never purchase from here again if people such at that work there. I am writing this post in the hopes that the owner or whomever is in charge will see this and bring these thieves to justice. It occurred on June 27th at around 3:00 in the morning. read more
