I came to this store to buy a Happy Meal with the Lil McDonald's toy. One of the female staff told me I couldn't just buy the toy or a full set, and that they only had #21. After I bought a Happy Meal, she gave me #5, even though I had just bought #5 from another store earlier. They lied and refused to exchange it, telling me I had to buy another Happy Meal. Wow. I can't imagine a worse experience. These people yelled at my co worker when picking up our order because THEY could not find it. Ordered on the app and had receipt and code present. What better place to take the dog for his 7th birthday! Although it was rush hour the drive thru was quick. The staff was friendly and they got the order right. What more could you ask for. Worst McDonalds on the planet. They try to do everything too fast. English muffins are just warm, not toasted. Burgers are thrown together with the cheese only half on the burger. Ok,,this is like the upteenth time I have had problems. My autistic son obviously lives McDonald's,,so after he was cleared from the dentist to eat,,of course he wanted to go. So here we were in the original lane,,btw,,why,would you have another ordering lane without a another cashier???. This change overprices on many items. Example a fish sandwich is two for $6.00. The receipt show a charge for $3.00 each. Buy only one and they charge $5.00. In the past a sausage McMuffin with two sausages was just under $500 Now they are charging $10.00. That is quite a markup for something that cost them around $2.00. When ordering the drive thur make sure you check your order before you leave for this location. 6 out of 10 times they will forget to pack something into your bag. One time they even forgot to put the egg in my breakfast sandwich, that's the best part. Having been a food service manager for 4 years, I was concerned about the loosely flowing hair of several of the young ladies in this location. Ponytails long or short, without hairnets, while making or serving food is unacceptable by board of health standards, so I believe. So, I found myself wondering why McDonalds gets an exception to this? Appearance is important also, some female staff were so overheated and unkept looking. Give employees a break to freshen up or be a manager and ask them nicely to go straighten up their look. I do not want 24" hairs in my food EVER!! Thank you! There's something wrong or missing just about every time I order here. Today I had ordered a bacon quarter pounder that came with no bacon. I let them know what was up just to be met with "oh, you wanted bacon?" ...yes? Also received a McFlurry that just had the Oreo pieces on top, not blended at all. Many times I don't receive sauces or the correct drinks. Food tends to be straight up missing a lot too. They served at least 16 cars in the drive through in the time it took my teammates to reorder their food after it was messed up twice. I can't go through the drive-thru in my truck because they "can't see" a large, lifted, (not to mention loud) green F150 on their cameras appearantly -- 2 separate occasions I've sat there for 10+ minutes (yes, easily could've left, but it honestly just got to the point I wanted to find out how long it would take for them to realize I was waiting there.) When I don't have to wait for 20 minutes to order a burger, they generally just haven't been very nice and cut me off as I'm talking (like when I'm trying to say I'd liked the meal but they're already done listening). I don't bother going to this one anymore even though it's convenient to work--I'll wait til I get back to Washington and stop at that one. read more

Can't comment on the cleanliness of the interior because I haven't eaten inside there in years, but I am a regular at the drive thru and it is always busy and that speaks for itself. The reason most of us go to fast food chains is convenience and hopefully consistency. I have never been a big fan of McDonalds' food with the exception of breakfast. They have succeeded where others have failed. Most chains simply can't compete. Since the Egg McMuffin was invented in 1972, I have been a big fan and loyal customer. Thank goodness this great sandwich wasn't developed at this location... It never would have made it. Order anything with a muffin here at your own risk. I'm guessing the muffins come in on Friday because they are slightly stale by Saturday and far worse by Sunday. I have stopped buying them on weekends. Today (Monday) my wife stopped and picked a couple up. Again dry, stale muffins. I'm off my favorite breakfast sandwich from now on... At least at this location. read more

Either due to the change in menu or the efficiency of the specific crew with this McD at Flemington, NJ, there is always a wait-line with the drive-thru. If it is going to take 10-15 minute wait time for a quarter-pounder due to 10 cars in front are backing up the line, they should let people know so they should go elsewhere for a quick meal Wendy's at Flemington, NJ used to be the worst place for the drive-thru but that place sure have taken care of the problem recently. There was a line of 12 cars lining up today, at 2:10 pm with the McD drive-thru. With the lines backup, nobody can place the orders, and each other takes more time to prepare etc. Do you want to wait in line for 15 minutes to get an ice-coffee. I don't think so. During a recent visit to pick up two cups of coffee, the ordering process and delivery of the product was an absolute circus. They were beyond disorganized and it looks like the only people that were getting their food where the people in the drive thru.
