Four stars for a McDonald's? Am I crazy? Well, yes, I am, but not for leaving McDonald's four stars. I don't think McDonald's could ever reach a stellar five star review, but this McDonald's has been consistent every time I've stopped in. I always use the app and pick up in the drive-through, and each time the employees have been extremely pleasant, which is unusual for fast food workers. The food was good the last three times for breakfast. As always, I enjoy the hashbrowns and sometimes a steak, egg, and cheese, bagel, and one time when we tried the chicken biscuit, it was really good. I think we will try the new chicken strips that were recently added to the menu on our next trip. Good Mickey D's in lovely Ft Lauderdale. read more

UNBELIEVABLE Rude service. I only ordered coffee, however an older Veteran came to the counter for a coffee refill and no one was there so he said Hello. Light skinned worker came up and said "What are you yelling " he just asked for a refill. She snapped at him and said "You come in here crazy and ask for the same thing" He was an old man with a very low voice not being rude. She should be fired on the spot. read more

Like all McDonald's. This offers mobile ordering. So it's easy to order your best deal. If you have the app, you will find great deals, daily. From BOGO to BOGO for a penny, etc. The entrance and exit are from A1A. No way to get in nor out by Galt Ocean Drive. The few times I've been there, they have been quick, friendly and prompt. Use the drive thru, use the mobile app and get free food items in no time. The food has tasted fresh and the temperature has been right on point. No complaints on the burgers,McRib, McChicken sandwich nor the McMuffins. All good. read more

I'm giving this McDonald's five stars because of my experience while there. The store manager was very friendly and outgoing and helpful. She was not only working the cash register but also work on the drive-through and the French fry station and the drink station. While doing all of these jobs she still maintained a very friendly and outgoing personality. Typical from McDonald's the food is fast but yet good and serves it's purpose. The place was clean and neat and organized albeit rather understaffed. Still a nice experience for a quick meal was served it's purpose. read more

Best McDonalds ever! The buns were perfect and had the perfect amount of sauce on the burger. Everything was remembered for all of our orders and they gave us the right amount of dipping sauce that we each requested. There's nothing like using a big ol' slow, dirty touch screen to order your food, and then eating with your hands. It took so much longer to stand in front of their screen and have an employee ask if we knew what we were doing, than to just place an order at the register. The biscuits were dry and tough. Tonight I decided to stop by because everything else is close and I don't feel like cooking so late. I've ordered a simple quarter pounder with cheese, bacon and tomato. The drive through person insisted that I should get a double pounder... So I say ok! Because at this time I don't want to argue .... The person at the drive though was very nice. However, the very same thing happened as almost every time! And every time I swear never to come back... I receive a double pounder without cheese, tomato, bacon & Mayo.... As a result I'm never buying McDonalds again in my life! It happens all the time! Almost every single time !!! How do you messed a simple order like that? On top of that the fries were reheated ! I feel like Yelp reviewers are not fast food friendly. McDonald's is on every corner because no matter what, it tastes like McDonald's. With that being said I feel as if great service, consistently fresh food and meeting said standards deserve a favorable review. I drive to this particular McDonald's because it is far from average. The food is always HOT. The employees have good morale and are friendly. The specials are honored (I had another McDonald's nearby and they had the 2 for 5 covered up and said 'unavailable'). Worst McDonald's ever! Food is rarely hot or even warm. Nor does it taste freshly made. Almost every time I go there, especially in the evening, they are out of something. Last night they didn't have any sweet tea at seven pm. Why? Other times it was no milkshakes, no special coffee drinks, their credit card machine was broken, etc etc. Very poorly managed. Oh and fast food...good luck with that one! Oh and one time they had a big banner outside the restaurant advertising a special and when I went to pay for it the price was not the special. So when I inquired about the price they said they forgot to take the banner down and flat out refused to honor the special price. Lol. They are usually the best Mc Donald's in this area, they couldn't access my mobile order even with the mobile number, the manager was very sweet but grabbed my phone and was scrolling through it with her gloves on "safe for her, not safe for me" gross. What a dump. So I was staying across the street and wanted some fast food. I walked over about 11:40pm the sign on the door says open till 12 lobby hours. The door was locked so I knocked and the lady told me to walk around and went to the drive thru. I go to the drive thru and the lady says I can't serve you without a car. Then I tell her the lobby hours are till 12 and she says I can't open it for security reasons. Now this is ridiculous. So I'm not too mad. I get the car from across the street and order. Ordered the clubhouse BACON burger. I finally get back the place across the street, only one lady there taking orders and making the food and there was no BACON on the clubhouse bacon burger. We don't eat at McDonald's but we have young grandchildren who do. We stopped at this one a few times because we had them at the beach and it was convenient. For one thing, they have the most dangerous entrance I have ever seen. A few feet from the drive in pick up window. Amazing that nobody's been killed. A few weeks ago I had to get the manager to show our server that I'd been over- charged. The person who waited on me insisted I was wrong. She got nasty and she was wrong. Today, friends and/or off duty employees were crowded around the service area, blocking access to the registers and conversing with the employees who were more interested in them than the customers.
