Most DISGUSTING restaurant I have ever been in. I'm off McDonalds for good after our experience there. Yes, it's definitely just a pit stop restaurant along the 5. After ordering, we watched a little girl vomit all over the counter and floor. Ok, it happens. However, NOT ONE EMPLOYEE rushed to do anything. It took a good five minutes before someone came out to clean the floor (after watching at least 10 people slip in vomit while picking up their food and not knowing what they were stepping in). Then, NO ONE EVER WIPED DOWN THE COUNTER. They kept serving food across the vomit counter. The manager turned his back when the whole thing happened and did nothing. One person complained about the vomit on the floor and the manager shrugged his shoulders and did nothing. I hate to think what the kitchen cleanliness is like if this was the experience at the front of the restaurant. I'm filing a complaint with the Fresno Public Health Dept. tomorrow when they open. read more

***I went again last month since I wanted an Iced Latte and that is the only thing I will buy from here...well would buy. I bought one for my husband and another one for myself. Same exact order....then why did they taste so different? Mine was bitter and watered down, his was way too sweet. Seriously, these were made one right after the other, so why were they so inconsistent? Never again, if I could give this place -5 stars, I would*** Stopped here during our long ride back home. I needed some coffee, my husband needed some food. I get in line and the two girls that had been at the registers were talking and completely ignored me. Then, they walked away. This was the beginning of the end. I waited patiently a few minutes until another customer showed up....and he was helped before me. He just needed to change an order so I wasn't too upset. Well, the guy who took my order wasn't too friendly. I waited for my food...the fries weren't even hot. And when I got in the car, I noticed that they charged me for a drink I didn't even order. At this point I just wanted to get out of here The only good thing was that my iced latte was delicious. I will never come here again. I understand it's just fast food but the employees could at least be courteous to the customers. read more

The place is attached to a liquor store/gas station and the restroom is shared between McDonald's and the other place. They were remodeling McDonald's so the restrooms were closed. There were a lot of flies flying around which was not good for the food. read more

Food was ok, typical Micky D's food you know what to expect. Unfortunately, since this place is seemingly in the middle of nowhere there are quite a bit of people shuffling through here stopping to get gas and such. The bathroom looked like maybe an exorcism had happened in it? It literally could not have had anymore water on the floor if they had decided to open a lake inside. The bathroom was disgusting. Slippery black water everywhere and man was it hard to walk in there. An employee came in and kinda just looked at it and walked off. I can only hope that they cleaned it after because that was bad. One star this time. 20 men in line for the bathroom, and attendant walking around with a spray bottle and mop shooting people in the ankles as he spot clean while people were trying to get in and out. 50 people in line at the restaurant and nothing seems to be moving quickly. My family and I came here at 11:40 pm Sunday and no one was there. we were waiting in the drive thru hungry ! Then I see two young guys in the parking lot coming out of a car and into the McDonald's unlocking it. They saw our family try to order and they didn't come. Very polite service clean fast and the one and only experience with a Mac Donald's where they were NOT stingy with the honey. I always get honey for my nuggets and this McDonald's Actually gave me plenty of honey. Awesome staff. They deserve a raise. read more

They over charge for happy meals, upcharge for milk in the happy meals, and then try to get away with not putting a toy in.

Not a fan of McDonald's, but had to give this place props. The munchkin spotted the arches and on a 6 hour car ride its easier to just give up your morals and make his day special. What was special was the service. We forgot to order one of our drinks since we can't count to 3. They gave it to us for free. We accidentally threw away the happy meal toy (let's be honest, it is trash). They gave us another for free. read more

Staff was nice enough. Location was clean. Parking ample. However there were no less than three issues with our order! First we were told the machine for the iced coffee was broken after we ordered. Then as we loaded the kids into the car, we found that they forgot to provide apples in any of the kids meals. Finally there was no meat in the cheeseburger my daughter ordered. When I had to go back for the last two issues you might think I'd get an apology but instead they acted like they were doing me a favor. "Oh! You wanted meat in your cheeseburger?" Really? Anyway, food was ok and no one was outwardly rude; maybe just overwhelmed. My one recommendation is to check your order before you leave. read more

GREAT SURPRISE IN THE SPIRIT OF LOVE !! It's been a very looooong time since I've been to McDonald's but during a drive to So. Cal to visit a beautiful friend, we stopped at the McDonald's on Panoche Road off of I-5 and had the best experience. We were hungry and ordered breakfast. Lory a very kind hearted and sweet young lady kept encouraging us to get items from the menu. We were satisfied with a few items from the dollar menu and we're ready to hit the road when Lory said, you get to pay with love. A little confused and dumb founded, she asked us to hug and say we love each other and when we tried to pay for our meal she said you paid it with love. Apparently, McDonald's had a great campaign all around sharing love until Valentines Day. What a great idea! The food was hot, fresh, delicious and covered in love. It was about 6 AM on our drive down to socal last Thursday. When we went into the Gas Mart, the McDonalds was just opening up so we were lucky enough to grab some food. The food came out somewhat fast, but not really fast. Seeing that we were the first people there I could understand the slowness. The one thing that was super annoying was an alarming going off non stop in the back. The workers didn't do anything to stop it and when another alarm went off they were just working like they didn't here anything. I was glad when we finished and were on our way. read more

Waited in line and it was my turn. Karina called me up to her register and right when I got to the register, she turned around and completely ignore the fact that is was there. She started making a sundae and talking to the workers in the back. And I was coughing and making sounds trying to make it obvious that I was there. But nothing. It was so annoying because she was the one that said "next customer in line" and ignored me. And Natalie, the girl at the register next to us was so sweet. She noticed that we were not getting helped by karina. After Natalie was done helping her customer, she asked the next customer to wait a little and helped us first. This Resturant would have gotten 0 or 1 star because of karinas services (or no service at all) and 3 because Natalie was so sweet and helpful. Thank you Natalie! read more

We stopped by for a little lunch on our way down to Burbank/Los Angeles and saw the long line. I wanted to leave but I decided to stay. First, they let our food sit on the counter until it was cold. Second, they gave me just a little chicken in my McChicken sandwich. Third, our fries were cold and they gave us jus a little french fries when we ordered a large fries. Even though it is located in a gas station, it is still pretty much a McDonalds like any other. They did not have a limited menu like some other hybrid locations have. The employees were nice and it really hit the spot on the way to the bay area. The parking lot is kind of awkward. read more

We've stopped at this Mc Donald's before (about 2 weeks ago) As pretty much the usual , our order was wrong and the girl was rude and didn't even apologize for getting it wrong. I rarely ever eat McDonald's; the only time I ever eat at McDonald's is when I'm on the road and McDonald's is one of the few choices available. I opted for McDonald's last weekend on my drive up to Berkeley, and it was a lot worse than other McDonald's I've been to. I ordered a filet-o-fish and chicken nuggets; the food was the same as any other McDonald's. However, what made me the most disgusted was the cleanliness of the place. You could visibly tell that the area in front of the cashiers had not been wiped down regularly, and there were a bunch of mosquitoes flying around. Overall, the entire place was just a lot dirtier than most McDonald's. read more

This Mcdonald's is a popular spot to stop and grab food for people on road trips from CA to Las Vegas, NV. Be ready to wait in line if you're caught in that crowd! The bathrooms are okay but it's reasonable that they get so dirty sometimes since there are so many travelers passing through. read more

Came here yeaterday and went thru the drive thru and it went pretty quick but after we got our food and started driving while checking our bags, we saw our 4 piece chicken nuggets only had 2 pieces!! So we had to turn back and go inside to get the other 2 pieces! They either careless when packing customer orders or they ran out of the nuggets at the time and took the chance that a customer wouldn't return back to get it. We went through drive thru, the employee forgot a Happy Meal that we ordered & on top of that we received chocolate milk that was so thick it could have been a milk shake. The date on the milk was not expired btw. When trying to complain to the store manager, the employees would answer the phone & hang up immediately. I eventually contacted corporate 1800-244-6227 phone number. I guess they feel like they can screw you in the drive thru bc they know you'll be miles down HWY 5 and not return to complain.
