I love his one scoop Sundae with butter pecan ice cream, drenched in hot fudge, caramel, strawberries and whipped cream. His ice cream parlor is always immaculately clean. Steve seems to have a great rapport with his employees, joking around with them and helping their skills, confidence, and work ethic grow. Judging by his demeanor and conversations I have overheard, I know Steve truly cares about his staffs' present and future endeavors in life.
