The difference was night and day. The in-store bowl had ample chicken and four strips of bacon. When I ordered via the app again later, I received half the meat, double the lettuce, and only two strips of bacon--despite being charged for extras. When confronted, management offered a refund but denied the inconsistency. It's clear they provide a lesser product for delivery customers. Save your money and eat elsewhere.

The girl is like "this is the way I was told to make it". And I'm like "well it's the wrong way I would like a foot-long please, and please make sure you're using the right amount of ingredients for a foot-long". Then, the manager/owner walks over and says "no this is fine just folded over like that". The sandwich wasn't cut in half just thrown haphazardly into some wrapping. And that's only after the manager guy actually recommended just spreading everything out over the flatbread and then placing another flatbread on top of it as if I want a gigantic ass sandwich. I'm so disappointed. I've tried to get breakfast several times at or after 5am and no one even answers at the drive through. All the lights are on inside and out. Just no one home, I guess. I saw Dunkin had a line of cars around their building so I guess this is normal now. I worked at a McDonald's for the breakfast shift in another state and was there at 4am every day I was scheduled. If you need to change your posted hours please do so. Either that or don't turn on your outside lights until you open. read more
