Drive thru takes 20 min long wait every time all the time give you a hard time about sauce after waiting soo long too

I was going to give a 2 star but had to up it couple stars for Friendly staff. I dislike the fact that can't go in now. I know with COVID we can't do a lot of things. It's disappointing. So usually have to wait in long drive through line. I feel like I usually have to wait 15-20 mins for line and whole process. Wish they had outdoor ordering or something. This is not my first time come to this McDonald，But this is my worst experience in all the McDonald! I didn't order from the drive thru I just came inside to order. And I wait about five minutes, there is nobody in front of me. And I told the lady I want a J Balvin combo she told me for the new style I have to order with the app! Then I say ok just a buttermilk crispy chicken Burger combo. She said a mc big combo? I say No! Buttermilk crispy chicken Burger. Also I order a 6 pieces happy meal. Only one monitor is working at this drive-through and the line is extremely long.Waited in line placed my order and once I got to the window to pay I noticed that the cashier wasn't wearing any gloves the employee handed me back my credit card and then proceeded to place items inside of my bag without outing on gloves, causing concern in particular during a pandemic knowing that this person has been handling credit cards throughout the day without washing in between each transaction. I pointed out that I didn't see any sauces with in the bag. The employee then proceeded to ask for the bag back to then proceed to go through my items again without gloves. Would recommend one person handling payments while the other handles food so there's no cross-contamination. read more

This is the worse McDonalds I have EVER BEEN TO!!!!! I stood there for 5 minutes. 6 different employees just look at me and never asked if I had been helped or if they could take my order. It wasn't until all 10 orders were out & that was ONLY because I had stop the girl at the counter to make her take my order. And then my food was wrong. We love to visit this McDonald's on rainy days for the indoor playground. Sometimes it's fairly clean, sometimes it's not. They always seem slightly understaffed. Most of the staff are friendly and a few who have been there a long time are excellent. The issue with this Location is they always get out order wrong. Sometimes in the drive through we get someone else's order completely. Other times, they just mess up our order. It's disappointing. read more

They currently are advertising 2 for $5. I have pictures of this sign from today after she refused this price. They refused to honor the posted prices and the young female manager said that she was aware that prices were posted. By far the worst customer service, and lack of accountability from management. It's not a hard job to double check orders before you give them out. They don't know how to do this there, or they're just lazy. This simple step, can prevent many cost incurred from the company of refunds and remaking food orders. The lack of empathy and consideration for delivering your meal is disappointing. I'm not saying be a five star restaurant, just be courteous and check the order before you hand it to an UberEats driver, to that customer in the drive thru, anyone. And don't give an attitude when the customer is double checking the order in the drive thru. We've visited this location about 8-10 times over the past couple of years. Never had a very bad experience. Employees are courteous n friendly. Orders are pretty accurate. I'm not sure why they only have 1 1/2 stars. Too bad more people don't That time to post good reviews. We're happy with the service and appreciate the staff. So, today, I stopped by McDonald's to grab a Big Mac, fappe and smoothie. The McDonald's inside Southridge, off Cherry. Walked in, ordered, stood there quietly waiting for my food. So far so good, right? Took them little longer to make the smoothie but hey, I did see the girl worked very hard to get a silver bag, which I assumed it was the mixer for the smoothie, into the machine. Got my food and drinks, went home, sat down, turned on Netflix, took one bite, show started, took second bite... Something stuck between the second bite and the Big Mac in hand. I reached down in between where my mouth told my hand this unidentified linkage was at. A hair!!! Okay, let's not panic just yet. Spit out the second bite in my mouth and now I got to looked at the hair. It was not a short hair, I didn't measure it but I'm pretty sure it was more than 6 inches long since my hand held the burger away from my face so I could looked at what I was trying to identify! Think elbows on dining table and you sitting up right but the hair was long enough to connect the two halves! And at this point, that hair broke in half, whoever that hair belongs to might wanna think about changing conditioner. Drove back to McDonald's. Stood right there where you pick up food. This manager looking girl walked by behind the counter, barely had any emotion in her voice said "be right there with you." So I stood and wait. She came over to me after she took care whatever problem they had at the register, and in that same emotionless tone "what can I do for you?" "I need to talk to a manager." "What can I help you with?" She replied with the same emotionless voice. I opened the Big Mac and asked "tell me what's that in my burger" She picked up a straw and started pushing this poor straw around into the burger. "It looks like hair" she said. "Okay, I'm glad you came to the same conclusion like I did." "It looks like a lot of hair in your Big Mac," she added, with a lot of emotion in her voice now, almost like she was thinking "oh hell no" but hey, I can't say what might be going thru her mind. "It's a lot of hair," I said. "But it's one very long hair." She said she doesn't know how it got there... Of course she wouldn't, I would drop dead if she would have said "Yay, we have a winner!" She said"we could make you something else or refund you." At this point, I really don't want to know what else I might discover in this McDonald's, nor do I want to know what other special ways they might have to try to tell you "it's fresh!" Yeah, so fresh it got hair in it." What's next? Chicken walking around telling me which parts of them are the nuggets? She said she would check with the kitchen to see if anyone know how the hair got into the burger...right, one of them odd to jump up and scream "me me me!" So I got my money back on the Big Mac, no, not complaining that I only gotten my money back on the Big Mac. I'm sure someone gonna reply saying "shut up, you got your money back." But hey, if you wanna hate and go eat hairy Big Mac, more power to you. read more

I only wish I could have left a negative review. After a long day of work I decided to stop by McDonald's on the way home to get the kids something to eat. I only had a $50 bill on me, my order was $25.81, I pull up to the window to pay for it...all I had on me were $100 bills and a 50. These freaking pricks literally turned me away. Their policy which they will not post is that they can accept no bills larger than 20 this is a bunch of BS. So guess what they do when you return with the correct amount, or bills they will accept, they sell you the same old food. They should have made it fresh. I dearly love McRibs, but after this I'm officially done with McDonald's, I will no longer give this company or this location my hard-earned money. Arrived at parking lot at 8:40 pm and proceeded to order from the McDonald's app when just before I was paying on the app I saw the lights from entrance go out. I walked up to entrance along with 2 other customers who had already placed their orders and the door was locked. One guy rang the buzzer 3 times and a young kid came to the door and said they closed the dining room early because they didn't have enough help and we would have to go through the drive thru which was 15 cars deep. This review is based on comparisons to other McD's and fast food places. Due to it being a franchise (I know this because it is the excuse they always give) they do not participate in more than half of the things regular McDonald's do. For example they do not have hash browns or deluxe breakfast for the all day breakfast. They only accept some coupons and promotions which you do not find out about until you've waited in line for half an hour so you just have to accept. The food is inconsistent, sometimes it is good but the majority of time it is not. I've gotten cool soft fries and iced tea with no ice... The staff is generally nice if sometimes absent minded, probably due to boredom from the long time between cars in the drive thru. read more
